My online order was placed about 8;00 pm. On my Giant Country Club sub, I had requested no onions. There were onions on both halves. I had also requested no mayo on the subs, but on the side so that they could be for lunches the following day for son and husband. Soggy subs made that impossible.
I had also ordered a Giant chicken bacon ranch for that night's dinner for son and husband. I had chicken on only 1 half and, so much ranch, it was seeping out of the wrapper before it got home. I had also ordered a wrap for myself, that was made correctly except that the bottom was soggy when we got home from the other sandwiches. They stuffed 4 halves and my wrap together in one of their bags. No room for the napkins or mayo packets that were requested. Must be why I did not get them. Have have had minor mistakes before, but never enough to ruin dinner and lunch the following day. A waste of almost $50
Claimed loss: Close to $50.
Desired outcome: Would like my money back, (gift card, maybe). But would also hope that I could trust future orders to be correct.
