Wow is all I can say. A passport for an urgent trip was sent from Iowa on a Sunday night, at a cost of nearly $200 for a 10:00 a.m. delivery on Tuesday. It never came. I called multiple times, and each time I was told something that couldn't possibly have been true, given what the others told me. I think they just wanted to get me off the phone. I will miss a flight for a family emergency. Somehow they seemed to think that by saying 'we wrote a ticket' that I should be comforted. Honestly, I will never use this company again, and I advise you not to.

Recommendation: Try UPS or USPS
