Brenda, the person wearing the red vest, was extremely rude and disrespectful toward the people working under her. I personally witnessed this behavior multiple times, and it was honestly uncomfortable to watch. The way she spoke to and treated staff came across as unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. It felt like a prime example of someone being given a little authority and allowing it to go to their head. Based on what I witnessed, I genuinely question why someone who treats employees that way is in a leadership position.
