FedEx FED EX poor delivery service from Gaithersburg Maryland

I have a camera doorbell and FED Ex states they deliver to my door and don't, they lie.

FED EX doesn't deliver packages at all I have a doorbell camera and can prove they never deliver packages and lie to customers just like me.

[protected] tracking number I am home due to an injury and have a camera FED ex never delivered the package and lied. They never made an attempt.

FedEx states I am not home or business closed that needs to be investigated. I do know the business that is sending me the packages should not pay for terrible services. I have camera footage too.

FedEx problems with delivery

I have lived in this house at this address since 2017. For the first 3 years packages were delivered promptly without issue. For the last two years and currently getting worse Fedex trucks can no longer find my house. My address is Chillicothe rd but my driveway is on Hinkle st. Packages are being left at neighbors houses. A package was suppose to be delivered Sunday but it was returned because driver could not find house, it happened again with the same package Monday. Tuesday I saw the Fedex truck sitting on Chillicothe not knowing where to go. I had to run across my yard and catch him before he drove away again. I ended up getting caught in the rain. Today, Wednesday, it happened again with a different package. I saw the Fedex truck sitting on Chillicothe rd not knowing where to go. It pulled away before I could get out the door and run across the yard, and was taken back to the distribution center. It is getting very frustrating. My number [protected]. I need you help. Keith

Desired outcome: I would either the driver taking packages to the Post Office when they can not find my house, or directions for this address or phone number placed in Fedex's computer so the driver can find my house or call me if they need directions

FedEx Damaged property

On 5/01/2022 a Fedex truck arrived at my residence to deliver a package. My ring camera clocked it at 11:34am. The driver dropped off the package and went back to his truck. We had heard a loud pop and a cracking noise, we looked outside to see the Fedex truck driving off. I went outside to investigate and discovered my mailbox had been damaged. The wooden post is split down the middle and the metal box is bent up so bad it won't close completely. On my ring camera I have the date and time of the truck pulling up and less than 10 minutes later another video without the truck and the mailbox damaged. The issue is that the post is on a concrete sidewalk and would not be easily replaced.

Desired outcome: would like the mailbox to be replaced. or paid for.

FedEx Delivery delay

Had a package shipped with Fedex ground on 4/23/2022 from Long Beach CA to New Jersey. Fedex tracking showed delivery would be on 4/29. Package arrived at Fedex destination on 4/30 (Saturday). Now Fedex tracking showed delivery as "pending". Wasn't delivered the next business day (Monday). On Monday night called Fedex customer service and was told delay was due to large volume of shipments at delivery location, and that delivery would be by Wednesday 5/3. WTF. Even USPS would have been faster. Don't count on Fedex if you need a definite delivery timeframe.

FedEx delivery time frame

4/1/2022

I am so sick and tired of Fedex packages coming late or damaged.

Several times I have ordered from ShopGoodWill out of Indiana. They send it out on a Tuesday or a Wednesday and it gets to Commerance City Colorado and sits for days. I will first be told it will be here Saturday or Sunday. Arriving early.

Then and update will come through pending. No scheduled delivery.

It will then update and get delivered M-W.

What the hell? A week to get a 2-3 delivery? I am so tired of this. It costs an arm and leg to get it shipped. Esp. since the Goodwill sites also charge handling fee.

I just had another package from Fedex yesterday that they didn't leave since they said no one was home and had sent me a text.

NO my husband and I were home. And no doorbell rand and NO text from Fedex.

Also no reason it shouldn't have been left. It didn't need to be signed for.

Yes it was windy. So stick it between the doors or put off to the left side of step.

Now today am still waiting for my SGW package. And called them to find out where it's at.

Heres what it says: Tuesday 4/26 Sent info to Fedex. 3:13 pm

Wed. 4/27 Arrived at 3:51 Indianapolis IN

4/27 1:45pm in transit Greenwood IN

4/28 Abilene KS

Friday 4/29 12 pm Commerce. City CO

Sat 7:16 pm Commerce City CO

4/1 Sunday 7:17 am Commerence City CO

All those say in Transit.

How can my package be sitting in Commerence City for 3 days now but it's in transit?

No heres the kicker

I am 1 hr and 6 minutes away.

But the shipping station is in Loveland CO which is 52minutes away from

Commerence City. And I am 28 minutes away from Loveland.

I could drive my car and go get it. But no one knows where it is since it's in transit. And why should I? I paid them to deliver it.

Now if it comes tomarrow which I doubt because they have to process it and get it on the Loveland truck.

So maybe Tuesday?

It's been an hour away since Friday. This is unexcuseable.

4 to 5 days late and a hour away.

The CEO can afford a football team but can't get his packages delivered in a decent time frame.

One full week to get a package delivered. Also my husband paid for 2 day delivery $55 a few weeks ago and it took 5 days to get here.

No refund because he was told that Fedex doesn't guarantee times anymore.

So we wasted $55 but the fat cat still gets paid?

I sure would hate to be shipping live animals through them because they would all starve to death.

Friday at 12pm an hour away. Today is Sunday and it is still pending update.

Does the CEO use his own company to deliver? I bet his get to him on time.

Some places are charging $16 fedex rates for packages. Double what the items cost. Florida to CO. For each item purchased. I refuse to use those sites. I get ssdi $900 a month and these costs and delays are killing me.

Desired outcome: On time shipping and not having to wait for something 3 to 4 days extra that I could go get. a lot cheaper rates if not going to be the Fedex 2-3 day shipping like it use to be.

FedEx Delivery

delivery t/[protected] ... was messaged that an attempt to deliver was made on 04/30/2022 at 9:53AM. I was home and I have two small dogs that will bark at any noise at the door. I live at the last house on a dead end street. There was no truck and no attempt to deliver. The customer service app does nothing but repeat the message that delivery attempt failed. I'm like most of your other customers. I will not make purchases in the future from businesses that use Fedex delivery. Very disappointing in every way possible.

FedEx Lying about attempted delivery

This is the 3rd time that this has happened with Fedex for a package that required a signature for delivery. I have been home waiting by my door all morning+afternoon when I receive an email saying delivery was attempted and failed. This is just a lie. I go out to check and there isn't even an attempted delivery notice at all. No delivery was ever made. This keeps happening. I feel like whoever is delivering sees that my package will require a signature and just decides to not make any attempt and to lie and say that they did to avoid the time that it would take. I have NEVER had this successfully happen. No delivery person has ever come knock on my door and ask for a signature. There have only ever been lies about the attempt. This is frustrating because I pay delivery fees clearly for all of these packages but I have to receive it almost a week late due to "failed" delivery attempts and I have to walk to a Fedex place to pick up the actual package. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

Desired outcome: I want an apology and delivery to be actually attempted for my packages in the future.

FedEx delivery

12 of April 2022 they attempted delivery and even though they were supposed to leave the package at the door they failed to do so. then they call me leaving messages that i need to pick up the package myself. i went to the place they told me to go to pick up my parcel but the parcel seems to be missing. then my girlfriend called them and found out that package is in their distribution center in another city. this is the last time we use fedex.

FedEx Fedex delivering my package after my business was closed and it being stolenl.

I own a clothing store at a busy outdoor mall. I was expecting a box of children's clothing to be delivered from Fedex. They delivered them at 7:03 P.M. we close at 5 P.M. The package was stolen overnight. Now I am out product and over $500.00. Their "customer service" is saying it is not their fault because the tracking says delivered, even though we weren't open to receive it!

FedEx delivery

Stayed home from work to sign for a package. Took the day off. [protected]) At 2:52pm got a text stating no one was home and delivery attempt was made. BS! I was home all day. When I called to complain I was told that the driver did stop, maybe I wasn't there. Ummmm I was home ALL day ! No one came to the door - I can see the road from my window and would see anyone that approached the door. The customer service rep said I could have it held and pick it up myself. Um excuse me - I paid to have it delivered. She stated the delivery was scheduled again for tomorrow. I told her to hold it at a location of my choice because I cannot take off another day of work just for their delivery driver to lie again and not deliver my package. If you do not want to do your job then find another one. I am out a days pay and still no package. I do not understand how they can do this and no one seems to care that the employee lied.

Desired outcome: I want a formal complaint placed in the driver's employment record

FedEx Package delivery

I paid $40 to have my tax information overnighted to my accountant, so he would receive it by March 31.

My accountant said Fedex kept trying to deliver the package during non-business hours when he wasn't there, and then finally told him that they were sending it back to me.

I received it on April 18 - so now my tax return is late. Fedex refused to even refund my $40 !

Never trusting Fedex again.

Desired outcome: I asked for my $40 to be refuneded, but the billing department refused.

FedEx Lying about delivery attempt

FedEx : Something needs to be done about the blatant lying that is taking place by your delivery drivers. You must know that this is becoming the normal MO for your drivers. I can't believe that FedEx Corporate is okay with this type of behavior, or business practice. If a FedEx driver try's to deliver a package and I'm not home, then you know what, It's okay to use that excuse that the package was undeliverable due to no one being available to accept it, but when I've been home all day and I begin to become curious because NO ONE has been at my door all day, and I don't have a door tag, but "tracking cleary says" Not deliverable due to one one being at the business or home. Then this is a problem, when blatant lying is happening across the board. FedEx Corporate please do something to regain the trust of your customers both from the B2B B2C space. There are other choices.

FedEx Lying that "customer not available"

Am about to receive two shipments. I am just waiting at home for two days as it says I need to sign the package. Calling customer service is equally ineffective.

Saturday (4/23/2022) - I am waiting at home. Then I get message "they tried to deliver but customer not available". That was total lie. I called customer service, then I after half an hour and one escalation to manager, I am told that they didnt load it into the truck.

Sunday (4/24/2022) - my tracking status says it will be deliver today. I am waiting at home. I called customer care to make sure I receive it. They said they dont know the time but it will be delivered today.  after waiting for hours I get message "unable to deliver". I called customer service and they said the information on tracking page is wrong and it will be delivered on monday.

Here I am waiting for 2 days at home. Delivery people lying and customer service is clueless and giving random answers.

Desired outcome: 1) I want my packages.2) I want Fedex management to take action. I am seeing so many instances about false update by Fedex deliver persons but Fedex management does not care about it.3) Make customer care service more effective and helpful.

First time status is updated to transit.

As it is not delivered till 4 PM I called customer care, they said they will follow up which they didnt.

At 6PM I got message "Customer was not at home". Though I am at home.

I called customer care and they said that it was not loaded in truck. For second package, customer service said I will receive it today. But as I was on the call I saw the status change for another package as I asked customer care person to refresh the page, he cut the phone.

Tuesday (4/26/2022) - 12:30 PM -

In the morning I got a message that I need to sign the packages. So I had to stay at home full day as there was no time specified.

Not calling customer care today who dont care about customers and dont have any power.

So I am waiting again at home for the 4th day as Fedex says they will deliver the package and I need to sign it. This is very very bad service overall. Everything is flawed/

Drivers lie.

Customer care lies. They cut the phone.

Management does not care.

I think the Fedex driver is lazy. Leaves my packages at the wrong address, and sometimes doesn't deliver them at all. It is getting ridiculous. I wish we could go with another shipper and put Fedex out of business.

FedEx Late delivery

Chemo drugs were shipped on Thursday 04/21/2022, and were to be delivered by noon Friday 04/22/2022. They were not delivered. Tracking says they were in the Richland MS distribution center at 7:15AM on 04/22/2022 (15 miles from my home).

When I called on Friday evening, I was told they would be delivered by noon Saturday 04/23/2022. They were not delivered.

Now I am told they will be delivered by noon Monday 04/25/2022.

Does anyone want to lay odds on delivery happening by noon Monday.

By the way, after using their voice response system it appears AI does not mean "artificial intelligence at Fedex. It appears to mean"actual ignorance".

Desired outcome: Deliver my chemo drugs today 04/23/2022.

FedEx Shipment opened!

Today I collected a medium sized box I shipped from myself in SC to myself in ME via FedEx.

When I received the box I noticed the tape sealing it had been replaced. The box had been opened and resealed.

When I got home and opened the box I discovered the contents had ALSO been opened and resealed with clear box-tape (for packing boxes to be shipped).

No notes. No explanation.

Weird. Invasive. Unacceptable.

Desired outcome: Who did this and why?Who will replace the gifts I can no longer give (b/c they were opened and then taped shut)?

FedEx Automated System

I called to inquire about a package I was to receive. The automated system gave me incorrect information compared to what I could see online and I wanted to get a live person to help resolve a issue. The system would not transfer me to an agent instead it stated that no other information was available and that it would not transfer me to an agent. Instead it hung up on me. I called back and the system was able to recognize my number again and again told me it would not transfer me. I had to call back 2 more times for a total of 4 calls to speak to a live agent.

FedEx I would like a response from from an actual person from fedex.

I ordered a very expensive machine which was to be delivered to me in 5 days shipper FEDEX. On a previous occasion I had ordered from the same company a different machine and was delivered to me in 5 days. Going back to my original complaint why I'm writing this The item was shipped on 4/8/2022. I got a text on my phone that it was being delivered early which would be 4/12/2022. Well low and behold that day came and no delivery. The box sat in a terminal in Edison, NJ from 4/11 -4/14 They never attempted to correct it. I had to get the company that shipped it involved 2xs. The second time they gave them no reason why they screwed up the shipping. I'll tell you why some dingle berry put the box on the wrong belt. I still have not got this box and its 4/18/2022 WHERE IS IT FEDEX? I'am beyond livved. Oh and they said you will see movement that's a laugh it departed AZ shows nothing after that. You would think you would see the next destination it went to NOPE. SO where is it? Now I have to get the company involved again in this. FEDEX you Suck! Lets see how long and if I ever get this box.

FedEx Delivery and management

My incident is 3 months old and I am still waiting to hear back from the Mgr. that told me he would. This happened on 1-12-22.

We had approximately 2 inches of snow and it was a nice day and the driver decided to drive down my driveway of gravel instead of walking there.

When he was going to drive forward you can see that he must have slid a bit and could not back up. I don't know why there was plenty of room behind him.

So he just decided to go forward not only a ways but all the way thru my back yard, thru my new grass and thru my tree row and out the other end of my property. Drove right over my Sewer that was marked with a Construction cone and did not even call us. We live in a subdivision and do not have city sewer. You do not drive over these in the country.

When we came home we could see what happened and all the tracks. I called the Fed Ex Ground on 1-13-22 and then the mgr of the Dickinson ND Fed EX Express, called me right back at 10:34 am, and he went right out and took photos at 11:00 am MT, and told me he would call me right back. He.. never did. I have left messages for him to call, I stopped and gave a Fed Ex employee my phone number to call me on and still todate has not returned my call.

This mgr is not a Mgr as far as I am concerned and the driver needs to be trained how to drive.

There is a lack of respect here for the customer from the Mgr and the driver from Fed Ex Express. When you trespass and possibly have property damage to my sewer and the Mgr does not have the responsibility to call back the customer, he is not a Mgr as far as I am concerned.

I incurred expenses and installed a separate box for my packages to be delivered off of my property so that Fed Ex Express stays off my back yard and off of all my property.

Desired outcome: I would like a return call from the Mgr and file my expenses for the box that I put up. I needa copy of the report filed from the Mgr so that If I have trouble with my sewer this summer I have the complaint. I have also taken photos.

FedEx Never received phone

I have tried contacting fedex with the tracking number, I was told to contact safelink because it was returned to them as undeliverable. I have tried various phone numbers for safelink and I can not get through to a live person. I tried to chat and no one ever came on, I waited an hour.

Can someone please help me, or tell me how to talk to an alive person at safelink?

FedEx Freight delivery

was expecting a delivery from FEDX on 4/12/22 talked to freight office in Ft.Myers Fla on 4/11/22 was told I could not request a time for delivery I was given a 3 pm to 6pm window was told i had to be home at 3 ( just in case ) lost 2 hours of work. and still after 6 pm no one showed up talked to 3 diffrent people at FEDX and like a recording they all said (delays happen) no call about said delay no one seemed to care
