I ordered lunch in the mobile app because I could not leave the office. I knew it would not be freaky fast around noon. About 40 minutes after I ordered, I received a notification that my order left the restaurant 20 minutes prior. I'm 5 minutes away by car. I figured they were trying to make their times look better, so I waited another 15 minutes before calling the restaurant. I was informed that there was a mix up with my order, but they remade it and it was leaving with the driver. Fifteen minutes later I received a delivery. I open the bag, and got someone else's ranch instead of my side. The sandwich is soggy, and they did not go light on the mayo or mustard as requested. If they had already screwed up my order once, I would think that they would double check before sending it out again! Ridiculous!
Recommendation: Go to Jersey Mikes across the street instead!
