A total joke. I might use it 2-3 times per year and it is always paid on time, Max amount changes every other week if not by the day from $500 to $750 or $250. Every time they decide to lower the amount it dings my credit score a point. If the money is to help until payday or to potentially bypass an overdraft would that not suggest that your account is below $1000 if their max is $250- $750. 2 days ago, my max was $750, after taking out $150 I am now totally suspended for any additional citing a decrease in deposits, when my direct deposits have not changed in over 6 months.

Desired outcome: Amend their usage terms. Do not penalize for using the service or constantly changing avail. amounts even when deposits are within range. Grand Rapids, MI

I normally do not write reviews but I feel compelled to warn others of a bait and switch tactic Winston Dacuycuy at our bank of nearly 20 years pulled on us. The branch manager Theresa Wittau turned a blind eye to this and actually colluded with Winston.

After depositing over $300.000 with the specific agreement that we would no more be charged for cashiers checks, he suddenly broke our agreement a week later saying "agreements can change anytime". His true Jeckyll and Hyde personality came out with the nasty side of him dominating after receiving our $.

We immediately closed ALL our accounts after banking here for so many years. So did our friends and family also close ALL their accounts.

This review is to make others aware of the poor business decisions he made and prevent others from being scammed and mistreated.

There are so many other nicer, kinder and more ethical banks to work with. Please be careful everyone.
