Home Depot review: Bought windows in Jan, install in April, come again in August and still not completed

I bought Simonton windows thru Home depot the beginning of the year. Install in April with lots of problems, wrong Low E, missing latches, missing screws, wrong size and color screws, one slider opened the incorrect way, and damaged screen. Fast forward to August after at least 10 emails trying to get scheduled, I was told that all the parts were here. This is stupid. I cannot believe you can stay in business

Recommendation: Go to another company for windows.
