Goodwill Industries review: Forced "Donation" ( 1 comment)

I went to the Goodwill in Victorville California on Bear Valley Road. When the clerk rung up the books, the total came to $6.48. I gave her $7.00. That means the change was supposed to be 52 cents. First, the clerk asked me if I wanted to round up my purchase to the $7.00 I gave her. When I told her no, she gave me change of 2 quarters. I inquired about my additional 2 cents which I was owed. She shrugged her shoulders and said that she had no pennies. So, I was forced to pay $6.50 for items rung up at $6.48 for a pair of books Goodwill gets for free. One the receipt, it said, "Thank you for your donation". Like I had a choice.
