My promotional purchase (fees for dental service) was to become due on June 6/11/06. On 5/14/06 I had my credit card send an electronic payment for the entire principle of the loan. I have the confirmation number of this transaction. For some unknown reason, which GE Money Bank has refused to explain, this payment was returned to my credit card. Immediately upon the notice of its return, I sent a letter to them asking for the reason for the return of the electronic payment. I have the letter from my credit card company to substantiate this rejection. I then replied with two payments within the specified time. I was overseas at the time, and although I immediately made payment, GE Money Bank did not credit the payments to my account until June 17, 2006. Of course, this made the payment APPEAR to be delinquent. Since then, I have sent at least 9 letters, including documentation, called their toll free number numerous times. Each time I called I was told to put my complaint in writing. Each written response was followed with a form letter asking me to phone their toll free number. One representative suggested that I might FAX the information. I did this TWICE and never received the courtesy of a reply. Meanwhile, the account has been referred to a collection agency and finally to an attorney. The total amount GE claims that I now owe in finance charges and late fees is $2,126.76 ALL IN INTEREST and LATE FEES. Although the federal and state consumer regulations state that the creditor must answer written complaints within a specified time, this has yet to be done.

I have a care credit account and I have always paid more than the required payments. I overlooked my payment one month but the next month paid more than required. They start calling me at home on a Saturday telling me I have not made a payment. I told them I had already sent them a check for more than the required payment. They then call me Sunday, Monday, then Tuesday at work, when I answered the phone stating that I worked for a Law Firm, they started speaking another language. The same number called me at work Thursday; so I just answered Hello, It was them again. I told them they were calling me at work and I had already sent their money over a week ago and to please not call me at work again. Four hours later they call me at work again, I asked to be transferred to the supervisor and was told I would have to call another number. When I called that number, I immediately asked to speak to a supervisor and was put back out in the pool of calls and got another Rep. who I attempted to let help me. I asked that they stop calling me at work and she began telling me they had no other number listed but my home phone. I told her I had been getting calls all week at work. She politely told me she thought I was just mad because I hadn't paid my bills. I told her I was mad because I kept getting phone calls at work concerning something I had already paid. She then told me to pay my bills on time and they won't call. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she said absolutely not; then hung up. This was over a thirty dollar statement. I have closed my account!

My experience is that GEMB received a payment from me in the form of a money order (MO) purchased from Western Union. Two statements later I noticed that the amount had been put back on my account along with a return check and late fee. I of course called and said it was not a check, that it was a MO. They said the maker (i.e. Western Union) did not honor the payment. I of course then called WU and in short they sent a document proving they had honored the MO. I then went back to GEMB and asked them for a copy of the so called "returned check". What I received was a copy of the front of my MO and the back of someone's personal check that had indeed been returned for "NSF". I pointed this out to them. I was told by their customer service that I would have to send my complaint to their finance department. I sent them a letter and included the copy they provide and the document I received from WU which was a copy, front and back of the money order. GEMB responded with a form letter saying they were researching and would get back to me. I waited months for a response or a correction on my statement, but neither showed up. So I called and by now I'm used to their substandard service so nothing they say can penetrate me. They insisted that my payment was not honored by WU and withing days of that call I received another form letter saying that if I didn't respond to them within 15 days they would consider the matter closed. I then pounded out another letter to them and again sending copies of everything I had sent before and included the worthless correspondence I had received from them. I had to mail all of this in a large manila envelope. Guess what, I received another form letter saying they received my letter and they were researching and would get back to me. The way 6 months ago. I have not heard from them. Tonight I called and closed my account. These people scare me. I am all for a class action suit. Also, I was in another complaint site for this same company and another victim is urging everyone to post a complaint on this consumer website.

I thought I was the only person being scammed by GE Money Bank, until I read other complaints similar to mine. This so called lending institution should be dealt with by the national center of the Better Business Bureau. I recently wrote my local BBB about a dispute with the merchant (NOT CARE CREDIT) and the company that I made the purchase from is now issuing me a partial refund. I still owe an outrageous balance with Care Credit/GEMB because of their unjust practice of charging people outrageous finance charges. I felt that their phone reps were not helpful and also very cut and dry.

Get your Caps off, Screaming Beware. It's called "Revolving Credit" Meaning, the due date can fluctuate. Meaning, it can change by a couple of days, which is why they send you out a statement as a curteosy to YOU. So that you are aware of what is due and when. Not only that you signed the Terms and Conditions which states, that they can change the due date whenever they deem because they are the creditor and you signed your little john hancock on that line, so that means you agreed to the terms, read the fine print before you weep and quitcher[censored]en.

Again. Another person who has no clue - and doesn't read terms.

Once you do have good payment history you're eligible for a decreased interest rate. They are also in this business to make .. what? Money! Yeah! That's what this is all about, so if you don't say anything to them about your interest rate, they surely won't say anything to you. Complain or not about that, that's how business is run and you signed your name, to participate in this game we call Business. Quityer[censored]en.

I love how you start out your post " this is the most unprofessional bank ive ever dealt with". Have you ever thought maybe they think you're the most irresponsible customer they've ever dealt with. Boo Hoo. Cry a river.

'Many More incidents' yet you do not list any more. Make sure you have enough details to sustain your claim - you probably own 2 teeth in your whole head.

First of all if you were purchasing a four wheeler - you probably live in a trailer and are always on the move which is why you never rec'd a statement. Ok. I'll stop with the speculating.

If you didn't get a statment - why didn't you call?
You said after a year you're finally getting your statement. You waited a whole year to find out how much you owed on a loan that this company you did business was so kind to give to you?
Unbelieveable.

And charging 10.00 to your bill, they're going to charge interest on that? Really? Even at 24% interest on 10.00 , um what's that equal? You do the math. I'm sure they got rich off that!
If you don't get a statement don't sit around with your thumb up your butt and complain, call them and ask what your balance is, or find someone who can mail you a statement.

Fact of the matter is this : You are all little people. This is a major corporation, who finances all big companies, like JC Penny's Dillars, Pay Pal, not to mention this is General Electric, who also own that washer and dryer in your house, or the stove in your kitchen. In the Terms and Conditions of your contract, if you are late 1 day on your bill, you're going to get a 29.00 late fee. Case Closed. Everyone says " who reads the terms and conditions " , well perhaps you should start, because I guarantee you would have never taken the credit card, if you did, or you would have been much more vigilant of when your bill was due. Stop complaining and get out your check book.

0 minutes ago by None None [send email]
Not only that, you all complain about your due date being changed, AGAIN it's in your terms and conditions. Everything, the small print, the disclaimer is in there for you to read. But no one likes to read the small print, they just go run up the credit card, and then complain when they get late fees, because they didn't pay attention to the due date.

The statement is sent to you as a CURTEOUSY. It says plain as the nose on your face, what your due date is. If it's been changed, so be it, atleast it's at the top of your bill and you're aware of it. They have every right to change anything on the credit agreement, and you SIGNED YOUR NAME to the application allowing them to do so. I mean, this is the company who LOANED YOU MONEY. I believe if I was going to hand out large sums of money, I'd most definately have some say so as to when I can change your payment date, and charge interest, and if you're late with a payment, then I can charge a fee. You people all sound ungrateful, and as if this corporation has personal beef with YOU. It doesn't. The fees are atomatically populated when a payment is late, so even if you have outstanding payment history with them, it's not singling you out personally and putting a late fee on you, to 'be mean'.

Also if you buy an item on promotion, the term 'Same as Cash', and " Deferred interest' , means, yep, there's no interest for whatever amount of time that the promotion calls for. So if you purchase something in Jan and you have 12 months no interest, you don't have to pay anything until Jan, but you better believe that you'll have 12 months of interest tacked on to the full amount of the purchase. That's how companies make money.. The best way to deal with that, is to make sure that you make small payments on the purchase a couple times - so you're not stuck with a huge amount to pay in January. Don't just let it go 12 months with no payment. And then don't complain because you never made a single payment on it for months on end, and now you have a ton of finance charges and can't seem to figure out why.

Tons of people purchase a TV for 12 months deferred, then make several payments on it for a couple months in those 12, so when Jan comes around they dont' have a huge lump sum to pay. Common sense people.

Get over the late fees, and the Finance charges. Pay your bill on time, and off - and you will not accrue any of those nasty charges. Not only that companies usually will waive 1 per year. On top of that, you get angry because you don't recieve a bill and therefore don't pay your bill and accrue charges.
Since when do you go to Sam's, Run up a bill, and just because you dont recieve a statement, Magically think that the money you've spent - disappears into thin air & all of a sudden, you no longer owe it? I believe if I went to Sam's Club or anywhere and purchased a thousand dollars worth of merchandise, I'd be camping outside my house just waiting for my statement. Ok I know not everyone has that kind of time, but you spent the money, so you know you owe it. How can you possibly forget?

Seriously people. Anytime you enter into a contract of some sort with a company- who GIVES you Money, there's going to be fine print called the Terms and Conditions. Read it, so you don't Weep later.

Purchased items with Old Navy Credit card--even though didn't have card with us--our purchase was approved. Never received any bill statements in the mail. Recently got a phone call stating we owed twice the amount charged due to late fees. Gave them an updated address--they obviously have our phone number--they have been calling over the past few days.
Last week the person on the phone promised to send the billing statement. Nothing again today in the mail. Got a phone call this morning--I informed the caller that we could pay nothing until we received a bill and I hung up on him. I could tell the conversation was being recorded as there was a repeated beeping sound in the background. Of course he didn't say that he was recording our conversation at any time. I believe that is illegal? The phone rang and rang after that. I didn't feel the need to answer it and no message was left on the answering machine. Must have been important right!
Complained to Old Navy and they referred me to this bank--GE Money Bank. The calls were coming from GE Money Bank and not Old Navy they indicated in their e-mail.
Of course I mean to pay for the merchandise but I expect a bill statement in the mail. From what I have been reading--this bank plays this game of tacking on late fees and by either not recognizing payments received or by not bothering to mail statements out in the first place. Who knows?
I too was told to put my complaints in writing. Here I thought I was dealing with the store. Nope!
I think the best suggestion I have read so far is to contact the Attorney General's Office and perhaps to form a class action suit against the bank. If a class action suit were to be formed--there would need to be a giant number of people involved in my opinion to take on this company. I think that may be very possible after having read all the complaints so far.
I was pleasantly surprised that Old Navy did respond to my complaint e-mail. They do not want to lose customers as they stated to me. I have always enjoyed their merchandise.
I think the greatest lesson I have learned from this is that it is no longer safe to use a store credit card. I will never use one again.

They are a bunch of liars and cheaters. My stepdad have a Car Care Card with Ge Money bank since 1999 he been receiving his statement real good, paying it on time, then since may he haven't received any statement until the month of August phone call started telling him they haven't receive a payment for 3months and that his balance was $689.00. Remind you his credit limit was a 1,000.00 last statement received was the month of April he send that payment in his balance left on the card was $486.39. They said they been sending the statement out which is just a plain old lie, and how did the balance went from $486.39 to $689.00 tell me if this people is not a bunch of robbers we have our statement to proof it too and believe me they wont be getting no $689.00. I will sue them before i send them that kind of money.

We are planning on selling a home in Porterville California. My daughter saw a advertisement in the local paper stating that a carpet company Friendly Flooring 133W. Honolulu Ave. Lindsay, CA 93247 was offering a deferred payment plan for six months.

Because of the initial output in remodeling the house we thought using this deferred payment would be best since the final payment would be due in March 2008. And we believe that the house will sell before the payment came due.

This all took place in the latter part of July 2007. When we arrived home and I hadn't heard anything from this company for two weeks, no contract. I called Friendly Flooring and ask them for the telephone number of the company they dealt with.

I spoke to someone who sounded like she had just gotten out of bed and seemed unsure of what information to give me. She said the contract would arrive within the week and she gave me our correct home address. To date September 2, 2007 I've not received a contract, however I did receive a credit card FLOOR COVERING PRO, which I certainly had not asked for. I intend to call this company Tuesday, September 4, 2007. The other issue is when I talked to this woman she told me my balance was $4154.24. Interestingly my original bill from Friendly flooring was for $4058.00 I made a $400.00 down payment. Now since reading the complaints regarding this company I'm afraid I'm going to get caught in some serious problems with this company.

However, when I do contact them I just found there phone number, I intend to find out why I'm being charged an additional $496.24 I will have this account transferred to a reputable company at my first opportunity. I am grateful that I took the time to find your internet. I certainly hope I get this worked out. How do we the working stiffs get stiffed so often?

I recently purchased an item on eBAY by using my paypal account. unknown to me, i did not get a paper bill for a month. 2 months after the purchase, i received a bill saying that my bills are late due.

I called the number and i was informed that it's my fault because GE Bank sent a notice in march 2007 that if they are going all electronic and i must call if i want a paper form bill. The e-bill that was sent to me automatically was sent to a trash file because of the security software (firewall) and destroyed.

When i called, francis and her manager, mrs. dudley, were trained loan sharks. after much complaining, she deducted the late charge but expected me to pay the interest which i rightly feel is not fair. To those who want to complain, the address: PayPal-GE Bank, PO Box 960602, Orlando FLA 32896.

I found the attitude and the response the most unprofessional and encourage other users of GE Money Bank to organize complain their horrible business practices. I like the paypal service but find the GE Money Bank to be sharks who prey on consumers.

I feel that I was deceived and cheated by GE Money Bank. My dentist told me, one year ago, that he had a payment program set up now and if I wanted he could offer me a plan where I could take one year to pay without any interest or charges of any kind. All I had to do was show him a major credit card, which I did. He then told me that as long as I paid the amount in full, within the one year period, there would be interest or charges of any kind to me. However after 30 days I started receiving phone calls from GE Money Bank, saying they were the ones who who owned the dental contract and I needed to make monthly payments! When I objected saying that never was the agreement, I was told it was and they would not believe I was told any different. So then I started to make payments, but was told I was already delinquent and would now have to pay the interest and finance charges too. As of today, August 28, 2007, I still owe them just as much as the amount of my original dental bill and payments have been being made. Their interest is extremely high. Today my wife decided to pay them off so she called them for the balance. First they refused to talk with her saying she wasn't the account holder. I had already contacted them twice, trying to get a payoff balance and not once was I given one. Both times I was given figures that were higher than the current bill states! Today they finally gave my wife a figure that was even higher than the one I was given last evening! Their excuse was the payments were delinquent. However no place on the current statement does it say anything about added charges. She read off the payments and dates to the girl on the phone and was still given the run around. My wife finally had all she could take and asked for a supervisor and was informed she couldn't talk with one because her name isn't on the account! I took the phone and the girl asked if she had my permission to discuss the account with my wife. I told her yes and please check your records and you will see she is the one who has been making the payments. Even then they would not give her a supervisor. They insisted that the amount owed is $632.65. Last evening I was given a figure of $622.85. There are no delinquent fees as payments have been kept up and the statement says new balance is $589.85 and yet they want $632.65 and will not let her speak with a supervisor. Finally she just had enough and hung up. I find GE Money Bank to be very deceptive in their business practices. When I talked with a supervisor, when I was first told the account was delinquent, one year ago, I told him I felt they were crooks and was informed it was not their fault that I felt this way, it was the responsibility of my dentist to explain it to me. I want to send a check in the amount of $589.85, which is the amount indicated on my current statement, but don't want to be hassled later so need to speak with a supervisor and can't even get in contact with one.

As I read the above articles, I feel that all these people are in the right, in regards to their experiences with GE Money Bank. I have to say I feel that GE Money Bank is crooked and has no business being in any consumer business. It's time for everyone, in all 50 states, who have had bad experiences, to contact their States Attorney's Generals and ask to have GE Money bank investigated and their charter revoked.

I had problems with this bank not recording an online payment that I made in a timely manner. What I found over the four month course of my complaint was that this bank is not federally chartered but state chartered. The complaint address is a PO box in Texas. My understanding is that written complaints mailed to them are packaged and shipped to Mexico for processing.

What I did finally find is the bank is chartered in the state of Kansas and I did get satisfaction by writing the Kansas Attorney Generals office for assistance. It took about two months but I did finally get the derogatory info removed and the late fees credited back.

I too signed up with Care Credit to get emergency dental work done at an after-hours dentist (a new one I'd never used before).

Since this was I new card, I followed my routine of calling the credit agency the following business day to be sure everything had been processed correctly. It's a good thing I did!

What a shock when I discovered that I'd been "accidentally" charged for the full credit line I had been approved for INSTEAD of only being charged for the actual work done!

It took countless phone calls and personal visits to this emergency dentist's office (where I loudly, publicly complained about the problem in front of their other customers), plus countless phone calls and letters to Care Credit over the following week to get this mess resolved.

Needless to say, I then paid off the corrected bill in full and then immediately cancelled the Care Credit card.

From the reports of you and other victims, and my own experience, it seems this sort of "mistake" is a pattern with Care Credit. Also that perhaps they are in league with certain unscrupulous dentists to cheat customers in this manner.

I have always been a good paying customer because of a illness out of town was one day late Is there any way this can be taken off. I have always paid on time and more then required. I refuse to do business with a company that doesn't appreciate good customers. If someone could check into this matter i would appreciate it. Thank You, Hester Fryer.

I'm not sure this is the right place to complain, or to find out who to contact? We received a letter denying credit to my husband from Sam's Club, the problem is that both my husband and I have credit cards at Sam's Club. They are separate accounts. I can imagine this is identity theft. Help smb if you know who to contact. Thanks!

I have tried 3 times to make an online payment to GE money bank for my credit card through them, and all 3 times it was reversed even though I have plenty of money in my account to cover it.

This has resulted in over $150 in fees - they are also the ONLY online bill I have EVER had an issue in getting a payment through to.

This is one of the shadiest banks out there. They set you up for failure so that they can take advantage of you. I had a very bad experience with these people with $800.00 left on my account I was charged $1200 finance charges when I still had 6 months left on interest free payments. If you are a consumer please avoid doing business with these people. I would also recommend that you stop using all their consumer products, this bank is owned and operator by GE.

My story is the same, but I'm in the beginning stages. I had Lazer Eye surgery in 06. I had an 18 month 0 interest loan from GEMB. May of 07 we were late by 1 day so to make up we made a double payment. In June I again made a double payment cause our 18 months was up in July. They marked our may payment as late and returned our June payment to our bank without explanation. But marked it on the computer statement as paid. So on July 15th the day the 18 months was up I called to make what I thought was the final payment! They told me my account was 90 days late and I now owe $1400.00 instead of the $600. I went through about 20 people in several countries to include the bankruptcy department. No one is willing to help or put me through to someone higher than a phone operator. If anyone ended up getting theres fixed please let me know how...

This is so unfair that a big company can ruin a customers credit rating by saying they never received a payment, even when you fax them the proof they tack on late charges, have people call to harass you, and max your card out with fees. Even when you give them proof that you paid, I'm all for a class action law-suit to stop this crap.

EVERYONE SHOULD check with their local better business bureau before using any company--they seem to have a great deal of information on many businesses. More importantly, FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE COMPANY! GE Money Bank already has quite a few complaints against them with the BBB, although, the BBB states most were resolved. Contact the BBB to attempt to resolve the dispute through their service. Contact your Attorney General to let him know about unethical and possibly "fraudulent" credit practices. Include as much information as possible when filing a complaint. Also try contacting the Attorney General in the state and county the business is headquartered.

In case you do not have GE Money Banks' main address and phone number, it is as follows:

GE Money Bank
950 Forrer Blvd.
Kettering, OH 45420
Telephone: [protected]
Fax: [protected]

You can find the contact information for your state's Attorney General's office at www.naag.org. Each website will have a complaint form which can be filled out with the specifics of your complaint. If the attorney general receives enough complaints about a specific credit card company, an investigation will be launched. However, the attorney general does not fight individual battles and if no one files complaints, nothing will ever be done.

This is really sad... and helpful, as I do not intend to ever use them!

I purchased $4500 in appliance with a 48 month interest free. I finally get the bill in and pay $100.00 more than the amount stated and then before I notice the bill for the next month, I am charged $$ fees. I wrote a letter to them and attached all of the supporting documentation. They acknowledged that they would check into this and that I would not have to make any payments during this time. I get another bill in this month with $$ more interest charges. Now I am trying to find a phone number to call these horrible people. I will send another letter to them with all the supporting documentation. I also called the store where I purchased the appliances and they are trying to help me on their end, also. Man I do not even need credit, I have a A++++ credit score. I want to pay this off, but they will probably never take the interest charges off.

We had troubles with GE Money Bank as well, though not like everyone else has but for putting payments to a deferred amount due while carrying a regular balance. They try to make it so all money you pay goes on your regular balance and not to your deferred balance so it doesn't get paid off in time. Needless to say I paid all, the deferred and regular balance in full with no problems like the ones listed here. However we don't use any cards backed by GE Money bank. We paid off Paypal credit, Lowes and Jc Penneys which is what I found we carried that was backed by them. We will always check if we apply for something to make sure it is not backed by them. They are a very sneaky company.

My experience mirrors those previously noted. I received a G.E. Money Bank "promotional no interest, no fee for 90-days" card through Precision Tune Auto Care in San Diego on February 3, 2007 stating that I had until May 3, 2007 to pay off the balance of $575.53 before incurring interest or fees. I paid the complete balance - $575.53 in two payments, the last one being March 14, exactly 39 days after the purchase. After paying the balance in full, I received notice that I had not made a minimum balance payment the first month and therefore owed $29.00 late fees. When I protested that amount to their El Paso office, I received a form letter dated April 1 that they were checking into the matter and would get back to me. In the meantime, GEMB added late fees of $15.00 plus a finance charge on the late fees of $16.05, making a new and wonderful balance of $60.05 on a purchase that was paid in full within the first 39 days. To keep my credit clean, I paid the $60.05 and mailed the payment via Express Mail for next day delivery. I asked the United States Postal Service to track the payment to GEMB in Orlando for me via the internet. The payment arrived at their post office box on 5/26 but they chose not to pick up their mail until 5/30, which meant additional late fees. In the meantime, I received a second letter from El Paso dated May 23 stating they were checking into the matter and would get back to me.

Please someone -- if the federal government does not take any action against this company, let's do a class action. They really must be stopped. Their actions are fraudulent and criminal! And we really must stop doing business with companies who use G.E. Money Bank for financing customer purposes.

Like all of you, I scheduled my payment one month prior to the expiration date of the promotion period. The scheduled payment "miraculously" changed its date for 2 months later which, by the way is after the promotional period expiration.

I wrote a dispute letter because by law that is supposed to suspend the account until resolution occurs; in other words they are not supposed to legally attach any further charges to the account. Does that stop them? I will let you know. Thus far I have only received computer generated responses that do not address the issue.

Meanwhile I have contacted my local District Attorney who will join in the battle with me. If everyone is seriously considering Class Action we should formally organize and find an attorney who will take the case.

I just filed a report with BBB in Orland FL. There were 4 complaints on file already. I suggest everyone else do the same. I don't know what else to advise or what else to do myself.

I'm in the same boat as many others here & would love to be part of a class action suit. I'm looking at over $700 in fees & finance charges!

Dealing with this corporation has been the nightmare from hell! They are the worst ever. They have done so many sneaky things to me, I can not believe there is no class-action yet! My $9,000 purchase has pretty much turned into a $16,000 purchase! I had automatic payments set up, they then started charging me for late payments, saying I had never had automatic payments in the first place (even though I have a year of documentation to prove it) They then said to send in a voided check which I promptly did. More late payments were charged to my account! I inquired as to why this was, they said I was supposed to send in two voided checks! No one called me, I just received three late payments! My credit is in the proper due to these guys! they are horrible, avoid at all costs. The only problem is the Indian customer soupport is so nice, terribly ineffective though, you feel bad for screaming at them although trust me, you inevitably will. AUGHHHHHHHHHHH!

Interested in a class action anyone?

Here's another story for you. In July of 2005 I purchased an above ground pool and went through GE Money Bank for financing. My purchase price started at $7,188.80. I was told that my monthly payments would run $128.00 a month which was perfect for me since I am retired and on a fixed income.

Every time my bill comes in I make the minimum payment due which is $128.oo. Now here's the tricky part my finance charge is always above and beyond the minimum payment. At the encouragement of my daughter one month I doubled my payment just to see if the balance and or the finance charge would change. Well low and behold and to no amazement of ours the finance charge went up and so did the balance. When I called, the representatives I spoke with try to turn it around on me and say that I am being ugly by suggesting that they do no know what they are doing. WELL HELLO, I am retired bookkeeper I have worked with figures for years and they DO NOT KNOW how to subtract.

They only know how to add. I wished I would have researched this more before agreeing to the finance from this company. I do however agree that we need to all get together and get a petition started to see exactly how many people have been screwed by this company. And then try to find someone to help all of us get to the bottom of this mistreatment by this monster.

Sub: GE Money keeps taking MY money

I just want to make sure everyone see how terrible this company is. I wrote the full story of what they are doing to me in the comment of the 'Charged Fees after closing account' . Please read and advise all you know to stay away from GE Money Bank.

I'd be happy to sign a group petition of something against these people...I hate that credit companies can get away with this crap. I wonder are there people out there who don't argue with them and just pay them what they try to take from people? That would truly be sickening if they are taking advantage of people who don't know what to do...
