This writer purchased a Maytag Washing Machine From Home Depot, Kingsport, Tn. The BOLD sticker on the top of the machine clearly stated the unit as having a full 10 Year Warranty on the motor and assy.
.. The Maytag Washing Machine failed; ( Motor ) after exactly 3 years. Home Depot and Maytag did everything in their power(s) to avoid, delay, excuse themselves from any and all warranty assistance. This is viewed as a FRAUD; pure and simple.
.. The Home Depot employees went so far as to make-up false statements, false comments and bold faced lies when asked in writing for assistance with the warranty process; NOT ONCE did Home Depot do anything but cause problems and cause anxiety over a simple warranty from Maytag; as Maytag did exactly the same thing.
.. AVOID at all turns, any and all dealings with this band of outlaws, crooks and thieves in Kingsport; let the store go out of business and be gone forever. They serve the community no purpose or value.
.. Fore Warned is Fair Warned.

Recommendation: GO ONLINE FOR ANY PURCHASES
