Today I went to Indane Gas Agency for gas booking. But I was shocked to see that they were forcing consumers to buy a gas pipe which costs 170/-. I was not agreed to buy this pipe because I renewed my gas pipe only few weeks back. I have been very aware of these things such as gas cylinder and its accessories.

Now agency officials are not ready to book my gas even in this festive season, when a person needs it most. When I tried to contact to the Sales Officer Mr. Swarn Singh, he doesn’t pick my phone. Even on land line number.

My consumer no-42954 gas agency name kfcs hebbal facing a problem since 5 months v r not receiving cylinder on time receiving a message delivered but vr receiving cylinder after 10 days.pls take action immediately

I have an indane gas connection and after marriage my name is now in my husband's ration card.The gas agency demands to surrender the two cylinders and apply for another connection either in my mothers or fathers name and they will now issue only one cylinder and only after three months we can apply for the second one.As my connection already have 2 cylinders why they could allot 2? Oherwise is there any chance to transfer my connection to my mothers name?Please let me know the rules and conditions regarding the above matter.

I booked my cylinder through online on dated 8/02/2012 but till today i have not received the refill cylinder & I contract to so many time to gas agency they always told that cylinder will be delivered within two days . Sir, in this regards i request your good selves kindly consider my request & take appropriate action against gas agency . Sir I face this every month .

I Mulayam Singh Yadav vide customer no 17487, I have booked lpg cylinder as on dated [protected] but till today dt 29/1/2012 not received the refill cylinder from our agency. its happen every time& face so many problem if I complaint to the agency manager, he always ask me, cylinder will be dilivered within one or twodays .

This is Mohit Thomas R/o A-4, Indraprasth Apartment, Sant nagar, burari, Delhi- 84, I booked new connection with PARUL GAS SERVICE, Hardev Nagar, Jharoda, Burari on 14th June 2011 and against my booking, I received a registered letter from same gas agency on 9th September, stated that my waiting list number [protected] has matured on 14th July and I can avail my gas connection, after that I completed all the required documents and reached that Parul Gas Agency to get my connection on 15th September 2011, but the very rude agency staff refuse to give and said that they do not have gas regulators and I will have to come after 15days, I went again and they said same excuse and asked me to come next month, now on 02 November 2011, when I went there one more time they are still running out of gas regulators and refuse me to give connection again, and because they never pick-up the phone so every time I have to go to them personally leaving behind all my work, Is it not a harassment? Because we are in need so they can easily manipulate us. please do some thing. my cell no is [protected]. thanks

I went to indane gas agency situated nearby to my residence and asked for a gas connection. He told that he will be giving the new connection only when i will purchase a gas stove from the agency. I may please be intimated whether it is mandatory to purchase a gas stove from the agency itself. I am living in Rajgangpur, dist- Sundergarh, (ORISSA). agency name- Rajgangpur gas service.

i am from k.k.nagar chennai.my gas agency is saichitra which is located in mgr nagr chennai.they are not delivering properly.because i am refill booking thro ivrs.3rd of sep i got a message from that cylinder shall be delivered shortly.today 7th of sep still i didnt get.if i call to my agency no response from that side.very very worst service

Anusha distributor is known for bad delivery practices. The agency sells the cylinder's in black market and cancels the booking done by IVR system. shame on anusha, shame on indane

I am the consumer of Indane Gas consumer No:3990, the supply of refill of cylinder through Mithala Gas Agency, Noida. The delivery of refill of cylinder is unnecessarily delayed in every month. Every month we get cylinder after 10 to 15 days of our due date and that too after making many visits or Call to the gas agency. Our complaints are simply Ignored.This month I have booked on 17 June 11 by phone but I didn't received my supply yet (It is about 22 days).while enquiry they states that there is no booked. again I request please booked my cylinder but till today not any responce, We are undergoing physical and metal torture due to this attitude of Gas agency. I request the higher authorities to take necessary action against Mithala Gas Agency, Noida to regulate the deliver in time.

On 22 June 2011, 3.10 pm, I got an SMS on my mobile stating that my gas cylinder refill had been booked under booking no. [protected]. Today, 27 June 2011, 12.30 pm I get an SMS confirming delivery against the said booking no. 10169, paid for vide cash memo no.10166.
Shockingly I have neither asked for a refill on the given date 22 June 2011 and nor have I received any refill today, 27 June 2011. Someone is fraudulently using my customer ID No. M-39711 at Mohanil Gas Service situated next to Essex Farms, Hauz Khas which please investigate under intimation to me.

Hi All, there is no point in discussing or complaining online or through on call. We need to find out some other way to solve this issue. Almost all of us are facing the same problem but it is of no use, we need to go for consumer court to solve this officially otherwise either these gas agencies will not respond or the respective regional manager or who ever is responsible for this will not lift their phone (both personal as well the official land line numbers). We all unit can solve all these problems. Please respond to this WE WILL MAKE THE CHANGE.

I am a customer of Indane with customer No 19572 and have been registered with gas agency D.S Gas Agency at Shop no 2 Pooth kalan New Delhi 16.04.2011. I have booked refill online, confirmation of booking received through SMS at my phone booking no 6149 & cash memo no 6174 & received SMS on 22.04.2011 Your cylinder has been delivered today, but till date(26.04.2011) they have not delivered the refiil at my home but delivery show on website on 22.04.2011. They say the refiil will be delivered within 15 days of booking & they want difine calculatation of LPG use per day i want to complaint regarding lazy or rude behaviour of gas agency staff. i am in very much trouble. tell me is this type of attitude is appropriate with the customer. pls. take the matter seriously and kindly solve my problem.

I went to a gas agency (Trimurti gas agency Vikaspuri ) situated nearby to my residence and asked for a gas connection. He told that he will be giving the new connection only when i will purchase a gas stove from the agency. I may please be intimated whether it is mandatory to purchase a gas stove from the agency itself. I am living in Delhi - Mohan Garden Uttam Nagar .

With regard to the Indane Gas Connection public are not aware of the documents and the policies and procedures. The agents are forcing the public to buy the Gas Stove even though they posses a Good Gas Stove. Trimurti Gas Agency Vikas Puri New Delhi were forcing its consumers to buy the Gas Stove which costs around Rs. 3500/- while getting a new gas connection.

My suggestion in order to control the agencies a flying squad has to be appointed by the Indane and their number should be compulsorily displayed in the front office of the gas agencies. Each and every customer should be respected properly.

When I tried to get a new Gas connection they asked me in total of Rs.5000/- ( including their commission). Since I am not aware of about the compliance team I writing here for a good solution not only for me but also for my people.

i m facing a problem from my gas connection dealer in ghaziabad of the name of GHAZIABAD GAS AGENCIES, KAVI NAGAR INDUSTRIAL AREA, GHAZIABAD, PH.NO.[protected], [protected] These nos are very rarely picked by them, there was a very duffer saff and his service is very bad and treated a customer not in gud way.

Myself Mr. Bishwin Shah residing at Mansa. In our town, I am the customer of Parth Gas Agency for LPG Cylinder.
My Customer No is DG15602. My complain for Parth Gas Agency is I could not get LPG Cylinder on time.
As i had received last cylinder on 18/01/2011 & New request given on 28/02/2011.
Till date I have not received cylinder.

From last three times i have to take leave form my company and to go for taking the cylinder delivery at parth gas agency.

Please do the needfull

Sir,
Today I am absulutely ashamed to be an Indian, to see such irresponsible people who run the system as per they convenience. I have been trying to book the gas since three days at Dwarka Indane Service, and I always get a busy line, and by chance I get connected the lady picks up and simply places the receiver down with out reaponding and then hangs up. People are playing with us helpless people who sit all day to just get conncetd to speak to these agents who are so irresponsible. It is absolutly annoying. Every time it is the same story, and they send us half filled cylinders and sometime cylinders that leak playing with our lives. Is there no body to check all this, are people so mad of money that they forget ethecis and honesty, shameful to our nation. I request somebdoy to check this as it is an esential service and we need desperate help.

Today on 29/1/2011 I am waiting for 1 refill cylinder on my booking dated 19/1/2011 i.e. after 10 days. and when I wanted to reminder the dealer the dealer has flatly refused to help me saying that we have status of delivery on 27/1/2011 in their my hand whereas I am still awaiting for the cylinder. Dear Sir,
I am having gas connection of HP Gas. Gas agency of HP do not deliver cylinder at my residence and forcing us to collect it from their godown which is about 12 Kms. away from our residence. There is another Gas Agency of Indane who gives home delivery in my residential area. While requesting Indane Gas - Hennis Gas Agency - Anand - Gujarat for giving me transfer of my existing gas connection from HP to Indane. He refused to do it and informed us to get new connection with the payment of Rs.6000/-, Kindly help us in the matter and inform owner of Hennis Gas agency to accept transfer of my existing gas connection. LPG consumers are being cheated by the dealers and distributors. They are being charged for the full quantity of LPG where as Gas delivered is much less.

In this regards Shri L.K. Khurana Chairman, Vinod Kumar General Secretary and Shri Nidhan Singh Secretary of Happy Life Development and Welfare Society Chandigarh met Sh. Mahavir Kaushik, HCS Secretary, State Transport Authority and Controller of Legal Metrology (Weight & Measure) Chandigarh.

Vinod Kumar General Secretary of the society point out that the society is getting number of complaints from the residents of Chandigarh for underweight supply of Domestic Gas and society has taken the serous view of this and wished to start a joint drive with Weights & Measures department for checking the underweight LPG supply.

Sh. Mahavir Kaushik, HCS assured that their department is with them for this social cause and further added that he himself or the concerned inspector will be present at the spot when called, and take necessary legal action.

Society has also have purchased an electronic weighing machine (scale) duly verified by Legal Metrology (Weight & Measure) Chandigarh.

Today we started at about 11.00 AM from sector 47 and continued checking various sector of union territory. Sh. Mahavir Kaushik, HCS and the Inspector Sh Kamal Sareen were also with us.

I am a customer of INDANE with customer no 27050 and have been registered
with M/S MAA GURGA GAS SERVICE, Gomti Nagar Lucknow LUCKNOW. I booked my gas
cylinder on 19th Aug, 2010, till 31nd Aug, 2009 no delivery has been made by
the agency. Whenever I make phone call to gas agency, either he don't pick
the phone or he says it will take another 3-4 days for delivery due to
non-supply of gas. I called 3 times, he says same reply. I have also called
FO Lucknow II on [protected], but no response till date, you are requested to
kindly do needful and ensure that no customer will suffer further.

I, V .Kausalya Cust no :07898 did book a cyclinder on the 5 of july and the last cyclinder recived was on the20/06 /2010 . The cyclinder tht was booked was through the 24 hrs booking by dialing 1260 . later when contacted shirdi sai distibutors #7/31, 2nd main, near telephone exchange, domlur layout Bangalore-560071 manager: chandrashekar, called with due requesting for gas as my father is heart patient but response recieved from the manager and staff is of o use as they donot respond to the query in fact ask question when we booked the gas and its one cyclinder it will take one month for the next gas to be booked,
cn u plz tell us wat should we do till the time we get another cyclinder as a heart patient my father cannt eat out side food but the response recvd frm the other side or rather the agency and manager of the agency is one of the worst case
no humanity shown nor any respect so it really is not good service provider
Request to kindly look into this and also heard about people cyclinder been sold for extra money and the original customer no getin the cyclinder wat will people do who cannt affrd second cyclinder my mail id is gomti_popcee2002@yahoo.co.in if u can revert back will be thankful

This is to bring to notice that agency delivery staff namely AMBRISH has been speaking rashly to consumers when they are asking him for delivery of cylinder on time. Insead of excuse, he is trying to give back answer to the consumers. Please take the appropriate action against your above mentioned staff and he has bad reputation of selling cylinders in black for ransom money!

I am a Public sector (PSU) employee posted in NHPC Faridabad
I have Gas Connection no. MA 5583 at Mohan & Mohan Gas Agency, Sarai Khwaja Market, Faridabad-121003(Harayana). FOR LAST FOUR YEARS.

WITH DUE RESPECT I WANT TO SAY THAT I AM A CONSUMER OF INDANE GAS AGENCY S. MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 5583 BY THE NAME OF R R DEWANGAN . I HAVE BOOKED FOR A SUPPLY OF REFILE CYLINDER ON DATED 11/05/2010. AT THE OF TIME BOOKING THEY INFORMED ME THAT IT WOULD TAKE 4-5 DAYS TO DELIVER . FOR THE PAST ONE WEEK I HAVE BEEN CONTACTING THEM ABOUT THE SUPPLY OF REFILE AND THEY HAVE BEEN TELLING THAT IT WILL BE SUPPLIED TODAY. EVERYTIME I ASK THEY GIVE THE SAME ANSWER. NOW ITS ALMOST 16 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF MY REFILE BOOKING. TODAY THE WHEN I CONTACTED THE PERSON RESPOSIBLE TO DELIVERY, HE IS RUDENESSLY TOLD ME TO TAKE TRANFER your connection TO SOME OTHER GAS AGENCY. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME OF THIS AGENCY DELAY IN SUPPLYING THE REFILE, ALMOST THIS IS HAPPENING EVERYTIME. I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AND FIND OUT THE CAUSE FOR THE INORDINATE DELAY IN SUPPLY OF THE REFILE. THANKING YOU

eventhough booking taken place, the cylinder was not yet delivered for more than 30 days by your agency (ie) Guruvayurappan agencies.
abnormal delay to be avoided

The above agency was very poor and culterless behaviour is showing to customers,

I have taken LPG Gas connection from M/s Vindh Indane Rewa Road Churhat Distt. Sidhi. Consumer No. VI0498, IOC No. 708356 and SV No. and date 2689298 dt. 02.08.2002. After dt. 22.04.2009 agency did not relever any Gas cylinder to me. Now I have been transfered to Distt. Rewa (MP) and I want my connection get transfered to Rewa but the agency is evesconding. No one is found in the head office churhat or Branch office Sidhi. Kindly help me to get the cylinder transfered.
