Hardee's Restaurants review: The way I was threaten and mistreated.

On April 10,2022 approximately

5:15PM while traveling on business with my Business Partner Elliott Burkes , we got hungry and decided on a quick bite to eat. We decide to stop at Hardee's ( 135 Curry St North East. Pelham Ga, . Once in the drive thru the attendant came into the speaker and said " Hello, May I take your order? A small pause occurred due us looking at the menu. She then say ," May I take your order"? My Business Partner Elliott say "One moment..." She then said something that really wasn't audible and then said,"Well say something when you ready". I then said, "Ok Ma'am." She replied ," We won't be taking your order." I said Huh ? For real? I got no reply. I then told my partner to pull through and park in front . Once I got out the car and went in, I seen a staff, and a young lady with a Drive thru headphone set on .I approached and then asked "Hello are u the Lady that said I can't get served?" She said "Yes". I said "Why?" She replied "Cause I'm not serving you." I then said, "Ok. Let me see your manager". She then just erupting rants of profanity . Even to the point of threatening me " Indicating that she will call her dude." It even got to the point she even had to be help back from coming at me in a threatening manner. I waited searching my phone seeing can I get a contact number. Then had to leave cause I got a business call.

The next day April 11, 2020 I called the store to speak to the manager . I spoke to someone, explained my situation and said I will be there in a few to personally speak with someone. She ok.

I make my way to Restaurant .While pulling in I see the lobby open. While walking up to the I see a lady walking from it. Pull it's locked. I was denied entry. Waited by a another customer in the drive through an excessive amount of time because they seen me pull in and made her wait. I also was denied to speak to anyone store hours. She denied me to talk and said I had to wait on the general manager at 3:00.

I left came back and was harrassed even Indicating she calling the police. I left.

The next day I called . The Lady from the day before answered. I asked her name .. She said "Ciara." I said ain't u the Lady from yesterday? She hung up.

And on April 13, 2022 I talked to the District Manager.
