Avoid the branch manager Theresa Wittau at the Glenview branch at 1441 Waukegan Rd. She is wholly incompetent and often lacks understanding of basic bank policy. Even worse, she shoots from the hip based on misinformation without checking the facts. Very malicious and dysfunctional person you want to stay away from. We have reported her to the upper management, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, BBB and the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

Others experiencing her scamming and misdeeds should also do the same.

Desired outcome: Avoid Theresa Wittau and her subordinate Winston.
