Enjaz BankMoney Refunding problem

Hello sir!
My name is muhammad imran nabi
Sir, I had sent the money to Pakistan through Bank Albilad but the money had not arrived and I later went and lodged a complaint and canceled the transfer.but mony did not refund me.Enjaz officer say that your money will come in the bank account but after 1 week is passed there is no money in the account till now. Please sir help me about this problem

    Enjaz BankMoney Transfer

    Is it Enjaz's policy that supporting ladies in the bank is not allowed?
    Well it happened with my wife that for her transaction# FT19201390004799, in which the guy did a mistake and put one digit wrong and hence we had to suffer for the correction cycle and the resulting delay. For another Transaction#FT19218474178122, my wife who needed support and asked me to go with her for support and confidence. I accompanied her but the guy on my wife's turn at the counter was very rude and yelled at me to get out of the queue in front of many people despite my explaining that I have come for support.
    I did approach the management on the day but there was no satisfactory heeding.
    I request backup support from Enjaz's management, to retain my faith in Enjaz / Western union for my monthly remittance to my family with the support of my wife because of my busy official schedule.
    Please advise on how to and where to escalate this incident for justice to the system / community as a whole.

      I would like to share my experience happend in riyadh (ksa) on 10.7.2014 night at mursalat branch (near haystack mall) their timing was 9pm to 12 am but when I was entering inside it was 11pm but 11.30 they closed the shatter and not allow them to come inside. Me was inside, but they refused to do transfer, one philipino send me to saudi he also refused and told me come to marrow it was 11.38. (check the camara) he is just not looking at me. I came back and go again today (friday.) same thing philipino told me he can't do and told me come again saturday. Really I am disappointed now I don't want go any enjaz bank to do western transfer.         I would like to share my experience to all, Indian citizens are bad treated in Enjaz western money exchange in jubail Br.They are showing the partiality even the money receiving queue system and also permitting violation inside the bank .Some people's bad behaviours will reduce the bank good reputation.

            most of the indians have no disciplines they want to be first in the line but they are not prepared because most of them didn't know how to write or speak in english which makes the crowd angry to them.

            100% true about the staff behavior
            I face the same today at Ummul Hamam Branch in Riyadh where the Manager doesn't know English at all and doesn't respect the customers at all. He Behave like an inexperience person doesn't know his work and rest of the staff is also very bad attitude.
