I am writing to formally report a very upsetting experience I had with an Intoxalock representative while calling on behalf of my recently deceased brother, who was the account holder.
I reached out simply to reschedule an appointment related to his account. Instead of receiving help, I was met with rudeness, lack of professionalism, and absolutely no compassion. The representative was cold, dismissive, and showed no sympathy whatsoever after I explained that my brother had passed away. Her behavior was extremely inappropriate and insensitive, especially given the circumstances.
When I asked to speak with a supervisor due to how I was being treated, she refused and insisted she would not transfer the call — denying me the basic right to escalate a concern.
This experience caused unnecessary emotional distress at an already difficult time for me and my family. I expected support and a little human decency — I received neither.
