I still have a problem with hungry jacks arana hills, I have a disability, am homeless, I was ask by one of my friends to go down to get her order she paid by card, I spent my last money on a meal deal that I thought I was getting, one of my friends screen shotted a deal, they wouldnt accept the screen shot, told me to download the app, as im not tech savy, I asked if they could do it, so that I could get the screen shotted deal, this took 20 minutes to do, then they told me its not working (I swear they done it on purpose) so I couldnt get the $5 burger fries and a coke, so I said can you do the $7 burger fries and a coke, they tried, then told me I had to order and pay for it on line, (I dont have a debit credit card) they said how much do you have. I said $8.90, they said, they would work out a deal burger fries and a fanta, I waited for the meal, I left went back to my friends house gave her, her order, I go to eat my food, thinking that I had a buger fries and a fanta, it wasnt it was just the burger and a fanta, I went back down to complain about, wheres my fries, they said you have accepted the food, they would not give me my fries burger fries and a coke $5 burger fries and a coke $7 I paid 8.90 burger and a fanta as far as I know I got ripped off, I asked for my money back thats where they got agressive and thats where I was threatened I reacted I cracked the [censored]s and slamed my fanta down without my food or money and told to leave as they said they were calling the police and I said I was calling the police too, ferny grove police, while I was letting them know what was going on and what happened, I asked them for a crime report number which im still waiting for as I was leaving the hungry jack the so called manager came out and took a photo of my number plate, as this was happening the staff came out, this is where I was feeling intimidated ganged up on and stood overthe police told me there was nothing the could do, they told me totake it up with hungry jacks as it was a civil matter, so this wenton for quite a while over maybe 2 weeksi was not going back down to hungry jacks where I was intimidatedganged up on and stood over, so I rang up over that time where I was ridiculed they all sat aroundthe phone at hungry jacks, and told me to ring the police (fernygrove) they said my $8.90 was there, I went down to the ferny grove police station, they said theyknew nothing about it, again the police told me to take it up with hungry jackshungry jacks told me to ring the ferny grove policethe ferny grove police, told me to ring hungry jacksi did what they said to do,2 weeks later after, back and forth between ferny grove police, andhungry jacks, they kicked the door in where I was staying, and charged me with stalking and harrasment to hungry jacks, andharrasment to to ferny grove police over a carrige wayhis is all overhungry jacksgetting my order wrongand me doing the right thing by letting asking the policeand hungry jacks what the go wasthe hungry jacks tell me to ring the policethe police tell me to ring hungry jacksnow because I done what they told methis has happenedi didnt do this to methe ferny grove policeand hungry jacks did this to mei dont have money for a lawyer never havei know I have a case through criminal for ferny police and arana hillshungry jacksi know I have cases through civil for ferny grove police and the staffat hungry jacks, and a civil for hungry jacks its selfi will be getting this printed out and a justice of the peaceto sign itthere fore it will be a legal documenti know I can take the staff at ferny grove each a civil matter, andmaybe criminali know I can take the staff frm arana hills hungry jacks each a civilmatter may be criminali know I can take hungry jacks the bussiness to civil matter, and maybe criminali wish to take staff and hungry jacks to court

I placed an order at Livingston Hungry Jacks Western Australia for 2 whooper with cheese meals and paid by credit card so do not have a docket number.

It was around 6 pm on the 7 March.

Both our burgers did not have any sauce or mayonnaise so we’re very dry. I have tried to ring the store to complain but no one answered the call.

So very disappointed and too far to drive back to complain.

Drove thru drive through and placed an order and he girls just kept laughing at me and made me repeat the order several times. I requested the tropical whopper which was told they did not have it then requested the chicken and pineapple burger (all the time she was laughing) I was then told that was also not available as there was no pineapple. I also ordered 3 sundays and was also told this was not available also as they had just started renovations. As she was laughing so much she handed the register over to a boy and I had to repeat my order once again. I then had to wait 10 minutes for my order to be brought out.

I found this behaviour very upsetting and will never go to that outlet again.

I took my granddaughter for lunch at your HJ Golden Grove store today. I felt the need to complain about the hygiene of this store. 1. The playground was filthy, my granddaughter came in and said to me, "I need to wash my hands, it is really dirty out there" - I had a look and it certainly was. Once we received our food we went to sit at a booth - the table we chose had not been wiped down (it was still in that state when we left), so we went to another table. Other customers left at a table near us, and their table was left as it was. It's all well and good having tables put out of commission with the Covid distancing but probably completely ineffective if those tables that are in use are not kept clean after use. It was not due to lack of staff that this small task of cleaning the tables, as I observed quite a number of staff serving and they were not inundated with customers. I probably would of let this slide had it not been for two things that happened following our meal. The first of the two, I literally felt ill when I went to push open the door, it was more than disgusting, it was filthy - there is no way that a 'Manager' that locks up does not see how revolting it is, it was not just one day's filth! The second thing was that I actually was physically ill about 15 minutes after leaving this store. The onset of this was so swift and debilitating that we had to cut short our day out. My honest thoughts about this was that it was possibly something in the chicken burger I ate that didn't agree with me, but given the state of the store I am not ruling out other reasons. Unfortunately this will be the last time I go to this store, I don't frequent this store regularly but I do remember that the last occasion I did go into this store which was over 12 months ago I felt less than comfortable with the cleanliness. I do regularly attend HJ Ingle Farm with my grandchildren for drinks/ice creams/chips on our way home from school, admittedly this is always through the drive through.

Ordered a tropical burger and chips. Wrong burger again...I have been a handful of times and I have never had the correct order at Burwood East hungry jacks. I have also had delivery and it was stone cold. I didn't receive a receipt this time round but a tropical burger has pineapple in it. This does not..

The wife and I go there every Thursday for years, we are in our mid 80s
I loaded your coupon in 2022 and they would not accept it because it has expired . we come a long way and the boy told her it was expired and she just came to me and did not listen that I copied it after the new year and it showed the last years. she was abrupt and not helpful and embarrassed me in front of people so I said that you have lost a customer, she answered oh thats good.
We enjoyed the Subway. I notice a lot of remarks about this South lake Hungry Jakes .

Few weeks ago again not a skerrick of toilet paper in the Ladies.

And last Wednesday at 8am this was the state of the Ladies bathroom .

Please see attached and then again the following week there was still a similarly stained sink in the ladies room.
Frequently there was no toilet paper in the Ladies Room then things improved for a few months. But as I said once again not a skerrick in the Ladies toilet at the end of November, 2021. The next week had the bathroom in this state. Please see photos.

Purchased a chicken Royale on December 22nd at around 8pm from North east Road store.
Around midnight, I felt really unwell and vomited 4-5 times. Massive diarrhoea, unbearable nausea, headache and feeling atrocious. 3 and a half days later I'm still unwell. Still have nausea and diarrhoea and will be seeing my doctor tomorrow
Completely ruined Christmas Day for our whole family as we had to cancel family gathering in case they were infected. An incredibly sad time for us all
My wife still cooked everything and gave it to our family to take home and enjoy together.
Sorry Hungry Jacks but you totally ruined everything for me this Christmas as I have been in bed for 3days.

Hi, I attended hungry jack's Mundaring drive through, 9.30pm 14/12/2021 and proceeded to order bacon cheese Angus meal + others, I was quickly shut down saying something like that the broiler had a limited number and that there was no more beef, so I left and went to McDonald's Mundaring 😡😡😡😡this is the 2nd time in as many months I have been been told that no beef was available at this store, my wife was told no beef available a few weeks ago also.
As I recall from my time working the broiler in hungry jack's innalloo back in 1979, we started cleaning the broiler and extraction after store closing times, not half hour before and telling customers we have done all our beef, a bit like chicken treat, when they say they run out of chicken, there's no treat, c'mon hungry jack's, lift your game and keep the burgers better at hungry jack's

My mum and I purchased a whopper with cheese value meal on Thursday 4/11/2021 at 1243 just after lunch Within a hour we were both feeling nauseas and had extreme diarrhoea for the night .Our nausea still up there but we have taken medication to stop the diarrhoea can this please followed up ASAP thanks mum us 82 and really doesn't need this to happen to her .I have Purchased medication and hydro lite to keep her fluids up as she is vulnerable .

Hi tonight I had placed an order thru hungry jacks app and pay with PayPal in rowville store in Melbourne and select pick from drive thru and when I was in drive thru they said there is some problem in app can u come inside after waiting there for 25 minutes guy name Randi come to me and said if you place an order thru app we can't help you because it's a third party app I said how can be hungry jacks app is third party aap then suddenly he start abusing me in front of my wife n my little daughter I had showered him PayPal payment receipt as well but he didn't bothered he was aggressive and rude and start passing racial comments and refused to give me any food or any refund I really want u guys to take some action on him otherwise I will put this on social media and every where else and I want my vouchers foe $20 I had paid for my food. By the time we realized we were not going to received our order it was too late to go elsewhere, but really in all honesty the phones at the melville store should be sorted so you can at least contact them when this happens!

Your add states Bacon on the new Crunchy Chicken Burger. Brought one today got home and it was a cold peice of ham. Totally disgusting. Ham is not bacon.

This is same crap you put on you bacon delux burger. You need to change the name to ham delux burger. This is false advertising at its worst.

Note i have e-mailed the ACCC and sent photos of your so called bacon on the burger. Change the burgers to match what you actually put on them e.g either bacon / ham.

I will also spam my FB page to let people know about the poor quality burgers at HJ's. One really pissed off customer

I had gone through the drive-through for a coffee in the morning. I ordered a coffee with caramel, whipped cream and soy milk. The lady then proceeded to confirm if I wanted whipped cream. When I inquired if the coffee came with it, she said it did and I said I want it exactly how I ordered it. She said okay, went ahead to make the order wrong. When I said that I didn't think this was my order, she proceeded to explain to me where she had messed up and that it was fine because she put the caramel inside. I mentioned that I would really like it the way I ordered it and apologised for the inconvenience. I was the only person at the drive-through. She rolled her eyes at me, and "made" my coffee again in seconds which I guess was her just switching the toppings. I then drove off apologising to her again. Once I hit the traffic, I decided to take a sip of my coffee and realised it was not soy milk but rather regular milk which I'm heavily allergic of. I almost had an accident due to the reaction and had to swerve off the road and call someone to come get me.

I went to the upper coomera store this morning at about 10am I went through the drive through and ordered a Turkish BLAT. I opened the packaging and took a bite then realized there was mould on the bun and the avocado was all brown and it was cold. I'm disgusted and thinking about actually having a bite out of that just makes me sick. Obviously the staff need more training or need to open there eyes and actually look at what they are serving.

Port Augusta East Hungary Jacks on 12th September 2021 had a burger that was just warm, the counter assistant looked like it was too much effort to smile so slow in getting food even though it wasnt busy .Got home and noticed I have been charged $16 .oo twice not once and to top it off about 6hours later was overtaken by food poisoning.The prices seem exorbitant for what you get $8.00 per burger

Hi, I am a regular customer of Hungry Jacks Gosnells, Western Australia, and I have just put an order through for 2x Rebel Whoppers using the Hungry Jacks App, & walked out to my car to pick up the order and my battery in the car was dead flat! The order number was 8299 and was for the amount of $10 dollars, I rang the store immediately to cancel the order & ask for a refund but they said they could not help me, and to contact the Hungry Jacks website, in which I am doing now to ask for a refund. Could somebody please SMS me on [protected] or email me on [protected]@live.con.au, to let me know that the order was cancelled and I was refunded for the purchase. Kind Regards, Dave Sullivan.
