If the IID is installed correctly, you should have no concerns. Depending on the provider you choose and the skills of the installer, the installation can show further issues or damage. Intoxalock guarantees well-trained and certified installers to protect your vehicle.

You are held responsible for every breath sample provided to your device but you can keep a log of who is driving the vehicle. Some IID models also have a camera identity verification of the driver and serve as proof of the user.

This depends on the state. A failed test will temporarily keep you locked out of your device if you submit many failed samples. If this happens too often, the device will be locked permanently.

Intoxalock is a legitimate business founded in 1988. Nevertheless, they do have poor customer service that does not resolve much of their customer complaints.
