mine isn't a complaint really but I am suppose to make a payment on April 15th for $144 but I won't have that money until Monday May 18th can I go in and pay it now and put the 18th in instead of Friday the 15th? Or will it pull money on both days if I do that?

Wondering your criteria as I was given $300 to start with then changed to $500 while I am in Florida and could use the extra cushion but you took the $500 away without any warning back to $300 and then when I attempted to make that work you took another $50 away for $250. Now once I get this paid off will only use it for emergencies but I was in Florida at the time and needed it. So I just get social security every 3rd Wednesday of the month so why the fluctuation of my limit so many times in such a short time. I can't rely on it for what I would use it for going forward for emergencies. So two questions thank you!

I have been a loyal customer for 13+ years.

I have it set up with Huntington to transfer $50 from my checking to savings twice a month. I ALWAYS check to make sure everything goes where it should. I have overdraft protection, so my savings account protects me. On March 24th I received a 24 hr grace og insufficient funds money was deposited I got paid on the 31st of March a automated transfer of $50 was sent to my savings and posted I received my statement on 4/2. When I went on my mobile app My Savings Account was gone and it showed I only had 2 accounts instead of 3. I contacted huntington to find out what was going on and the explanation I received was that's weird. Now it is 4/5 and my savings account has still not been activated. This is a huge inconvenience and irritating to know I have been a loyal customer and have received no calls or explanations of anything meanwhile I had to wait 5 days before my $50 was credited to my checking account. I feel Huntington should provide some compensation for the stress and aggravation I am going through.

I got online and saw the wonderful bonus for opening a new account with Huntington, so I signed into my account and did the processing. I got a code that said I could not apply online and I had to go into the bank with two pieces of ID and/or call the toll free number listed. I called the toll free number and tried to get a simpler resolution and was treated rather rudely by both Brenda and Xavier about the issue. I tried to inform the both that it was impossible to go into the bank. Xavier was one of those people that you know loves to quote scripture of the bank and refuses to listen to rational reasons why something is not possible. I mentioned that I had been verified in the past a few times and he said that is fine you now have to do it again because we told you you must. He then further quoted that they are a private business and they can do whatever they want. Well as a private person I can also do what ever I want, which includes closing accounts and filing complaints.

I tried to explain things in a way that could be easily understood but neither of them were willing to understand that not everything fits into a nice preformed box

TUESDAY 22,, 3 PM ,Whet to get my account, and saw a different username, then tried to correct and couldn't get in. Have this problem several times with Huntington Bank.

On Monday, my husband and I needed a loan for purchasing a new work truck for our company. We have had several loans from Huntington over the years, no hassle. Over the past 4 days, we have been treated as if we are unable to afford the loan. We own 2 homes, make 100,000+ as an income, and both of us have credit scores over 800, but they needed multiple tax papers since my husband is self-employed. We provided them with it and said we were approved multiple times. Yet, everyday they needed something else. The loan was for $16,000, not millions. We are looking at taking our business and loans somewhere else. Is it Huntington's practice to do this to customers?

On Monday 03/07/22, I deposited a check through the app. It was deposited into my account but was written to and endorsed by my husband whom has a joint checking account attached. A hold was placed on the check (understandable) but was was un-excusable is the hold on BOTH my accounts

and debit cards rendering me without money for up to 7 BUSINESS DAYS?! Why? It takes a phone call or at the most, 2 business days for that check to clear and for the bank to realize its gross error in judgment. This isn't acceptable and the customer service has been atrocious. I have never had a fraudulent deposit or had a deposited check returned. They froze my accounts because I deposited it into the account that is in my name only but the second frozen account is in HIS NAME, too. This is asinine. I am completely on board with the check amount being held until it clears but holding our money hostage should be against the law and I will be consulting an attorney today.

I inherited a home from my father through a nonprobate transfer.

Huntington is refusing to give me information about the mortgage. I would like to pay it off.

I have been paying $500-$700 a month on this home for the passed 2 years. I want to pay this mortgage, and taxes that I owe, and not have penalties. I don't want this home foreclosed on.

I had a dispute for double billing on one of my accounts and called Huntington and they filed a dispute on my behalf. They also canceled my Debit card at this time and did not inform me of this. I did not ask them too and was not informed they would do this. I use my Debit card to pay all my bills and I began getting emails that my card was declined. I called Huntington and received no help or apology. I have spent hours calling all of the companies that do automatic withdrawal for my monthly bills and having them put on my charge card!

I was told it would be at least 5 business days to receive a new card, an express option was not even offered. I will then have to go back after receiving my new debit card and repeat the process of changing my payment method.

Good afternoon I went into my Huntington Bank in Jackson MI on 2/10/22 at 3:00 pm to withdraw 200.00 because the week before my account had fraud done to it and they put alerts on my account so I cant use my checking with that being said I am gonna close it when my direct deposit hits the account. I went into another branch and they opened another account for me. But anyway this lady in Jackson MI called and go clearance to withdraw the money. She then proceeds to tell me that they should cancel my account and my new account because if you have fraud done they hold you accountable and I shouldn't be able to bank with them. Seriously this is not what I asked for to have fraud done. She honestly did not need to make her comments known.

On December 18 a mobile deposit was made into my account for $600. The deposit check was in my old name I have walked into the bank now 3 times with documents verifying this information. Due to the incompetence of the bank and its back office its now going on 2 months with a administrative hold on the account. I would like my funds from the account. Huntington has been giving me the runaround for weeks with multiple calls and visits to the bank branch. With no resolve and more request for the same documents they have been sent 3 times. My last straw is calling the bank today for the representative to tell me that no one has noted the account that the faxed documents were sent by the branch.

On 10/28/21, I moved my account (just as they were becoming Huntington) from TCF to my credit union. That left me with $23.52 in that account.

Yesterday, I got a letter from Huntington saying I owe them $318.97.

When I went to the Huntington web site, to investigate, I discovered that I could not see any activity in that account posted.

Every other bank I have had experience with, I can access that information on-line.

What are they hiding?

I want to payoff a Huntington Bank (HB) loan with funds held in a Huntington Bank checking account. (Approx $1, 500). I was told I will have to purchase an official HB check for a FEE and mail it back to an HB address or wire the funds, for a FEE, from HB back to HB. What the he**!?! I was also told funds held at HB are not considered guaranteed?!?

Terrible service. Wrote a check for $1000 to my HELOC account on November 6th. My account was never credited. Mailed & faxed my canceled check to them. They have admitted receiving it but, don't know where it went. Still haven't credited my account. I will be closing this account soon. After a month they have never called me back.

August 2020 I moved from South Dakota to Arkansas. I sent the request in to Huntington to get them to move the title for our 2017 GMC Truck from South Dakota to Arkansas as we still have a lien on the vehicle. Now, 16 months later I am still waiting on Huntington to get this done. I have numerous records including emails showing Hungtington how to get this done, asking why it hasn't been done yet, etc and I am still waiting on this title to get sent. My vehicle can not be registered in this state because Arkansas is still waiting on the title so now I am driving a vehicle with no registration all at the fault of Huntington Bank. I had 3 vehicles that had liens my other 2 vehicles through Bank of America and Ally Bank had no issues getting this done the first month we moved. Why is this so hard for Huntington to get taken care of? Especially since I have sent them documentation showing them exactly how to do it?

Huntington Home Savers Home Remodification and Jessica Neckovski IS THE WORST. We've been in this loop for over a year. No one knows what the other person or department is doing. It goes from one month behind to, 2 months to $170. Jessica does not call back. Every time we talk to someone they have a different story. And they don't have the notes of the previous calls yet the calls are recorded.

I need resolution right now, I went into a branch in Minneapolis the Valley West brance to deposit my small check of 630.03 on November 5th almost a month ago and still do not have this amount credited to my account this mishalf has casued me finanical harship that put my credtit at a negative balance . I'm not sure which wat to turn I call them numermous of times

I have requested that Huntington National Bank provide a NEBRASKA lien release form, that I have included within several emails, regarding CASE #[protected] and continually receive lien releases for Kentucky where the vehicle was originally purchased. This is unacceptable! This has been going on for SIX months now and Huntington has only 15 days to send the correct lien release form. This is starting to interfere with my ability to get to work daily and complete daily tasks as the forgiveness of the COVID situation is closing and I need to register my vehicle in New Mexico.

I have accounts with huntington bank including one with more that $200k. Your computer occasionally and incompetently takes out $10 from another account that goes under a certain amount. I have found that trying to call your toll free number (customer service?) is a complete waste of time. I would transfer to another bank, but you all suck.

When was TCF I could access my sons account, for which I am the Rep Payee. I could also check balances over automated phone. Now, with Huntington, I can no longer access the rep payee online OR by telephone. Bank rep told me I need to come INTO a branch to simply get a balance.! As a rep payee, I am responsible for the $ in this account and I can't even moniter what is happening over the month. I check for fraudulent charges, etc. I will now have no idea for possibly 30 days until I get a statement. Makes absolutely no sense.
