I have had money taken out of my bank account for a google play account I do not have, I have never had one so please explain how you got my details, I'm expecting to be reimbursed, they have taken 2.99 x 10, , this is a common thing apparently, I'm really annoyed about it all, I can't delete something I don't have or have any cards linked to it, ,

Hi my name is Jameshia. I was looking at my bank account and saw that Pandora took $4.99 out of my bank and I don't pay for nothing on Pandora. I don't know why they took it out of my account since I barely even use pandora. If you can correct it it will be nice. Because no one had permission or authorization to use my account or card for that matter.

This is to bring to your attention the creation of a fake email account today, 30th April 2018 in my name, i.e. Sakshi Khurana.

The person who has created this email id first hacked my yahoo mail, obtained all my contacts and has been sending emails to my contacts asking them for money.

Request you to please shut down this account immediately.

Ever time I go to a friends house Google ends up phoning them over a Google account. I have Google on my cell phone. So after I use their washroom Google calls them about an account they might have. I only phone people from my cell. Why do you keep calling them when they have no Internet? For they do not even own a computer. Their mother in law does have a Google account. For they are tired of receiving a phone call from you. Can you please STOP CALLING calling them? If you need to know their names They are Todd and Shirley Carfanton. They are tired of receiving a call from you each time I am there. If you do this I would appreciate it. You people called them today April 27, 2018. Plus 2 days before. (working days.) Next time I am there if you guys phone I will want to speak to the administrator

Several re-sale ticket agencies with Yoshi's in their heading came up before Yoshi's home page. This was very misleading for ticket purchases, since all the re sale sites charged exhorbitant fees for tickets that were available on the home page at a fraction of the cost. You should not be directing customers to scalpers and scammers as a first choice. Very bad and makes one very distrustful of google and its policies.
I will not rely on Google as a first choice for information since it seems to be skewed to advertisers rather than info.

My god son purchase something on my phone from google playrix. I tried calling my bank, they can't help. I tried callin 1-650-330-0100 and I got nothing. No rings, no music, no we wil be with you shortly, then I get a busy signal and hang up. I will never buy anything from google again. Sorry my complaint is not really long, I figure just get to the point. But it looks like I have to keep going on and on and on and on to get anywhere, pretty lame. Why do I have to fill this whole box out just to get my $19.99 back. But don't worry I will not have this happen again because I will not use this again and I will not use google again.

I have had repeated unauthorized charges taken from my bank account. Examples are attached for your review/resolution. I already had this happen and went to my bank and had my debit card cancelled and new one issued. It has started again as you can see by attached examples.
How do I stop this once and for all? Getting new debit cards repeatedly is not acceptable option given that Google has had this problem for years from info I've found online. Why isn't this resolved?

On April 4 2018 I signed up with Google Adwords, specifically turning down offers to sign up with Adwords Express. They signed me up for Express anyway, so I ended up with both accounts. Google pushes Express, because they profit immensely from new users making uninformed ads and campaigns producing wasted money on the Adwords pay per click platform. For years I used adwords, paying between $1200 to $1500 per month for at least 5 years, a total of more than $75, 000. (Adwords Account # [protected]). I did very well in my business, Reno Tahoe Taxi, thanks to Adwords. My recent sign up experience was a nightmare, dealing with total confusion with their agents and me trying to get credits for unauthorized clicks on accounts I never signed up for. It is insulting to spend hours trying to resolve this. I went through several different agents and a manager. It is clear no one under any circumstances will get Adwords sympathy. I think Google has become arrogant to the point that no matter their own mistakes, they make their customers pay hundreds of millions with their own uninformed mistakes that produce unproductive clicks. I enthusiastically look forward to finding a legal forum to make Google accountable for their unprofessional business model and attitude.

There is a Company called UK SERVICES Today advertising on google that are ripping off women on their own. They are a locksmiths that claim to be in Aylesbury but are actually based in London. The guy turns up in a clapped out blue car that cant be road worthy . I had him to let me in to my front door and he said he would have to drill the lock out. I asked how much and if he had the lock to replace it and he said it would be £89.00 so I said ok go ahead. He then, once he had drilled the lock out, told me that to supply and replace the barrel that he had just drilled out would come to £214.00 including VAT. I obviously complained as this is not the price he quoted but he only dropped it to 170.00 knowing I had no choice but to agree. He did not offer an invoice only a photo of the payment receipt. I have since spoken to UK Locksmiths and they said they are getting weekly complaints about this company from women stranded that are being totally ripped off and basically held to ransom by this scam company. Apparently they charged a woman with her small kids that were locked out over £400 to let her in and change the lock. again this is not the price that they quoted. This company are totally taking advantage of the situation that you are desperate and then waiting until you have no lock on your door to tell you that the price is seriously inflated and you have no choice but to pay. Their site says that gaining entry is £59.00 labour and £19 for the lock. When I told him this he just made up a load of rubbish that that was just for drilling the barrel out and that the lock is expensive and time and labour. It took him 2 minutes to drill the barrel out with some cheap drill and then another 2 minutes to put the barrel in with 2 screws and he used the rest of my lock. The lock was just a basic yale barrel that you can get at B and Q for £20. Totally disgusted with this company and their attitude. When I told him that there was no invoice for the works he said that he was told that I was in a rush and didn't want an invoice. This is totally untrue, I was not offered an invoice only the photo of the payment slip for £170. I rang to complain again the next day and said I wanted an invoice as he is charged me VAT so should provide a VAT invoice. He ignored the request and when I said I would report him to trading standards he just said go on then.
This company are a disgrace and trading under false advertising and false promises, totally misleading the customer until it leaves them in a very vulnerable position where they have no choice but to pay extortionate amounts of money. When I spoke to UK locksmiths and asked how much he would have charged for the same job he said it would have been between £90 and £105. This is what I would have expected not the £214.00 that they tried to charge me and only got it down to £170 as I argued the point and insisted on speaking to the boss.

Ive had my account for years and most of my apps are linked to it recovery options are not working either they have blocked a much needed account ive simmited screen shots of activity and called someone claiming they work for your company and he accused me of leaving the us which i have not ever since the day i was born ive residing in the us only how can we fix this problem without attorneys because im getting very irritated sigmed kimberly cline my gmail thats been locked due to failure of pasword has been locked for 3 days and ive gotten nowhere with your company so far its [protected]@gmail.com

I have been trying to get my account recovered for over 2 weeks now by chatting to customer service. They send one messsge every 3 days and are now ignoring me completely. I have had no updates on my account and I'm even being ignored by the Swift Life twitter who I have asked to follow up. I would like some sort of update on whether I will get my account back or I'm just deleting the app completely because I'm fed up of waiting and being ignored. It shouldn't take this long. A conversation with customer service shouldn't drag on for 2 weeks.

LINE Corp g.co/helppay# 03/09 AU Dollar 2.99 X 0.7859532 made me pay for March 9th and 10th. I am upset with the unknown transactions I am not aware of. Please... I need to refund my money because I cannot deal with this kind of issue on my bank account anymore.

I have been charged £13.95 on 13th Feb, March, January and December and not signed up for anything, it is listed on my bank statement as a debit card payment by Google telepathic. I am a single mum and need this money back as soon as possible as I cannot afford this and has left me in extreme hardship and I have no idea what Iv been paying for. Every day for the past 3 years we have received at least one and sometimes up to 3 phone calls per day wanting us to update our google listing. Although we have explained that none of the information has changed and does not need updated, we continue to receive calls. Although we have pressed 9 to be removed from the calling list on numerous occasions, we continue to receive phone calls. We are not going to pay $299 to update a listing that does not need updating.in fact, please remove us from being listed all together! We refuse to be held hostage by annoying and unnecessary phone calls any longer. If we are not taken off of the call list and these harassing calls do not stop, we will report google to every authority possible. Remove interwest electric, inc.
