FreshCo - Employee concerns

Good afternoon,
I am a front end supervisor at the queenston and nash freshco location, and I've been employed by this company for over 3 years. For the last approximately 2 months our store has been run by our new owner (shontell). Ever since taking on this new management role she appointed her best friend (Rhonda) as the new front end manager. Rhonda has no idea what she is doing, her lack of knowledge/experience is affecting both the company and the employees who work there. She can't even properly put together a weekly schedule without changing it 4-5 times and screwing with our personal schedules. She blames the employees for not having proper availability, but the previous manager made it work perfect for everyone. She has since hired new employees and given all the shifts to them, cutting down on everyone else's hours, making it extremely difficult to live off of the already low income we make as it is. People are being fired without cause, and are being given shifts that they are not available for, and still being expected to work them. She sits and hides out in the cash office all day, avoiding any real work and doing anything she can from her chair to seem busy. She doesn't know how to deal with customers, and she doesn't even properly know or follow our policies. She is extremely unfit for this role in so many ways but we would be here all day if I listed all of them. I personally think it's very unprofessional to make your best friend in charge of most of what happens within your store, especially since she's just winging it and pretending to know what she's doing. It won't be long before she gets the whole store, or even the whole company in alot of trouble for the way she runs things.

Desired outcome: As mean as it sounds, Rhonda needs to be fired or demoted. Shes a terrible manager and shes going to be the reason this location is left with no employees other than the teenagers that were just hired.

Is their a franchise in that store you know owner tell them then call main office in mississaga they will send someone to look in on her and see what she is doing because it's against the law what she is doing no union in there she is messing with you.
