Items missing from my order
I recently visited your Keilor Downs Store in Melbourne. I placed my order via the drive through and went home. I arrived home to find that one of Whopper burgers for my husband was missing. I then had to drive back to the store and ask for the burger in store. By the time I arrived home the rest of my meal was cold. If this was an isolated incident I would not have minded so much however, this has happened on numerous occasions at the same store and quite frankly I am tired of paying for a meal that I ultimately eat cold.

Toilet service
I came here few times in the morning to pick up coffe or some hash brown. I always see they put sign outside the toilet that toilet temporary closed can I know why and how long I been looking this since 1 month now if any issue than why they didn't fix it or they just don't want public use if u have it in ur restaurant than u need to provide this service as well as we are traders or drivers so we looking for convenient service as well thanks

Waited 25 minutes for burnt burgers, first they said they couldn't burn as they are on a conveyor system. I sent photo, they agreed it's burnt, a week later I'm offer Medici I'm meals equating to half my order. The officer suggesting he "finds it very hard to believe that the burnt burgers weren't eaten and refuses to offer a refund.
whopper with cheese
Hi, the last few times I have ordered a whopper without mayonaise and ketchup, it had ketchup. So the next time I tried ordering it differently and ordered it as a whopper with tomato, lettuce and cheese only, to still get ketchup. A customer of some 30 years now wishes to make a complaint.
My order has always been served on a tray but tonight it came in a paper bag. When I queried the lack of a tray my team member said that management had instructed staff not to use trays. Getting to my table I noticed that it was a wee bit grubby so grabbed some napkins and gave it a wipe, if my meal had been on a tray I could've eaten it on the tray mat and not off a table.which could've had children sitting on it.
In today's virus conscious community do you think that people should be eating food from a table top or from a clean tray mat?
I hope this isn't a directive from HO and is just a silly manager exercising her inabilities because it would be terrible if HJ's was suddenly having table tops swabbed for fecal germs and viruses. People need the protection of a wise HO to keep them safe when eating out.

Don't bother submitting an complaint via Hungry Jacks online, they don't respond. The description of the feedback on the last field of the form was nonsense it was just a selection for different food sides from their menu. If I had to select any it would be the angry onions box but I don't see how that is relevant to the nature of my complaint which was about a whopper and poor customer service. It's a shame such a large company invests so little in their staff and even less in delivering an equal standard of food across all their stores. I get Hungry Jacks 2-3 times a week from 4 different stores. My advice when dealing with Hungry Jacks is ask for a receipt, immediately take a photo with time/date stamp of the receipt, then immediately take a photo of the food with time/date stamp and ask for an immediate refund in store if the food or service fails to meet a suitable standard.
Bacon bonanza burger meal
The new store has just opened at Mackay northern beaches, ordered a bacon bonanza delux meal and the chips were so old and dried up and the burger had no salad on it at all. Ordered burgers without pickles and tomato however the request has been totally disregarded. I am making a complaint this time with photo evidence as this is the third time from the same store this has occurred. I am writing to you with the concern and disappoint of your employees at Hungry Jacks, town hall.
I ordered a bbq cheese burger meal to which I was asked ‘what drink would you like with that'. After walking out of the store I realised I only had the burger, so I went back into the store with concern that I only had the burger but paid for a meal. To which the woman then said no we gave you the meal. I am a very honourable person, so I disagreed and showed her that I only got given the burger. After disagreeing I then walked out of the store with just the burger and so much disappointment I didn't want to argue. As you can agree this is outrageous customer care and not acceptable in any way and I'm sure your company would not allow any customer to be out of pocket. I can expect you as a reliable company to act on this outrageous behaviour as it should not be tolerated. I am not impressed. I expect to hear back from you with a resolution and apology as I am not impressed with my night to which I then missed my train due to this. I look forward to hearing from you.
