I'm still waiting for my parcel since 4th May 2021. Usually, it will take 1 day only to received my order. But this time, my parcel still stucked at J&T drop point even seller already passed it on 4th May 2021. I used my office address as the destination. However, my office will be closed in 2 days due to current MCO in Kuala Besut until 20th May 2021. I need it urgently as I'm going back to my hometown during this shut down! Please check with your team accordingly. I'm so disappointed with this issue as J&T Express is my number 1 choice every time I purchased from Shoppe! Hopefully, I will received the item before the shut down!

My parcel has been sent to wrong location for twice..
This is my second time, my parcel has been sent to wrong address..
There is a same road, but with different location (Taman) within this area. (within 1km)
Fortunately, the guys who received my parcel contacted me to collect it from their house.
Please ensure the courier contact the customer, to ensure it received by the right person.

My missing parcel
My parcel from shoppe, tracking number [protected], was missing. 26 April written on shoppe is out for delivery then suddenly unsuccessfully attempt, then next day written back out for delivery. Some one had contacted me [protected] tru WhatsApp and asking me my last digit IC number to check on regards my parcel as he claimed it was missing and promise me to pay it back with the amount in shoppe pay. Then after that my shoppe change to delivery success under my full name with my last digit IC number. But until now i still didn't receive any feed back from the company, when i message to ask regarding update, he reply will pay it back but today is 5 Mei, how long i have to wait?

My parcel from Terengganu Malaysia to Limbang Sarawak take a longgg time to arrive already 1week out from Miri but still not received, Miri to Limbang only take half and hour if use flight and if use lorry or van only take 3 Or 4 hours.WHY SO SLOW...u take 1week but still parcel panding.Until now i still not yet received my parcel

My parcel was dispatch from PJ on 27 Apr, outbound to Johor. Today 30 Apr at 11pm, the parcel is still lock down in CDC Kempas. It arrived on CDC Kempas on 29 Apr at 7.53am, and the parcel sits there the whole day until the next update at 9.27pm on 29 Apr saying 'On Hold - Bad Weather' and then another message at 9.28pm says "On Hold - Bad Weather or Uncontrollable Situation". Called customer service giving all kinds of excuses. Did say the T&Cs, is 2 to 4 days delivery. Today 30 Aor (4th day already), message from J&T at 4.23pm says "In Bound - CDC Kempas" and then no update until 8.50pm on 30 Apr says "On Hold - Bad Weather" and then another message at 8.50pm "On Hold - Bad Weather or Uncontrollable Situation". So already 4th day at 11pm on 30 Apr and my parcel still hibernating in CDC Kempas. 1st May tomorrow will be 5th day and it is already past J&T committed days to deliver. Can somebody (higher authority person) tell me what's going on? What is J&T problem? This is absurd and ridiculous. This is a major complain.

Telah byk barang yg dibeli online tak diterima tp dimaklumkan telah terima. J&T mgkn mempunyai pekerja yg tidak jujur di Taman Sri Saujana, Kota Tinggi, Johor. Ibarat seperti pencuri J&T.

They said they can't send my things bcoz it's an order from their boss

Its not customer fault if they have shorts on cash collection. What a bad service. Please correct the situation ASAP to ensure good reputation. Incompetent staffs shud be sacked.

Poor Courier Service I Have Ever Experienced
Honestly, this would be the last time I went for J&T courier service and most definitely will not recommend others using it as there are much better options and alternatives these days such as NinjaVan, Aramex, Lineclear etc.
Long story short, this fellow provided a bunch of excuses not to deliver my parcel upstair when I insisted him to do so, but he chose to placed it at guardhouse without my permission instead.
Just when I thought things couldn't get any worse, obviously it can! I got cut off twice when I asked for his name! It made me wonder is that how J&T works?
Therefore, I wouldn't want any others encounter the same problems as I had. I simply hope that things can be improved otherwise wouldn't recommend others using it.
lost parcel and not allow me to claim
7 mar 2021 i using their service i am sending a temperature machine and stand. they want me to split it to 2 parcel due to the size is not same. the temperature machine reach melaka, and the stand was lost and damage. i find their CS and they ask me to wait, they will ask their staff to find my parcel and send to melaka, and i wait for 1 week.
i find the CS again they still ask me to wait and after that they ask me to summit claim. i have follow the SOP summit all the document. but they rejected me for 1st time, the reason was i does not summit the claim in time(but before that they ask me to wait for their staff to find my parcel. and they did not inform me that they have time limit.) and nobody call or email me why or what they reject.
after that the CS ask me to find branch manager( kapar) the manager do not reply message frequently. the branch manager started shirk responsibility, ask me to find the CS and summit the claim again. ok i follow the step. i summit again and they rejected again, they said i not summit full supporting document and has passed the time limit. same no phone call and email.
JNT support team pls do something, your customer service agent is rude and no manners using rude language and simply end chat without saying anything. pls heir some responsible employee, if you r a non responsible employer this is what your employee do after what you have taught.
i am just asking for the claim as your staff fault, i did nothing wrong and not the problem happen and jnt start to Shamelessly irresponsible. stop wasting my time to find your rude customer service
