FreshCo rainchecks

yesterday I went to buy a case of mangos but they were sold out . I asked for a raincheck was told they don't issue for seasonal products. there are no exceptions on their sign. this is false advertising and not fair treatment of customers

FreshCo Employee Harassement

Today I was harassed by an employee at Freshco, McCowan and Ellesmere. As I approached the cart area to get a cart, a man aggressively came right in my face. He shouted this. "Can't you see I am putting these carts away". "Go get another one." I was shocked at his aggressive behavior and told him I did not see what he was doing. Again he shouted " Get another cart". At that point I felt, as a customer that I was being harassed by this employee. He may have been putting the carts back in their position. That I did not see as I approached. His Demeanor his physical aggressiveness and tone of voice were appalling. I said, I was sorry, but that was not good enough for him. Again, he got closer to me in a more aggressive way. I backed off and told him, "Isn't the customer right". He said "No. The customer is not always right". I went to seek out a manager. When the manager was paged on the intercom. The individual in question ran through the store looking for the manager so he could explain the situation first. I prevented that by following him. Eventually the manager came to me and I explained the situation, He said he would talk to the owner. This is not customer service I expect as a long time customer. Customer service is so important today. Hopefully my multiple posts in Google reviews, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter will show the owner that employees like this should be terminated.

FreshCo Grass seed products

Hi
I bought a pack of grass seed from Freshco near Chinguacousy and Sandlewood in Brampton.
Price tag was $10.99. I left the store and check my bill and it was showing $12.99.
I came back and spent almost half an hour waiting for Manager and discussed. She said sorry we forgot to remove the price tag which was expired few days back.
This tag was not a small but I can say almost 10"x10".
Should they accept their mistake and give it to the customer for free or credit for $10?
I think they should take ownership and give me free to compensate my time and stress.
I can provide you the purchase receipt on request.

While shopping at freschco today I found out that they stopped using the basket. However, if a basket is required you will need to purchase it. Are you kidding me? I bought a head of cauliflower and washed it and when it was cooked I saw little tiny bugs floating at the top and I looked again at the one inside the fridge and it had mold and bugs inside it gross 🤮 and pregnant women buy this and could get sick and it could harm the baby what kind of store is this and I threw up this store should be shut down I should get the news involved because someone didn't do their job i'm sick

Hello I bought your compliments garden salad like I do weekly. Sat down to dinner and my husband bit into a hard piece of plastic. It hurt his mouth and made his tongue bleed. I am not one to complain but I do think that something needed to be said about this. I am usually very happy with freshco products and was very surprised by this incident. FreshCo Pharmacy

I booked an appointment 2 weeks ago. for a flu shot Told yesterday that cancelled. If I would have known I would have looked elsewhere. Now I have to scurry around 2 weeks further down waiting list. I'm not happy or satisfied you should not book appointments if you dont have the product. In future dont book more flu shots than serum that you have.

We usually do weekly grocery's from this store, but this is the second time this has happened where the store sold us something that had mold and fungus on it. FreshCo Product

Officer,

I feel very sad to write this email and to bring this matter in front of you that FRESHCO owned by sobeys selling expired products. This would effect the serious health issues If anyone take chances to eat this and can die too.

Frseshco only care about the money and ready to take chances with people's health after selling expired products.

Expired on 2nd July'20 and sold to me on 5th July'20.

Here with with I have attached the product picture to verify product date and bill that it was sold on after expired the product.

Hope I would get some favorable solution of it.

I am sad to bring up this concern today. I was at my local store and bought a Boursin cheese product that was discounted and thought I was getting an awesome deal. Found out otherwise when I got home to open the product to find it was all moody inside. Checked the best before date and it expired the day before my purchase. I am saddened by the fact that one of your establishments would sell a cheese product past its best before date. To add to it, sell it at a discounted price to attract more buyers. At my store, it was only the one flavour that was discounted so I assumed it was not a popular one which was why it was discounted. I have included a pic of my receipt showing date bought and pics of the product. If you could please address this issue!

Safety measures are not provided by the store. Nobody from personnel wears masques/gloves, they do not restrict a number of people in the store, and that is why there is a crowd of people inside and long lines-ups to the check out. I really do not feel safe in this store

FreshCo Security

Fresco on hayway 10/Dundas. Never had a problem before. I don't know why you paying a security for. If you need a greader Hire one. When I got inside the store no one was filling the rules. If the security were going around and tell people to stay 2 metre or tell them to follow rules. He should tell people to separate while in line.
It would save arguments with the people when authority tells you people lesson more.
I really don't know why he is there. Waste of money spend. This is my first complain, I though it was important for you to know. May be the manager could keep a eye to make sure he is doing is job.

FreshCo Milano biscuits

I selected 10 Milan biscuits the price was $ .50 a good discount but cashier told it is $.99 I told her the price tag is there and supervisor told me that this product with lower price is finished and you have to buy with new price I told her as you did not remove the price tag you should charge me with the presented price and she did not agree and told it is not freshco policy and I returned all the stuff I got from them and will not buy from freshco again as they are not like other stores and do not admit their mistake!
