Last August , Above All handyman dudes put in an A/C in our living room wall. The weather was cool then, so we hardly used it. It's been sitting there, all covered up, until this summer when it got hot. We started using the A/C in July. But just last week, around Aug. 3, I noticed water dripping down the wall under the A/C. And guess what? The wall paint had these weird raised spots with water bubbles in one spot. The water was getting close to an electrical plug. I checked out the unit and it looks like they didn't install it with a slight tilt to let the condensation run off. Maybe they also forgot to remove the plug underneath. I sent them two emails telling them about the problems caused by their installation and asking when they would fix it and repair any damage (like water seeping into the wall) and repaint the wall. But they didn't bother to respond to either email.
