Reserved and paid for seats through flighthub
Had booked flights and had reserved premium seats and paid for seats through flight hub to only find out a week before when looking online at WestJet that my seats were still available for purchase. When contacted WestJet they had notified me that they had not received any confirmation from flight hub for seat selection for myself and my family. When I called flight hub which I sat on hold for five hours to only be told that I needed to contact WestJet to rectify the situation and that I could not be refunded. This is a service that flight hub has provided plus I have paid an additional amount for the service to be done to only find out that it has not been done and that I am the one to actually contact another airline for something that they should've done a month and a half ago. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Now I am waiting to hear if I am going to be able to get the seats that I have already reserved and paid for which I know for our return flight is actually already booked now. At this point I'm not sure if I'm more upset that if I had of actually gone to the airport with my family for a vacation to only find out that the seats that we paid for aren't the seats that we were going to get or the fact that the customer services is very poor, to be told that I have to contact Westjet after Westjet clearly did not get any notification of seat request and payment is Acceptable.
Desired outcome: Either full refund or seats to be booked. ( even though the original seats coming home are now already booked by someone else)

Roundtrip booking from Toronto, Canada to Sofia, Bulgaria and back on Dec 5, 2021 and Jan 9, 2022 respectively.
We decided to fly to Sofia, Bulgaria sooner and bought one way flights for Oct 29, 2021 (FlightHub Booking Number: [protected]) intending to use the Jan 9, 2022 flight from the booking above for our return.
At the airport we were told that our booking for the flight on Jan 9, 2022 had been canceled and were denied boarding. We were taken by surprise as we had never received any indication/notification of such cancellation.
Subsequently we purchased new flights to fly back to Canada on the next day, which costed us another $2, 398.00 CAD.
We demand that we receive (1) a partial refund on the [protected] booking in the amount of $1, 622.22 CAD representing half of the fare paid, (2) additional $2, 398.00 CAD to cover incurred expenses as a result of the improper cancellation and (3) $3, 000.00 CAD in compensation for the inconvenience. The total monetary compensation sought is $7, 011.22, not including any legal fees and expenses.
We attempted to contact FlightHub directly in every way possible and spent hours waiting on hold on the phone without anyone even picking up our call (at [protected]). This happened on two occasions: on January 11, 2022 and January 12, 2022.

I requested a refund, but obtained a travel credit only ($740.12 each) with expiration dates Jan. 20, 2022 (statement of this emailed to me, I have this email)
subsequently I managed to change the credit to a refund, however only the my booking *462 was fully refunded in two instalments on April 29, 2021
only the $302.16 portion of the [protected] booking was refunded to my Visa on May 17, 2021, the remaining $438.96 still owing
Today is Jan 10, 2022, if the remainder of $438.96 is still standing as a travel credit, I will lose it in 10 days
it does not appear as a travel credit on my account today
I have not been able to successfully contact Flighthub about his, despite trying for several hours. None of the self help routes led me anywhere either.

Hi buy a flight on FlightHub web site. I need to do a change and I cant't directly on the website. When u called, after 2 hours nobody answer you (picture to prove).
When I buy my tickets, I have one modification included.
And, when u go on the website, u have no email to send your request and no form - Only one to cancel. It's just impossible to speak to a human or send email. Worst customer service ever. I need to change my flight. So I want a change or a voucher to buy a new one..

I bought a ticket, and the flight was canceled. No one to talk to or call. Computer-generated nonsense. United could not help. Brussels says they did not even recognize Re #, Confirmation # CMMKV6, E-ticket number. Insurance was useless because no one was responsible. I am looking for someone to initiate a class action lawsuit against Flighthub, Brussels Airlines, and United Airlines. Re: Flight cancellation after purchase. Lack of good faith, Emotional torment. Resolution with my Lawyer. Rectify the wrong. Give the client a direct email rather than endless choices to no resolution. Give clients a direct phone number and not a loop of confusion when help is needed.

Airline ticket
I booked a trip to Maui on 11/8/21 and on 11/9/21 I received a confirmation stating "You Are All Set".
On 12/17/21 I received numerous e-mail from FlightHub stating "Immediate Attenetion is Require". I called them back that day and sat on hold for over 5 hours and the line wansn't ever answered. I then submitted a service request (ID#275147) and no one ever got back to me.
On 12/20/21 I received more e-mailf rom FlightHub again stating I needed to contact them, again I called and sat on hold for over an hour and again not one picked up the call. I then submitted another service request (ID#283607) stating this is the second request and again no one called me back.
On 12/22/21 I received more e-mail fromFlightHub stating this is their 3rd attempt to contact me and if they don't hear from me they will be closing my request. I am now waiting on hold and have been for over an hour. Lets see what happens.
Desired outcome: I would like a live person to call so I can get this resolved and get confirmation on my flight to and from Maui.

Cancelled flights and no agent to speak with
It is unacceptable to never be able to speak with an agent. It appears the system is designed to get people exhausted and walk away from their flights or credits. The Flighthub ticket online shows I can rebook however it does not allow me to do so.
With the Covid outbreaks in the USA and especially states such as Arizona where so many deny the existence of Covid we are fearful for our lives and do not wish to fly into the abyss

I have bought online ticket through flight hub and just after I bought the ticket I realized the return date have changed because of the flight hub online system.
I cancelled the flight and paid them the penalty but still I didnt get my money back.

I had booked a flight to San Fran and then had to rebook due to Covid. I had until Sept. 30 to rebook. I rebooked my flight to LAX from YVR and due to recent changes in Covid 19 I am not able to go. I called to get my flight credit and was told I didn't have a confirmed reservation but when I log into my account it shows that I do and also when I went on West Jet it showed the flight as being booked. I called flight hub and the agent said I didn't have one and the website is wrong. I have not received a refund or a credit and Flight hub is saying there is not credit and no reservation and I missed the deadline which I didn't and my account is showing as having a confirmed flight, the agent put me on hold and came back and said it wasn't on westjet and then when I logged on it was gone but still showing on Flight hub. but I have no travel credit agent accused me of lying and told me I couldn't speak to a manager and there as nothing else that can or will be done. Failure to provide travel voucher as promised verbally by flight hub agents
Three flights from Vancouver to Reykjavik in April 2020 were cancelled due to the pandemic.
On several occasion I have since spoken to agents (spending several hours waiting on hold) to clarify the policy of vouchers offered in lieu (no refunds).
Specifically I was told as long as we booked new flights by December 31st 2021 we could travel up to a year up to the end of 2022.
I have just gotten off the phone with an agent who has contradicted that information and informed me that the travel itself must be completed by December 31 2021. Impossible.
I now believe that Flight Hub has robbed me of approximately $2000.00 in booked flights.
Desired outcome: I would like the verbal promise of Flight Hub agents to be honoured and our vouchers for flights to Iceland be extended to the end of 2022

Book flight with insurance through flighthub [protected]) to Jamaica with westjet (KLSXTW) under Dwayne Simpson.
We had cancelled his flight on November 1 the day of him leaving due to incorrect Covid test was completed and Westjet put note to refund customer.
New requirements was made by-law for PCR Covid test in affect on Nov 1 and he had the wrong one. We called a request refund on this flight and was advise later that we are not getting refund on this flight he never boarded.
I have called flight hub in regards to getting the refund and requested to speak with a supervisor or manager and was advised that a manager or supervisor is available until Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 4 PM.
I have tried calling a several times at [protected] and has been disconnected by the agent. Also been on hold waiting to speak to an agent for 45 minutes to one hour.
Today I called flight hub and was on hold waiting to speak for an agent for 45 minutes and the minute I mention to the agent the clients name she hung up.
They should be able to refund the ticket or give us the ticket back that I could put it in somebody else's name to use since it's already paid for and never use plus I paid for two luggage is to board the plane and I'm not asking for that money back.

Booked a flight from YVR to Jeddah s.a, I was going through Egypt.
I booked a ticket through flighthub and the plane I was flying with was Air Canada. Air Canada blocked me from boarding my flight and block me from entering the gate, with no valid reason. They say is due to restriction for all Canadians going through Egypt. I called flighthub customer service which was a disaster and 3+hours waiting hours. They don't care about the customer ones you purchase ticket and cancel . I canceled the ticket and I was charged multiple fees without my authorization. They took $75+11 from my account and deducted $500 from my ticket without no reason. I was ready to fly but they blocked me and it is not my fault but their fault. I was suppose to receive my money in full. Flighthub is a scam and I want everyone to know that. I want my money back and to be compensated for the time they wasted from me. They keep playing games air Canada and flighthub every time I call them.

Scammed - unethical behavior
Purchased tickets in 2019 from Calgary to Halifax through Flight Hub. Was supposed to go for a 40th anniversary. Cancelled due to CoVid. Requested a refund. Received email notification that no refunds allowed and must rebook from and to same destinations. We were issued 1659.12 in flight credits. Rebooked tickets for November 18 - 25th, 2021. Received email saying must contact them immediately. Contacted them on November 7th. Price increase of 660.00. Asked agent "so I pay the increase which is whatever amount you tell me or I lose the money already spent?" I paid the 660.00 and was given a confirmation number and receipt. Attached. On the 18th I tried to print boarding passes. No record of us. Contacted Flight Hub. Agent said tickets were still in processing stage. Got nowhere, even after very lengthy conversation. Agent said they would request an investigation. Contacted Flight Hub at [protected] was told that yes I could still get tickets but they now wanted an additional 900+ dollars on top of the credits and 660.00 already paid. I said no thank you. Customer service was very negative. The email was very misleading. Heading said : Your Booking Details You're all set! To view or print your boarding pass, go to your airline's website and enter your confirmation number (below). You can check-in for your flight 24 hours ahead of departure. No response from flight hub when request was submitted to use travel credits
We have Flight Hub travel credits of $468.50 which we have requested online twice now (September 28th and October 1st) to use towards a new flight for November 22, 2021. On October 1st we called and were told there was no record of a request to quote a change of flights on September 28th yet we had a confirmation that our request was submitted. The agent on the phone call October 1st submitted the request again and told us it would take 24-72 hours to receive a response via email. We still have not heard anything and it's been over a month! We no longer are able to fly as we had to request vacation time through both our places of employment. It's hard to request time off when we can't even confirm that we have a departing flight! Very disappointing to say the least! Also at the end of September we found a return flight for November 27th and booked this before the price changed or the flight no longer had seats. We booked this while we were awaiting confirmation that we could apply the flight credit we have towards the new outbound flight November 22nd that we requested. Because we have still not received confirmation of the outbound flight, the return flight November 27th does us no good. How can we use our return flight when we can't even get the outbound flight?
We called in November 3rd and were told the outbound flight using our travel credits on file was still in the quoting process (over a month)! Completely unacceptable! It is now too late for us to wait any longer for a quote on a change of flights using our existing credit as we had to confirm our vacation dates to our employers. It should not be this difficult to use flight credits or to get a response back in a timely manner. Due to the severe delay in response from FlightHub in quoting a change of flights using our existing credit, we were forced to make alternate travel arrangements.
We have called and emailed the Flight Hub support on their website and they want to issue us travel credits again which do us no good. As our travel woes are a result of lack of a timely response from Flight Hub in processing the use of our travel credits, we should be eligible for a full refund of our travel credits ($468.50) and $565.36 what we paid for the return flight we booked. We will not be using Flight Hub services at any point going forward and will rather book directly with an airline or certified travel agency even if it means paying a little more for peace of mind and ease of communication with regards to travel bookings/travel credits.

Unable to book my flight tickets using my travel credit
I have received an email from FlightHub that my travel credit $3058.80, I have received for canceled flight, along with my travel plans must be used and completed by September 30, 2021.
I called FlightHub and booked my flight - 4 tickets, receiving 2 FlightHub Booking Numbers [protected] and [protected]) and Aer Lingus Confirmation numbers: 2HSSUJ and 2MHWMN. I was told that there was a difference in fare $244.32 per passenger, as the fare on which original ticket was booked is not available anymore. Which is incorrect because the price of the tickets on the Aer Lingus website was actually lower than my travel credit! However, I paid the fare difference and was ready for travel. I called the airlines - Aer Lingus - to confirm my tickets and my flight but was told that FlightHub never booked my flight tickets. I called FlightHub and was told by a representative that the airlines Aer Lingus did not authorize my tickets, and now the fare difference is $500 per passenger, total of $2, 000 on top of my $3, 058.80 credit. I refused to pay because when I went on the Aer Lingus website to book tickets, the total amount of my tickets was actually 338.28 less than my travel credit. Why did FlightHub asked me to pay $2000 extra? Aer Lingus was unaware of such charges and told me that they always try to book the flight tickets for the amount of the travel credit.
I do not want to deal with FlightHub anymore and I am requesting a full refund of my flight tickets. When I went online to research about FlightHub, I found out that California has launched a lawsuit against online travel agencies FlightHub and JustFly for alleged "unscrupulous business practices, designed to fleece the average consumer." Online travel agencies FlightHub and JustFly are also under scrutiny from the Better Business Bureau due to a pattern of complaints. Several customers interviewed by CBC News say they all had difficulty securing refunds for flights that didn't pan out...
