- This one location at has been challenging for pretty much lots of customers and my family as well.
- They hired employees pretty much from one ethnicity and that can be clearly be seen in the morning and evening time.
- One of the employee (name: Ekta) who seems to be the supervisor, plays clever games to skip customers she does not wish to serve at the cash counter. She purposely puts the 'Not in Service' wedge upon seeing us going to her counter and removes it as soon as we move to the other lane.
- This location is selling expired products and items. Someone from the health department needs to visit them ASAP.
Desired outcome: - Remove expired items. - They should quit the practice of keep hiring indian people all the time. - Mentor their employees on customer service.
FreshCo - Safety measure
Safety measures are not provided by the store. Nobody from personnel wears masques/gloves, they do not restrict a number of people in the store, and that is why there is a crowd of people inside and long lines-ups to the check out. I really do not feel safe in this store
