service issues with order
Order Number 425, 6.1.2020 @16.35.01 - Staff would not pay attetion to our order anbd where too busy discussing personal matters than dealing in a professional manner with the customer and then when the ordered was given, it was wrong, then the staff - 2 africian girls, tried to make out we where wrong, but we knew what we wanted and had ordered.
These 2 girls, where more interested in their own personal affairs than dealing with 2 paying customers, not listening to our order, when it arrived it wasn't correct!
My autistic son, who was in the car with me, worked for Brodies, which is now Red Rooster, he even said that their actions would not have been tolerated as the customer always comes first.

Came to woodbine hungry jacks for some dinner after work. I sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes before receiving my food.
I ordered $30 worth of food and upon receiving the items, everything was stone cold. We threw everything away as it was inedible. I was not going back through to sit in drive thru for another 40 mins. When sitting inside rive thru for 40 mins I expected to have my food fresh but that was not the case. I'm not sure what is happening inside the restaurant, if it is short staffed or whatever but this is unacceptable.

This is added on to the other complaint already I'm place Plus he was asking me to pay $2for 2 drinks that usually where given free water in a cup with ice he wanted me to pay $2 now u should check if that legal or should he get fire for steeling from the company behind there back these employee are selling cup of water to people who look like there easy prey becareful

I visited my local Hungry Jacks store at Firle In Adelaide on the 2nd of January 2020, I bought a Rebel Whopper with cheese, Large onion rings and choco shake. my favourite is the onion ring however the onion rings were so over cooked and full of oil it was disgusting to eat I wouldn't feed it to my pet dog it left a foul taste in my mouth and the prices are high and the food is so sub standard. I don't think I will be going back to Hungry Jacks again after this.
a job that I apparently had
i got accepted at Hungry jacks Wiley park and i didn't start till the 29th October, which was my first shift. i was getting trained. i had to complete the modules first which took me atleast a week it was very long. i didn't mind. When i started my first shift, i realised that they weren't even professional they're very unorganised and rude. the manager at the time was talking bad about me multiple times. she didn't even do her job properly she kept running around with the boys at the back, anyways that's not the problem. the problem is that they never called me back for another shift and they never paid me for my training. i stayed back extra time because it was busy. they're very shifty and they never asked for my card details they take photos of my documents and they never put them up. I confronted them multiple times and they said they don't know who i am, and i'm not on the system. The day on my interview i waited an hour for the guy who was supposed to interview me to get ready and ask me 2 questions. And now i got a message saying i quit when i never did. how are they able to remove me when thwy don't have me on the system ?

I ordered a burger box on Monday night at newcomb hungry jacks in Victoria, it was so distgusting that I rang up and complained and got a new one the next night and that was actually worse I don't know if they did it on purpose and the manager Hayley was so rude to me saying she promises it wasn't bad and the way she spoke to me was appalling, I do not take it into any consideration to get treated the way I did. On Dec 27, 2019, my family and I ordered a Smoky BBQ Angus burger, 2 bacon deluxe burgers, 1 vegan muffin and 8 small fries. We wasted $ 32.20...
21 minutes later, we got our order! Cold fries, cold dried burgers! Omg, we waited with young kids this long for this! No staff member apologised for the delay! How disgusting was this food! Is this yesterday's burgers?
I was in such a state of shock to even address a staff member. Also having 3 staff members smoking outside next to the entrance is pretty disgusting. Customer service was also bad at this restaurant. A bad experience.
At home we tried to improve 'the mess' by putting the food in the sandwich press and the fries in the air fryer. I just cooked myself, it was suppose to be takeaway. No cooking involved?! Starving by now, we had a few bites and binned the rest. And then made a sandwich!
What a waste of money and time. I demand a refund or a voucher to give Hungey Jack's another try.
If I don't get a refund my family and I won't be going to Hungry Jack's anymore nor will our soccer team have their weekly burgers at Hungry Jack's. That's another 14 families or about 35 people. This is not a threat, just a fact.

I just waited over 45min for two frozen drinks and a kids meal witch look like rubbish thrown in a paper bag (not a kids meal box) I was not informed of the wait time and the staff were not very apologetic. There was a man before me who had been waiting over an hour. It's boxing day with Hardly any staff and the juniors you had only seemed to be able to do the one job assigned to them. Hire efficient amount of trained staff for busy days and
Dont advertise and suck kids in if your not going to produce the good. Try advertising chips and nuggets scattered, there packaging, a toy and napkins I n the bottom of a scrunched up bag and when your sales drop you can cut staff.

I purchase the burger on 14/12/19 saturday around mid-day for work.
Had it for 1st break at 4pm and notice on the first bite that had mould on bottom bun! Which I had to spit it out! I couldnt return the burger because I was at work. My shift ends at 9:45pm. I would like to raise concerns in your Cannon HHill store, Bribane, Qld on 10/12/2019 for an order places at 8.09pm #876.We waited 30 minutes for this order, many customers were waiting.
My specific complaint refers to Caitlin (?) who as I now understand was the duty manager. She appeared to be at the back of the store talking on the phone and walking around idly. She then appeared to pretend to be busy looking at some papaerwork. Front counter staff seemd disorganised and very busy, and perhaps very young. Anyway I had to call one of the staff to call the manager with whom I then asked to get to work and help with customer service.She seemed sheepish and started to help. My concern is that this sort of attitiude is wrong and Hungry Jacks needs to mentor their staff. I am not blaming Caltlin direcrtly but Hungry jacks. I also have concerns the staff were underaged . Ordered a rebel 100% plant based pattie and was given a meat pattie my daughter is vegetarian and has been for a long time .She took a couple of bites and was sure it was meat so we took it back and they said it was a mistake on there part and gave her a free meal which we had already paid for. My daughter is devastated I will be taking this further I myself eat meat and am gobsmacked how this happened

I went through the drive thru and put through my order at 8:18pm on the 4/12/2019.
My order was 5 Large whopper hunger tamer meals 3 of them being double 2 of them single all with cheese. I felt that we had been over charged as the order came to $94.05 which it has never cost that amount before and we order this regularly. We made some alterations being 4 of the cheeseburgers no bbq sauce and no mayo ketchup instead and 1 no mustard and 1 a cheesy cheeseburger.
As I was about to complain that I had been overcharged I was told very rudely can you just go and park and check your order there's a line of cars behind you . I decided to ring them an the guy I spoke to who was also rude said as you ordered special burgers you are charged for it its not free you know. I said you are joking so you charged me to have bbq sauce and mayo taken off and replaced with ketchup he said that's correct as the burgers in the meals are standard and if you want to change them you are charged for it.
I would understand if I wanted to add something but not to take off so instead of substituting two sauces for one they charged us for it all . Then when we ate our meals as soon as I got home and we don't live very far from there our food was squashed stone cold and very very sloppy it was absolutely disgusting most of it ended up in the bin. The whole of my experience with Hungry Jacks this evening was absolutely appalling and we are regular customers which we will never go again and I expect to be compensated greatly for this ie a full refund. My order number was 699.

I brought a tender crisp which didn't taste right from the Beenleigh Qld store I went through the drive thru there were 2 windows open one for paying and one for collection, the girl I paid gave me my burger from her window, I thought nothing of it till I tried the burger is tasted off then I spent all night throwing up .. this is not the first time something like this has happened last time I used the last of my money to buy a whopper my favourite burger, it was full of hair 8 strands blonde to be exact I called the store but they didn't really care ..
