Quick Quack Car Wash Do not use quick quack!

If you like your car and don't want it scratched all over and washed with dirty, stinky recycled water, do NOT come to this car wash, esp the one in Hurricane. I went through this wash and came out with scratches on both sides of my vehicle. The manager was slow to respond and denied that his wash could have done this. However the scratches on my vehicle were at the exact level of the brushes. Corporate customer service provide by Kimmie B. Was extremely unprofessional and she was rude. At this time I am being forced to dispute the charge for the wash with my credit card company. So in addition to scratches on my vehicle from their wash, they have never made any attempt to take responsibility for the damages and continued to charge my card. See attached pictures and video. The business owners review further solidifies the lack of responsibility for damages, as in other customers one star reviews. The damage was to both sides of the vehicle and was from this car wash. The video does Not lie, nor do the pictures. From the sounds of the video you do not maintain our wash, nor do you inform your customers that their vehicles are being washed with dirty, stinky recycled water. Furthermore, my insurance verified the circular scratches in addition to the white markings are consistent with your car wash and would have been impossible to duplicate in the exact same locations on both sides of the vehicle. A claim is in the process of being filed against your wash for damages to my vehicle. Video of wash on yelp review.

Quick Quack Car Wash Damaged car after using quick quack and horrible treatment.

Car was damaged nearly two weeks ago, and the system quick quack has set up is horrible. They make it difficult to talk with anyone. It's fixed to where you have no choice but to be on their time schedule and wait for a call back. Customers should not have to contact their insurance for services. There was no problem at all taking my money for the car wash. They send you around and around in circles.

This is turning into a bigger problem than what it needs to be. Mentally this has been stressful and a huge headache. Will never use their service again and will warn others.

Quick Quack Car Wash I’m carrying business for a customer

On May 9 of this year I went to the Quick Quack Car Wash on the corner of Cavecreek Road in Sharon Drive. I’m driving through the entrance to the car wash my truck was damaged. Buy a Ballard sitting on a curb which was about 8 inches high and the Ballard was only 3 1/2 inches from the edge. I was in the driveway not on the curb it was $4000 damage to my truck if I am in the driveway and not on the curb, the damage was caused by a poorly designed entranceway it was $4000 worth of damage to my car. I’ve contacted corporate office and the owner on six different occasions and they’re not willing to do anything about fixing my truck Richard.

To whom it may concern: My service was cancel abruptly in early August after being a member of quick quack since the Blue Oaks location open. I tried to talk to the car wash representatives but they were unable to help me. In addition, I called the customer service line and they were not able to help me either. They were unsure as to why my service was cancel and kept blaming it on a change of system?. Your customer service offer to sign me up for new service which was going to be under a higher rate. I don't understand how my service can be cancel abruptly with no notice and then now I have to pay a higher rate to continue with my service that I previously had?. I would like to continue with my car wash service at the same rate that I previously had. Please call me to discuss further. Thanks in advance for all your help and time in helping me resolve this issue. Thank you Juan

BILLING FIASCO...My current experience with the company has been a royal pain. I recently started a new membership and shortly after I added my girlfriend's vehicle. I've washed my vehicle 6 times there and every time the attendant said I don't have a membership for my vehicle but my girlfriend's vehicle shows up. I've now called in four times to get it worked out, each time the main office says it's fine but when I have tried to get a wash they can't find my vehicle. I asked to cancel the membership so I could start a new one so they cancelled it with no refund on my girlfriend's vehicle. Their problem appears to be that customer service is outsourced and their agents aren't able to do anything other than give responses and tell you it's taken care of when it's not.

I thought I was paying for a month with a credit card, only to find out it was a monthly subscription, which I did not want.. Now I notice on my bank statement it shows I was paying for several months.

The one on *** in ***, *** ripped me and my husband off. I normally don't write bad reviews but I think this one deserves one. When we signed up there was a "promotion" for ***. They never charged us that from the beginning. They charged our card *** for 5 months before we noticed. We even asked months before that to cancel any services we had w them. They didn't. They continued to still charge our card. When we finally noticed we called to the customer service department and this Asian lady was being so completely rude to my husband and wouldn't cancel any membership or credit us back for the months we didn't use. She then said she was going to charge us again for the month of July and they already took out a payment for July. She wouldn't tell my husband her name or transfer him to a manager. She basically called us broke and to get over it. I will never use their services ever again simply because her.

Nothing wrong with the wash. I believe they used deceptive trade practices to trap people into monthly memberships and make it difficult to get out of. You can sign up online but there's no way to cancel online. Plus if you're within 10 days before you cancel it automatically renews and you have to wait another month! I've complained to the company twice with no satisfaction and now I'm using a different car wash good luck!

We went to Quick Quack car wash on Friday, the 1st. We were in ***, *** for a funeral and stopped by the 800 South store for a quick wash. The manager, ***, was very helpful and got us right through. We were very pleased with the cleaning job on our truck. Thanks Quick Quack, well be back!

Quick Quack Car Wash This month I went out of vehicle

This month I went out of vehicle. They told me I would not be charged and then I was charged $15.. then today I'm charged $44 and some change. I called to find out why I'm being charged so much they told me that they were charging for the regular unlimited service plus the extra vehicle. So I asked how come I'm being charged when for the other vehicle when I already got charged on the 15th. They said I was being charged for a partial month. I told them I had barely signed up April 8th. So I asked them to take the additional car off they said they would not reimburse me. So then I told them I just wanted to cancel my service completely. And they still wouldn't refund me all the amount. I'm very disappointed in their service. Because I was not told that I was going to get charged for $15 at the beginning of the month. Now I'm being charged over $60. That they refuse to give me back. I will never use this car service again.

I am going to take a wild guess and say this location has a new manager. As the employees have had attitude, had entitlement and control issues. The manager is never there. She does not return phone calls nor does she return emails. Since I have been a member at Quick Quack for several years I know how good the customer service is at ALL the other locations. What is not good for Quick Quack is if there is someone new to this service and they experience the unprofessional, rude service this location gives. It is likely they will not sign up for a membership and probably never return again. What these inconsiderate employees won't consider is that someone could be having a tough time in their life. Maybe hard time at work. Loss of a loved one. And they come to this location and get treated horribly. That could be someone's breaking point where that one last thing breaks them. Or maybe consider the horrible customer service puts someone in a bad mood and they pull out of this Quick Quack *** and hit a pedestrian in the crosswalk that is right to the left of the exit. Those are things that people who are in customer service need to think about. The manager needs to be fired and the employees need a course in good customer service or be let go. I hope that writing this review gets results as nothing else has worked. Next step is I am contacting headquarters.

Quick Quack Car Wash Car wash ripped off tow plate cover on 2022 BMW X5

Car wash ripped off tow plate cover on 2022 BMW X5. Store verified their fault. Told me to replace and would reimburse in 21 days. It has been nine weeks now and no reimbursement. Contacted Clarissa the manager on cell phone by text. I believe this is company cell phone. She assured me a week ago she would be in contact the next day. She never contacted me again. I have left multiple voicemails, text messages and visited store and left message to contact me. Additionally I have called customer care line at quick quack and they assure me someone will contact me in 24-48 hours. Nobody will return my call. Multiple reviews on Complaintsboard.com and Yelp where their equipment is damaging cars. I highly advise avoiding all quick quacks. They are non responsive and seem to not care. The invoice was less than 200 hundred dollars so not a big check to write for this corporation. Very disappointed and frustrated. Clarissa refuses to return my calls, texts and in person visits

On 3/14/22 I went through the car wash and at the end of the wash I realized my passenger side rear view mirror was hanging off. Vehicle was an 2013 vw convertible beetle. I placed an incident report. But to sum up the situation I was told since my vehicle was more than five years old there is nothing they can do. And Im sure that at the time of incident I wasnt an quick quack member. Just a waste of time. I was told they have Im guessing something written outside somewhere at the wash that states if your car is older than five years old and it gets damnaged quick quack has no liability of it. ? yeah thats part.

On 04/11/22 I went to the QQ Car Wash in Roseville on Blue Oaks Blvd with my 2019 Toyota, like I've done 27 times before because I have a best wash membership, when i was going through the wash I noticed some of the equipment wasn't working, ( every single time i go through this wash something is NOT working), and after the wash I pulled my truck around to the vacuums to wipe it down and vacuum it out I noticed my passenger side mirror was damaged and missing parts. I contacted a worker and he took a report and a picture, he went back into the wash to retrieve the parts that came off but I'm getting the cold shoulder from the site leader Ashton so I filed a claim with my Insurance and will have to pay for the damage myself, I'm not happy with this.

Quick Quack Car Wash A couple of months ago, I went to wash my car at opening time

A couple of months ago, I went to wash my car at opening time. They were late opening which wasn't a big deal. I decided to vacuum while the place opened. Next thing you know, the manager was basically scolding me for vacuuming before washing my car. He insisted, it was store policy to wash first. I looked around and did not see posting anywhere. I looked at website and am not able to find such policy.Fastforward, we are in the middle of rainy season. I tried canceling since I don't forsee washing my car in the rain. I called and was told basically that because I did not cancel in time, I am screwed paying even if I don't use the service. I requested to talk to a supervisor and I was blown off. They told me someone would be calling me back in about an hour. A week later and no call. I sent an email to their website, still no response.I do not recommend getting hooked on their membership. If you do, expect to deal with lousy customer service. I have no intentions of renewing my membership once they are done s*** me over in tge rainy season.

My horrible experience was not resolved. Ok no red or blue paint. The car that rear ended me hit my bumper pushing it up. Hard to notice during the headache I went through. My deductible is 500. Should I put in claim?No way.Management and owner were supposed to look at a video and honestly look what happened to tires of my truck. And being charged for a upgrade car wash for rim cleaner that's out of service. Then being disrespected by the 2nd girl who claimed quick quack car wash was her house and I need to follow the rules. I said it's my first time here, what rules?Put in neutral!?!Money back because I insisted.That doesn't release the nightmare I experienced. I feel I should be given as a sign of good faith 6 month free car wash package to go to another quick quack car wash out of desert hot springs. There are soap stains on my truck still from last wash and may need repeated cleanings to get out the stains. The owner nor the manager called me . At 1st they were to busy to follow up with video and it would be a day or so to watch the video. I am pist still how do they stay in buisness?

Recently I went in to Quick Quack to get a wash and they were having a 50% off subscription savings for the holiday, so instead of getting a "basic" package, I stepped it up and got a "better" package thinking that I was making an informed decision. The attendant was pushing these 50% off savings on first month subscriptions and I did not ask for it, but decided to because it seemed like a good deal. Then I received an email regarding said subscription, that it would cost me $5 dollars to cancel and it needs a *** to cancel a subscription, but it needs longer notice than it does to a landlord. This is really just a round about way of getting an extra month subscription out of customers. I will never again go to a quick quack car wash. Also when trying to cancel the membership, they make it very difficult to do so. Nowhere on the site does it give the option to cancel. You have to dig for the phone number and call. They don't even have contact information on your account. The only place I found it was the original email I was sent when first signing up.

There car wash tunnel bay machines damaged my vehicle and I was never called or emailed back after filling their incident report. I have had to take weeks to track down the location management that came up with different excuses of not being liable when you can clearly see the part/ trim is on my vehicle entering the tunnel and ripped off and broke in pieces exiting the tunnel on their camera system. I do not appreciate how I have been treated and being denied damage caused by the car wash to be restored to the condition of before entering there. When I ask for hire management at location and corporate they always say not available and no contract information that I will receive a call/email back in 24 to 48 hrs. It never happened after multiple times of reaching out to them. I also ask who is their insurance bonded company so I can file a claim directly with them to have a license claims adjuster investigation done. I was denied the information. There are other similar reviews so this is on going with multiple customers affected. This is how they treat a disabled person with Cerebral Palsy and a limited income!

Quick Quack Car Wash I have been going to Quick Quack since they first opened out in the Palm Springs area

I have been going to Quick Quack since they first opened out in the Palm Springs area. I have tried 4 different of their car washes, but with the higher price of gas, I go to the one that is less than a block away. My problem that I keep having is and I have the BEST wash is the armor all. When it is sprayed in the tunnel at the end of the wash. It gets all over the undercarriage of the car, the mag wheels, and on my paint job. For example today, the coating of armor all was so thick that it was dripping on my cement driveway. So, I had to rewash the car at home, then clean the cement driveway, which it did not come off even with Dawn soap. Armor all is not meant to be on the paint job. This is not the first time this has happened and my complaints to customer service has not changed this issue. I am not the only person that this must happen too! A $2 hand held car wash would be better than this $31 a month wash. We are not allow to wash our cars due to the drought, so we are at the mercy of car washes. I will be looking for another option and soon canceling my membership which I have had for years. Please reach out to fix this solution. I am tired of paying for a horrible car wash.

Quick Quack Car Wash On 12/01, at the Quick Quack Car Wash on *** the conveyor system stopped with my Jeep Patriot

On 12/01, at the Quick Quack Car Wash on *** the conveyor system stopped with my Jeep Patriot halfway through the car washing process. While in a stationary position, the brushes continued to turn when I heard them slam against the mirrors sending them forward. It appeared that no one from Quick Quack had noticed the machine's malfunction. I blew my horn for several seconds before the bushes were finally turned off. A Attendance approach my car, asked me to roll down my window, and told me that it would be *** minutes to fix the machine. I was told I couldn't leave until the problems was fix. I was asked on two occasions to move the Jeep up or back so the problem could be fixed. Once the conveyor was repaired, I drove to the vacuum area to straighten the mirror. I found the mirror was broken and only attached by an electrical wire. I immediately report this to the Attendance onsite. A report was written and I was told I it would take 3 business days to investigate and receive a call. After not receiving a call, on the 5th day I contacted the number on the report. On 12/09, I received a call and was told that by a representative of Quick Quack that a sign was posted stating that the company was not responsible for cars older than 5 years. I reminded the person that my vehicle had gotten stuck in their machine. At this point in the discussion I was told the car wash video showed my vehicle had stopped at the tire bushes and could not have broken the mirror. I told them this was incorrect because I knew exactly where I was at when the bushes were turned off. Let me end this by saying, I know what is posted regarding Quick Quack's responsibility to its customers. I have used that location and several others on many occasions. When a vehicle is stuck in a Quick Quack machine, and gets damaged through no fault of the owner of the vehicle then the company has a responsibility for repair.

This review is in regards to the Quick Quack location in ***, *** on ***. I wish I had read all of the 1-star reviews prior to entering the car wash and how many people have suffered from car damage at this carwash, that ultimately goes ignored and brushed off. My review below: I went to this car wash for the first time on 5/19, hoping to give my son a great experience after a long day at school.I went through the car wash multiple times, paid for the most expensive wash because I wanted wax and clean wheels, yet the car still came out dirty. IN ADDITION, the machine broke off a $500 part on my car door. I spoke to the owner about it and of course he smiled in my face and told me he would reimburse me for the cost of the part and I thought great that was a happy resolutionBut once I sent him an email confirming what we discussed, he of course went back on his word and only agreed to cover half. Still leaving me with a HEFTY portion of the *** all from what was just supposed to be a $20 car wash.Needless to say I will never come to this location again, and their owner, GH went back on his word to reimburse me for the repairs on my car that were damaged by HIS machines. Ill be sure to stay on corporate about this because not only is it not right, but its not fair.I guess because I dont drive a 2022 Rolls *** this was not a priority for him. But my Lexus was still damaged, and he gets to happily run his business with no consequences to the damage his machine caused to a customers car.Edit: After reading Quick Quack Car Washes response, I have to say Im even more disappointed that I went to this location. They have now stated that their store leader did not write the note posted in my picture. And thats true, the store leader did not but their employee working that shift did. Please check your cameras and see that she wrote the note. Which is how I even obtained the owner of that location in the first place (via the employee).

We signed up for the program over a year ago liked their wash so we added a second vehicle last May, because they said 2nd vehicle is only $17 so we decided to add it. 3 months later checked my bank statement and they were charging me for my original vehicle 1st car $29.99 and $48.99, called customer service and the first girl told me there was a third vehicle and it also put a lady's name that I don't recognize, under my last 4 of my credit card. The girl from customer service said she will notify manager for a call back this was 7/30, called back 8/4 because I never got a call from mgr. Spoke to a man this time and he said he will notify a mgr again because it does take *** hrs to get a call back, I told multiple times that I have called 7/30 already why do I have to wait for another call back, he said there is no mgr to do escalations in their department. Hung up with him coz he was stupid, called back and this man name King tried to fix it but still not able to get it and he hung up on me when I tried to explain to him from the very beginning, I was sooo frustrated I didnt want to call back that day. Called back again 8/9 spoke to *** her famous line is " so to be in the same page" she kinda got it, she corrected my account to be charged $29.99 and $17, and refunding me $29.99 and account credit because I was asking the the difference of charging me extra $31.99 for three months of $6.00 and she said she wouldn't be able to refund the rest because they are going to investigate it but for now she gave me one month free service and the $29.99 that I haven't seen in my account. I asked her that credit you're doing is that going to be part of the refund that I'm suppose to get. *** said NO its for your trouble and inconvenience that has cost me, emailed them my screenshot of the charges when *** said that we need a proof of what the charges are so I did. 8/10 received an email back from *** and said she will do no more refund.

The extreme force of the car wash spinning brushes ripped off a piece of my wifes vehicle trim. An incident report was filed by a manager who was not apologetic and seemed to just be going through the motions. I was told I would be contacted within 72 hours after the video footage was reviewed. After a week and a half without anyone reaching out to me, I called the Quick Quack customer service department only to learn that I was speaking to the headquarters customer service and not the location I visited in ***, . Since I was not speaking to the location I visited, all the customer service agent said they could do was put in a request for the manager at the location I visited to contact me about the incident. What is the purpose of having a customer service depart if they cannot help with basic customer service issues? I was totally perplexed by the way this whole situation was handled and I see from other reviews that it seems to be a common occurrence. I also see from some of the review responses that the car wash does not have to take responsibility for incidents that occur to vehicles 5 years and older. If this is posted at their stores as they claim it is, obviously they need to make this more apparent to their customers because I saw no such sign. Now it makes sense why nobody reached out to me given that the vehicle that was damaged was older than 5 years. It would have been nice if someone would have informed me, rather than just letting me wait around wondering what is happening. Even if a vehicle is older than 5 years, some action should be taken on the businesss end. Just to do nothing and not reach out to the customer is just poor customer service. I would expect more from a nationwide business, but seeing from the other reviews, it seems like they dont care and customer service is the last thing the company puts any effort into. I would recommend staying away from Quick Quack car washes if you value your vehicle and your time.

Quick Quack Car Wash I drove into the car wash and was greeted by a woman who held up a card and asked simply "Which car wash would you like?

I drove into the car wash and was greeted by a woman who held up a card and asked simply "Which car wash would you like?". I pointed at the one I wanted, she looked around my car (I assumed this was to ensure no existing damage that they could be held liable for, which was reasonable, but apparently they were recording my license plate) and she happily took my credit card. The wash happened, and I moved on. Then surprisingly, I receive a *** and charge on my card the next month. And the next month. And the next month. I replied to the "***" email and requested that my account be cancelled. They said they "require the last 4 of my card, my license plate, and email". I replied saying I wanted ALL cars and ALL *** associated with my email (from which I was sending the email, so clearly it's "my" email) cancelled. They said they can't. I then stated, per CCPA, that I wanted ALL DATA ASSOCIATED WITH MY EMAIL ADDRESS PURGED. She said she can't do that. Let's be clear... My bank allows me to reset my password if I can get into my email... *** accounts allow me to simply click a link in my email to get into my account or receive a code to access my accounts... Every other service considers access to a recognized email account as being acceptable as identification... so why can't a CAR WASH do this? Why does a car wash require 3 different points of data to somehow identify me?This is deceptive and disingenuous for the following reasons:1. There was no mention or identification that I was signing up for a monthly charge when I went in for a simple one-time car wash.2. There is no mention on the email, invoice(s), or receipt indicating how to cancel or otherwise manage your account except via email (which I tried).3. There is no explicit website listing how to manage your account or otherwise cancel.4. The only mechanism for engagement provided is an email address which, when used, requires unnecessary engagement to meet supposed criteria to cancel.5. The information requested is fundamentally unnecessary to pull up a user account and click a "cancel rebill" button.6. Demanding additional information beyond the email sent from an authenticated account is an intentionally onerous process designed to frustrate users to the point that they simply quit trying to cancel.This company designs their service, engagement, and methodology to bait-and-switch a user into a process they intentionally make difficult to get out of.I look forward to a the day that I can participate in a class action lawsuit against this company.

I experienced inferior service at the Quick Quack on Lake Washington Blvd in West Sacramento. When I was driving into the car wash, the young female employee stopped giving directions and looked away from my car. I wasn't doing anything to the steering wheel because I thought that her not looking at what was happening meant that my car was going straight. Apparently, that was not the case. She had me stop before I entered the part where the wash starts. Then a man, who might have been the shift leader, handed me my hubcap, which had popped off the left tire rim. The man handed me the rim through the drivers side window.That's when the gaslighting started. The man lied. He said he'd seen everything, which he clearly hadn't. He accused me of trying to turn the steering wheel. That was a lie. He hadn't seen the female employee stop giving directions and look away from my car because he was too busy talking to one or two other employees in the office area. He wasn't looking in my direction until the female employee noticed something and put her hand up so I would stop the car. That man tried to make it all my fault. I've been doing this for 4 years, and I'm always following directions--when someone actually gives directions. I filed an incident report on September 6th because the shift leader couldn't put the hubcap back on. I told him it's a $100 part, so I want reimbursement if it's broken. (My car is a 2017 Prius Prime, less than 5 years old.) I also said that if the dealership can get the hubcap back on, theres no problem. I had warned the employee doing intake that I would need a second wash, but the shift leader looked as if he was going to try to charge me double because the incident report took so long. I told him the intake employee knew I was going through twice. I had to repeat myself a few times, however. (The incident report had taken longer than the designated 5 minutes to receive a free second car wash.) I think he realized it would be a bad idea to charge me twice. I was told I would receive a response to the incident report within a week. I got a message at 7:45 pm on Friday, September 17th. The person did not leave a phone number. As far as I could tell, she just said her name is Kat and that she was calling about the incident report. It turns out thats not her name. Its K H. She returned my call on September 20th, saying that she had ruled in my favor and she would send an estimate to the email address I had listed on the incident report. That never happened. I have called her repeatedly since then, but her voicemail box is always full. I tried using the contact page, but there is no reCaptcha on the contact page, so submitting the info there doesn't work. I also tried using their chat, but the representative wanted: The last four of the credit or debit card on file.The expiration date of the card on file. The license plate # and the state in which the plate is registered.The name on the account.Since I dont have an account, there would be nothing for her to see. She didnt seem to understand that point. She wasnt entitled to my Personal Identifying Information, in any case. The representative refused to provide me with the estimate form; she refused to send K a message to send me the form as promised; and she refused to put her manager on the chat. All in all, very poor customer service. The next time I went back to the car wash, I spoke to the shift leader and told him I needed the estimate. He said he would be speaking to K that day, so he would talk to her about it. Either she doesnt work there anymore, or shes on the longest vacation ever. I think Ive done enough. I want resolution.

Quick Quack Car Wash Paint chips on hood and around my driver's side door trim

I went through car wash on 7/23/23 asked to pull back brushes (first time driving through car wash). Young lady says "sorry but we're having problems with doing that", ok sign me up for the monthly program.. go through and hand drying I noticed the chips, brought it to her attention and filled out incident report. I waited almost Two weeks for a call from mgr. (Daniel Garcia), I went on a Thursday and he handed me a generic letter stating that they are negligent for damages. Quick Quack Car Wash Cracked windshield

On Friday July 21st 2023 I went through the quick quack car wash on Northpark in Kingwood. I had just bought the membership 1 hour before online and upon my arrival they verified my membership and I went through the car wash before I went in there was not a crack on my windshield on the driver side once I exited the car wash I noticed there was a chip and crack going down my windshield. As soon as my car got completely out of the wash I immediately went to speak to the associate outside. She sent the manager out and I told him about it and he said we are not responsible for your windshield it was probably already cracked when you went it which it was not. I asked him to refund my membership I just bought an hour ago and just said I'll see what I can do. That was not a good first impression. I waited a while to see if my membership had been cancelled and refunded after a couple of hours and nothing had been done. I reached out to the online reps and they said they would refund my membership and still nothing has been done.

Quick Quack Car Wash Ripped the antenna off Beetle

I watch via Quick Quack video that my antenna was ripped off my car via one of the machines. This happened mid June 2023 location on Dinah Shore I Palm Desert. Jeffery Martin store leader refused to release the video after a lengthy conversation to do so. He finally released it today after a final notice. The car wash malfunctioned and also hit the windshield so hard I was happy it was broken. They are trying hard nor to have any responsibility with this incident. This place is bad business. Quick Quack Car Wash Deceptive marketing practices

I thought, I signed up for a one month $9.99 trial special only to discover that I had signed up for monthly AUTO RENEWAL of $19.99. The manager of the location located on the corner of Dove Valley RD, DID NOT inform me that I would be agreeing to a monthly auto renewal! My only mistake was signing what ever they handed me through the car window and I moved on, because I was holding up the cars behind me.

Today, June 26th, 2023, I thought I would verify if my "assumed" one month trial had expired or when it would expire. Only to be told that it didn't expire until July 23, 2023 of the next month. When I questioned if that was correct, I was told it auto renewed. When I asked that they refund the $19.99 charge, I was told by their supposed supervisor "Christina", sorry you signed the agreement, no refund.

I will dispute this with my credit card and file a complaint with AZ AG Office of Consumer complaints. NOT because of the $19.99 charge, because of the Principal of the whole thing. I thought the service was a one month trial only! I don't real my emails for I get hundreds every day, nor do I check the credit card statement for charges. We charge a lot, never pay interest and pay off thousands every month. The only reason I discovered this Deception was due to my checking to see if I had any car washes left for I had been out of state for over a week.

In summary, there car wash was totally unsatisfactory and I had to drive through multiple times for the brushless system NEVER cleaned of the bugs, etc., on the front of my brand new expensive truck. I was going to stop using them anyways and I figured $9.99 (initial charge) was good deal to try them out.

BECAREFUL for this company Refused to Refund me three days after my 1st initial month expired and I only used them 3 times. It's not like I waited till July 23 to ask for a Refund. Had I not called to inquiry about what was left on the 1st month (I thought Trial), I would have probably been charged hundreds by the time I realize I had "agreed" to this Auto Renewal SCAM!

Desired outcome: Refund the Deceptive charge of $19.99.

Quick Quack Car Wash Antenna on the top of my 2014 Hyundai Genesis was ripped off

I took my 2014 Hyundai Genesis through the Auburn, California Quick Quack car wash on May 16, 2023, approximate time 8:45am. While going through the car wash I heard a noises, like an object being thrown against the wall. I didn't notice the antenna cover missing then. I left on a business trip that same day and didn't return until May 23, 2023.and that is when I noticed the " shark fin " antenna cover was missing. I went to the Auburn Quick Quack and asked the attendant if they had found an "antenna cover/shark fin" and he didn't know.

Quick Quack Car Wash Car wash

I drive a 2019 Mazda Cx-5. On May 4, 2023 at approximately 5:20-5:30 pm, I went into the quick quack car wash on Airline Drive in Corpus Christi. Before entering, my car did not have any cracks on the windshield, nor was the back windshield wiper broken. While in the car wash, particularly after going through the machine that goes over your front windshield, I noticed that there was a crack on the upper right corner of my windshield. To repeat, that was not there when I entered the car wash. After exiting the car wash, I looked over the crack and took photos. I tried to call the store but after being on hold for several minutes and unable to see anyone outside, I emailed quick quack about my concerns. Upon arriving home, just a short drive away, I went to the back of my car and noticed the back windshield wiper was sticking up. The soft rubber part of the windshield wiper was gone. I had just used it prior to entering the car wash, so I know it was working before. Accordingly, that was also damaged in the wash.

Desired outcome: A refund for my most recent subscription payment. Because of these damages, I will not be returning to get my car washed here. I would also like financial compensation for the cracked windshield and to replace my back windshield wiper.

Quick Quack Car Wash Car wash damage caused due to employee negligence/incompetence

I have a 2012 Ford Escape with a factory roof rack and a Thule attachment to it for carrying my bike. I visited a Quick Quack car wash April 26, 2023 and sustained damage to the roof rack due to an employee mistake. I had visited that same car wash several times in the past as well as many other Quick Quack locations and never received damage with the same roof rack setup. After the damage occurred, I talked with the employee that filled out the form and they admitted that they did not set the top retract that specific time and that this was the cause for the bush comming down and causing the damage. The manager also admitted on the phone that they didn't adjust that setting and that was the reason for the damage and that even though I had used that car wash many times before WITHOUT any problems, they are not responsible for the damage. Quick quack has signs on their wash absolving themselves of any damage if the vehicle is older than 5 years or if any sort of aftermarket item is involved. The reason why my factory roof rack was damaged is because an employee failed to select the correct setting. I was told by the manager that this setting was for the carwash protection and not my own. I was also not given any warning when I signed up for a monthly membership that my roof rack assembly would be a problem. After dozens if carwashes that were free of issues, I believe I should have had the expectation that I wouldn't sustain any damage. I will be cancelling my monthly membership for all of my cars if Quick Quack doesn't help with some level of compensation (which would cost less than the monthly membership over the course of a single year) to help cover the cost of repairs since the employee and manager have clearly admitted that it was user error on their employee's side that caused the damage. Right now they are hiding behind a weak and irresponsible policy that they only cover new vehicles.

Quick Quack Car Wash Line Service

Currently I am Lucky Duck Member with a flock; I arrived to get my car washed and I was told to wait because there were four nonmember cars ahead of me. I was first in the lane for members only. The attendant was by himself so, he told me to be patient and wait. That he would get to me after all of the other cars that were in the other line that is not for members would be attended to. I was under the impression that if we were members that we would be attended to first in order of arrival; also, members pay our membership monthly to you. Also, the attendant took a long time with each of the nonmembers. After 30 minutes of waiting when he finally got to me, I got in quickly, but I was unable to vacuum my car, because all of the nonmembers were occupying the stalls. I am seriously questioning if having the Lucky Duck membership is worth it.

Desired outcome: I would like that in the future, ALL paying Lucky Duck members can be given priority entrance because not only will the line go faster with the paying members, but it is also considered to be more feasible.

On 3/21/22 we got our car washed on a monthly premium plan. After about 30 seconds into the wash, our vehicle was read ended. The car wash stopped and an alarm sounded. After about 30 seconds the car wash started again and our car completed the wash cycle. We reported the incident to a staff member who stated that his co-worker told him that the other driver went in before she was supposed to and that's why she hit us. His co-worker was standing nearby and shook her head in affirmation. The site manager called us later and said the other driver left her car in drive and that was why she hit us. She said that it was considered a hit and run as if we were in a retail parking lot and we would have to go through our insurance to get repairs covered. We pointed out that since they knew there was a problem, they should have stopped the car wash. They actually said it would not be safe to stand in front of a moving vehicle, to which we said of course not that would be ridiculous. Simply push the emergency stop button, which every car wash has.My wife talked to *** from *** and he said the company would not do anything except provide a license plate to go through our insurance. I called him back to discuss and am told there is no way to contact him or leave him a message. Horrible customer service.This outcome is not acceptable. We were not in a parking lot, as the example was provided, but in a car wash controlled by employees of Quick Quack Car Wash. We followed the directions given to us. If the driver behind us did not, and by Quick Quack's admission they did not, that car should have been stopped or the entire car wash stopped. To have a business, send customers into your machinery providing your directions, and then claim you have no liability for your actions is insane. Do the right thing and take responsibility for your actions.

After signing up for a premium membership I took my *** CRV through the wash a few times. After one of which I noticed the fender cover of my vehicle had been ripped off during the wash. I showed an employee and they had me fill out a form.2 weeks later I received an email outlining the following process: I was to attain 3 separate estimates for the repair, one of which was their preferred provider Pro Dynamic Collision. After running all over town getting these estimates I sent them to quick quack and waited for 1.5 weeks for a response at which point I was told I would need to wait 2 weeks to schedule the appointment. I waited and finally received a call from the mechanic who could only schedule me in the following week. I then dropped off my vehicle for 1 full week and was told on 3 separate occasions that the wrong part had been ordered and the correct one would be there tomorrow. Finally I requested to have my vehicle returned to me as It is the only one I have to get around and asked them to contact me when they had the part. It has been 2 months during which time I have called every week and left a message. It is my experience that quick quack intentionally strung out the process and did not provide me with a rental vehicle in an effort to discourage me from following through with the repair which they were contractually obligated to see done.

On August 19 I was getting my car washed (2022 *** Outback) when I heard a loud noise. Upon exiting the car wash I noticed one of my crossbars was no longer attached to my brand new car. I spoke to an employee and file an ancient report. I have since sent Quick Quack a repair estimate, parts invoice from the dealer and signed a accident release form. It is November 3rd and I have yet to be compensated for the damaged they incurred to my vehicle! *** has been non-responsive, told me to go to the brand and speak with store leader. I showed up at the Exposition branch and the store leader outright refused to see me or even speak to me. I suggest to everyone to use a different service. I am also in talks with my attorney regarding this blatant disregard for their customers and their property.

I went through the Quick Quack car wash location # *** in ***, *** on 9/2/2022 and when I arrived home I noticed a part off my car had damaged by the car wash. I have called their call center on too many occassions to count and have sent multiple emails. I have spoken to multiple employees who have promised that someone would contact me within 24 hours, some say *** hours...its different every time. The only consistent thing is that NOBODY ever to this point has contacted me to go about repairing a small part.At the beginning I was told it had to be handled by the manager at the location and to go there. I have been there multiple times to talk to the manager. NEVER there. I have left my name and number with employees, notes on his desk, and he should have the incident report one of the employees gave me when this occurred. I was given his cell number to contact him. Never has answered or returned one message.The unprofessionalism, the lies, the ethics (especially over something so small) is a disgrace.

On July 31, 2022 Sunday afternoon my 19 year old son took his 2012 *** CX7 car to the Quick Quack Car Wash at ***. He paid $ *** for ***. While sitting in his car during the car wash, he heard a loud noise. As the car exited the wash, he got out of the car and saw that the car radio antenna and the rear window wiper had both been ripped off and were laying on the ground. He told an employee. I do not know why an employee did NOT fill out an incident report. Then my son left the car wash and drove home. When he got home, my son told me right away and immediately I called the car wash number at ***. And employee at the office told me an incident report should have been filled out. My husband and I immediately left my house and went to the car wash in my son's car. We talked to an employee when we arrived at the car wash and the employee filled out an incident report. My husband is the legal owner of the car so he signed the incident report. I took a couple of photos on my iphone of the damages. Then we left the car wash. The incident report states that we would be contacted within 3 business days. No response. I waited one week and called the main office number about what happened and they said someone would call me within a few days. No response. I called the main number again and complained. Maybe a couple of days later a car wash company employee called me and said the damages would "NOT BE COVERED BECAUSE THE *** IS OVER 5 YEARS OLD". These are the reasons why I am filing this complaint about this car wash. We have not been back to the car wash since and will not go to a Quick Quack Car Wash ever again. My husband has since gone to Auto Zone a few blocks away (same road as the car wash) and bought a new car radio antenna for $ ***, a new wiper arm for $ ***, and a new wiper blade for $ ***. Thank you.

On 9/14/22 at the *** location (#***) the car wash was extremely busy and understaffed and the cars were being directed into the car wash in very close (and unsafe proximity). My car was pushed into (and collided with) the vehicle in front of me while on the track and in the middle of the car wash. My small children were in the car with me and it was very traumatic for them (our car was trapped in the car wash and we couldn't move). Meanwhile the car wash equipment continued to move and damaged my car in multiple places. I filed an incident report with Quick Quack over a month ago (incident #***) and have called and emailed multiple times but NO ONE from Quick Quack will respond regarding the incident. I was supposed to receive a call within 3 business days that the incident occurred and it has now been over a month.

Happened October 11th 2022.Took my vehicle to quick duck carwash. It was not damaged prior to entering the car wash.It was damaged on the right bumper up the fender. Filled out an incident report. They denied any responsibility. The damage to the vehicle that was incurred could not have possibly been made by any other way but by a roller. No dents on the fender only deep groove and severe brush marks. My jeep Rubicon Gladiator is a 2020. I'm seeking to have to have the damages repaired. .
