J&T Express poscode wrong

parcel will send on 1/5/21 but i wrongly key in poscode and already inform j&t customer service.
they ask me to follow the routing and promise me to send parcel to correct address but on 4/5/21 im found that my parcel get damage.
I not receive any call from j&T.
im so upset coz this my parcel to my parent during Eid day.

J&T Express Lost

My parcel been hold for 4 days! Then the parcel in d proof of delivery picture and the parcel I sent r totally different. I don't knw where my parcel are. Customer service not picking up the calls even many times I called.

J&T Express Undelivered

I would like to know why jnt did not delivered my parcel since last week. I'm waiting until today but the status still the same. Unsuccessful delivering because my house not operating ? Seriously? The address is my house address. Should be arrives this week. Latest until Wednesday. I'm will keep follow up where is my parcel go 😩

J&T Express Way take so long... Way try to delay the delivery.?

I oder an items and my saler post on 26/4. But until now. Still nothing. Went I check on the tracking number... Please j&t... Solve the problem.. The item is not expensive.. Cost me rm 20, but is important for me and my wife... Cuz is hard to find..

J&T Express Service very slow

My parcel from Terengganu Malaysia to Limbang Sarawak take a longgg time to arrive already 1week out from Miri but still not received, Miri to Limbang only take half and hour if use flight and if use lorry or van only take 3 Or 4 hours.WHY SO SLOW...u take 1week but still parcel panding.Until now i still not yet received my parcel

J&T Express Parcel undelivered

AWB No: [protected].

My parcel was dispatch from PJ on 27 Apr, outbound to Johor. Today 30 Apr at 11pm, the parcel is still lock down in CDC Kempas. It arrived on CDC Kempas on 29 Apr at 7.53am, and the parcel sits there the whole day until the next update at 9.27pm on 29 Apr saying 'On Hold - Bad Weather' and then another message at 9.28pm says "On Hold - Bad Weather or Uncontrollable Situation". Called customer service giving all kinds of excuses. Did say the T&Cs, is 2 to 4 days delivery. Today 30 Aor (4th day already), message from J&T at 4.23pm says "In Bound - CDC Kempas" and then no update until 8.50pm on 30 Apr says "On Hold - Bad Weather" and then another message at 8.50pm "On Hold - Bad Weather or Uncontrollable Situation". So already 4th day at 11pm on 30 Apr and my parcel still hibernating in CDC Kempas. 1st May tomorrow will be 5th day and it is already past J&T committed days to deliver. Can somebody (higher authority person) tell me what's going on? What is J&T problem? This is absurd and ridiculous. This is a major complain.

Telah byk barang yg dibeli online tak diterima tp dimaklumkan telah terima. J&T mgkn mempunyai pekerja yg tidak jujur di Taman Sri Saujana, Kota Tinggi, Johor. Ibarat seperti pencuri J&T.

J&T Express They said they can't send my things bcoz it's an order from their boss

[protected] they said cannot send bcoz their management say have to self collect on our own. Please send my things. We don't pay postage for nothing. Sri aman branch has been a nuisance since mco.. Its not customer fault if they have shorts on cash collection. What a bad service. Please correct the situation ASAP to ensure good reputation. Incompetent staffs shud be sacked.

J&T Express Poor Courier Service I Have Ever Experienced

Honestly, this would be the last time I went for J&T courier service and most definitely will not recommend others using it as there are much better options and alternatives these days such as NinjaVan, Aramex, Lineclear etc.

Long story short, this fellow provided a bunch of excuses not to deliver my parcel upstair when I insisted him to do so, but he chose to placed it at guardhouse without my permission instead.

Just when I thought things couldn't get any worse, obviously it can! I got cut off twice when I asked for his name! It made me wonder is that how J&T works?

Therefore, I wouldn't want any others encounter the same problems as I had. I simply hope that things can be improved otherwise wouldn't recommend others using it.

J&T Express lost parcel and not allow me to claim

7 mar 2021 i using their service i am sending a temperature machine and stand. they want me to split it to 2 parcel due to the size is not same. the temperature machine reach melaka, and the stand was lost and damage. i find their CS and they ask me to wait, they will ask their staff to find my parcel and send to melaka, and i wait for 1 week.

i find the CS again they still ask me to wait and after that they ask me to summit claim. i have follow the SOP summit all the document. but they rejected me for 1st time, the reason was i does not summit the claim in time(but before that they ask me to wait for their staff to find my parcel. and they did not inform me that they have time limit.) and nobody call or email me why or what they reject.

after that the CS ask me to find branch manager( kapar) the manager do not reply message frequently. the branch manager started shirk responsibility, ask me to find the CS and summit the claim again. ok i follow the step. i summit again and they rejected again, they said i not summit full supporting document and has passed the time limit. same no phone call and email.

JNT support team pls do something, your customer service agent is rude and no manners using rude language and simply end chat without saying anything. pls heir some responsible employee, if you r a non responsible employer this is what your employee do after what you have taught.

i am just asking for the claim as your staff fault, i did nothing wrong and not the problem happen and jnt start to Shamelessly irresponsible. stop wasting my time to find your rude customer service

J&T Express Did not send to the correct address

receiver didnt receive parcel after mention in the website already delivered by jnt. Once Im calling them they said they send it to the receiver address but unfortunately Jnt not honest to the customer. They delivered to the different address and claimed that they send send to the correct address. Since my parcel is food it might be spoiled since left out after few days with calling the receiver.

J&T Express The deliver person is rude!!

The guy who delivered parcel to my husband house, at Sri Sinar, yesterday (28 Apr 2021) is really rude. He blamed my husband for not attending his call. It's working time and we can't simply attend the call during working hours. And i seriously disappointed with your service provided as this doesn't show your professionalism at all! I'm really regretting of choosing your service. i

J&T Express Service

The item I send it not deliver yet but the status already delivered why like that my customers angry on me and it's really black mark on my business. Why nowadays the JNT service so bad in delivery izit because of puasa. Please don't give [censored] of reasons ok I need responds from JNT and call my customers to apologize with them. Normally it's just 2 days delivery will be taken but it's already 4 days. It's make the item I post for their special day n u guys spoil it ok they ask back the money and want to cancel the order because not received on time, is any JNT take this loss n pay me back ok
