FedEx FedEx delivery

I was notified by text that my delivery needing a signature would be delivered 8/29/22. It was not, and that evening I received a notification that it was delayed and would be delivered 8/30. It was not. My husband called customer service, and they said it was again delayed but would surely arrive 8/31. He was dubious as the tracking at that point said it was in MD and we live in VT. So for the 3rd day I stayed at home, waiting in the main room of my house near the front door, as I have seen them drive up and turn around and leave before I could run down the steps. They have also said they attempted delivery before when I have been at home and seen no one. I sat near the door, and I have 2 dogs that bark if there is a car that stops at the bottom of the driveway, and clearly let me know if someone is here. USPS made a delivery. The big gas truck made a delivery. At 1:52 PM while sitting on the couch next to the front door with my phone next to me where I had been sitting over an hour, I received a text that a delivery attempt had been made. The dogs were in the room and had not barked, there had been no one in the driveway or at the door. I called customer service, which is very difficult to find on the website. I am sure my frustration showed in my voice as I explained how no delivery attempt had actually been made. She assured me that it was just the first attempt, and they would try again tomorrow (9/1/22). I cannot keep staying home. Could they deliver to the Walgreens 6 miles away. No, the (25 lb) package was too big. I asked if they would deliver by 10AM to my home please. (They never like to specify when they will deliver) No. They would specify that it should be delivered by noon. She would ask and put a special note. I have plans for the afternoon 9/1. The dogs barked at noon and I was hopeful, but it was just the garbage truck at the bottom of the driveway. It is now after 3 PM on 9/1/22 and it is still not here. Again, I have been in the front room waiting all day. I have so much to do. Such inconsideration for customers

FedEx Fedex ground truck hit my vehicle!

On June 28, 2022 a Fedex ground truck hit my vehicle. I called the police and they came and filed a report. The report clearly states that the Fedex driver was at fault. I had the right of way and the Fedex truck was parked illegally in a no parking zone and the driver said he did not see me and when he was backing up to leave he hit my passenger door. The driver admitted it was his fault and the police report states it was his fault. We turned this incident into our insurance company and contacted the Fedex insurance company and now after 2 months they have stopped taking our calls and will not process the claim.

Desired outcome: All we want is the claim processed so we can get our car fixed. The estimate is less than $ 2600.00!!!

FedEx Delivery

My Fed Ex delivery man was here for 30 sec, I went out to sign and he jumped on his truck and ignored me. I immediately called the customer service number and the gentleman helped me. He called the terminal and they said he would be there asap. That was at 3:14 and it is now 6:10. I am so mad at this incompetence. By the way, I have it on my ring doorbell. My tracking number is [protected].

FedEx Package delivery

Drivers don't follow the directions from your delivery manager on the website.

Delivery today was left in front of my front door and door could not be opened from inside. Large sign on door directs where packages should be left and enrolled on your web site for delivery manager indicates location.

Have had multiple packages missing because they have been left in wrong location.

Desired outcome: Deliver to proper location.

FedEx Trying to call fedex

It is impossible to reach anyone at FedEx. The auto attendant does everything possible to ensure you cannot get through. I Called yesterday and today for FedEx to pick up 4 boxes they delivered here that DO NOT BELONG TO US. Now, someone is on the phone for the third time trying to reach a real person. This is ridiculous and the exact reason we REFUSE to use FedEx and only use UPS.

Desired outcome: Come pick these packages up as soon as possible - they are blocking our dock

Desired outcome: TALK TO THE DRIVER ON THE DELIVERY ROUTE TO RING THE BELL AND PUT THE DELIVERY AT THE FRONT DOOR

FedEx Unsafe fed ex driver operation 8/25/2022 2:26 pm millville ma

I was traveling north on chestnut hill road between Millville MA and Mendon MA

2:26pm on Aug 25. This a two lane country road. I am a motorcyclist. A Fed Ex vehicle was parked along the road appeared to be a residential delivery. Yellow parking lights were visable and on. I slowed as I approached then accelerated to pass on the left. As I was passing the truck made an abrupt turning move left back onto the road. It was an extremely close call less than a foot. very scarey. There was no turning signal. It was apparent the driver did not look before attempting to pull fully back onto the road

Desired outcome: the driver of this vehicle needs to be identified and whatever fedex protocol is for unsafe vehicle operation that person should be held accountable

FedEx Passport fee

I went to Fed ex office to get my passport renewed, got the pictures taken, paid the $15 dollars, then they told me to go on line to fed ex , com, so I did , filled out the forms, to apply , then I had to pay $246 dollars, then I had to finsh up with the US government, and had to pay $208 dollars, seems like I overpaid, if you go to the nystate passport information , you do not pay $ 246 , I would like a credit from Fed Ex, I feel like this was a total rip off !

Desired outcome: Please refund my money , no passport cost almost $500 dollars, I would like at least $200 back .Thank you for your time

FedEx On time delivery or lack there of

After having difficulty with a shipment being delayed Walmart was nice enough to give me a refund and a discount on my next order. On Aug. 23rd I ordered items that Walmart said would be delivered on Wed. Aug 24th. Walmart was correct, the items shipped from a town 130 miles from me Laurens, SC and was according to FedEx was on the truck today for delivery only they never got around to delivering them. The item was out for delivery at 7:22 am this morning and they couldn't get it delivered on time. Maybe if they spent less time and money on NASCAR and more time and energy on their paying customers they could keep delivery dates and be on time for a change. I want to assure FedEx that since they couldn't care less about Walmart's customers, I am going to work hard to make sure Walmart will soon care less about FedEx. Only way to get their attention is hit them in their wallets

FedEx Delivery of perishable items. Driver left on deck we never use. Didn’t know it had arrived until I called the seller and they showed delivered

I am very unhappy in your decision! I order a lot of things from Amazon. And the UPS driver hasn’t had any problems in delivering our packages to our back door. Whoever your FedEx driver was that day, delivered these products to a deck that we don’t use, which has 1 entry door into our breezeway. Your driver could see leaves on our unused deck… I disagree with your denial & advise contacting this driver regarding further deliveries, & since I don’t have the option to choose which delivery system the seller uses!

You have upset a veteran & senior citizen living on a fixed income… so, if your choice is still to deny my claim, I will make sure all my family, friends, & acquaintances know how this was handled.

Desired outcome: The best outcome is to be reimbursed for my charges, since it was perishable, we had to trash all the contents.

Perishable items, driver left outside where we couldn’t see the boxes, as we don’t use that deck. Apparently this driver isn’t aware our delivery’s all go to back door of our home. Very unhappy customer

FedEx FedEx lost package will not honor the claim

On June 28th we shipped a package to a commercial customer who never received it

Upon placing a tracer they claim it was delivered and signed by a person who does not work for my customer so we filed a claim

They denied it we had to replace $960 worth of manufactured items

They closed our complaint and said sorry

How can they not be responsible for misdelivery of an order

This really sucks and we are going to stop service with them

We have been a loyal customer of FedEx for over 20 years

Desired outcome: We would like to get this claim honored and be reinbursed for their mistake

I ordered two items from Wayfair, that was suppose to be shipped to Airville, Pennsylvania on 8/23/22; FEDEX drops off the packages to an address in Sunset Beach, North Carolina; off-shore customer service for FEDEX was extremely rude & unprofessional and were liars as well; they placed the blame on the shippers, stating that companies like Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, Overstock and so forth, put the wrong FEDEX Shipping numbers on packages and in-turn gives the customer has the wrong numbers; I spoke with Wayfair and they said it was a LIE; Wayfair and I research the tracking number using FEDEX Tracking online & that my 2 packages, what was suppose to arrive in PA, was dropped off at an address, city & state in NC; HOW IN THE HELL FEDEX got that wrong? When you call FEDEX, you cannot get a representative in the USA, it gives you an offshore CSR who lies to you about your delivery and will hang up the phone in your face without getting a resolution. FEDEX has insulted the USA for allowing those workers in those foreign countries to use our American Names (Ada, Art, Fay, John) which we all here in America knows that is not their true names; they do not understand the English language, just reading from a script. It is an awful insult to the United States of America!

FedEx FedEx tracking number: [protected] ,[protected]

Good morning FedEx,

I have a complaint on these tracking numbers. I purchased six plants but I was given one but three times the same number for tracking that was # [protected] for 6 plants. I called to have it canceled and my cancellation number that I received from Gustaf #C78600545. This item was purchased August 12, 2022 picked up August 15, 2022 I was told it would take one to two days. I hired a young man to help me plant these plants. If you follow shipping history it's spent a whole day in Pennsylvania an hour and a half away from my residence, needless to say it wasn't on time. It cost me $40 for this young man to be hanging around all day. That's the reason why I canceled the order. If you go on the website they have the plants still at jersey city. When this order was canceled four days ago. I'm trying to claim my 900+ dollars from the shipper. Your company is not helping also your track record in logistics in this area isn't good. Either you're a day early or days late, even with good weather. I lost days monitoring the shipment originally they said they were still delivering on Thursday. Do you realize the trouble that we have here we have porch pirates so I had to stay home to make sure. Spoke to the driver even told him it shouldn't be here it was canceled, and his report he says it was delivered never mention on the webpage return to sender what's up with that. Your website and your phone service has a lot to desire. It goes nowhere not informative by the time you get someone you're so frustrated and angry nobody wants to listen to you anymore. And it's all your doings please help

FedEx Package delivery

I ordered an item, got message package was being delivered by FedEx. Got a message from FedEx package was delivered to my front door on Aug. 12th. I live at 1478 Brown Road, Indiana, PA., package was never delivered to my front door, back door, garage door, mailbox or anywhere on my property. I called 1-800-gofedex, gave tracking #[protected], was told package was delivered to my front door, told them it wasn't, was told case would be investigated and 'someone' would contact me within 24 to 48 hrs and give instructions how to proceed. No one contacted me. Today, Aug. 19th, 7days later, I called 1-800-gofedex, inquired about package with tracking #[protected], was told "that case has been closed", anything else they can help me with.

Desired outcome: Where in the world is my package, where did it go? At least refund my shipping cost of $9.99

FedEx Driver

The driver in our neighborhood speeds down streets, pulls into driveways and blows through stop signs. Me and several neighbors have this guys speeding and blowing through stop signs on videos and pictures. We live by the bike trail so there kids and dogs out everywhere. Someone is going to get killed by this guy. I’ve called several times on phone but obviously nothing has been done. I have his license plate number. Please put an end to this and fire this guy. We are scared for our kids out here. Ridiculous

Desired outcome: We need a new driver that obeys the rules and laws of the road.

FedEx Ground delivery

I’ve been watching the package tracking for two days because I am picking the package up at a house at which I am house sitting - I didn’t want the package to get stolen or caught in the rain we are expecting. This afternoon I took a screenshot of the tracking, which said: “FedEx: Your package is scheduled to be delivered on August 17, 2022.”… “Commitment times of this service are not time specific, but day definite.” Less than two hours later, the tracking changed to: “No scheduled delivery date available at this time.” I have been sitting at the house waiting all day, only to be told it’s not coming today? When I called customer service they were of no help. Do not tell people their packages are arriving on a certain day if they are NOT! You wasted my time, and this is a recurring problem I have had with FedEx. I will no longer shop from businesses that use FedEx for delivery.

Desired outcome: Timely service and delivery. Accurate tracking. Do not lie about delivery dates - it wastes people’s time.

FedEx Driver’s recklessness!

This afternoon, Aug. 17, 2022 I witnessed one of your Fed Ex drivers at the Rt.110 Melville, Long Island N.Y. Office deliberately go out of his way to drive into a flock of Canadian geese in the parking area!

What kind of cruel and inhumane people do you hire? This is unacceptable and a disgrace to Fed Ex ! I will never use your services unless I see that you’ve addressed such an unethical act on the part of one of your employees!

You may not consider this important. However there are many of your customers (and the Dept of Environmental Conservation ) that consider it egregious!

Thank you for your quick response!

Desired outcome: Driver should be disciplined and retrained in professional conduct when he is acting in the capacity of Fed Ex worker! I would also like him to apologize. We have posted this complaint on twitter so an apology there would be appropriate!

My vehicle was legally parked at the curb of the Driftwood Restaurant, unattended.

When I returned it was damaged, (see photo)

Numerious witnesses advised a FedEx truck caused the damage then, the driver drove off without leaving a note.

A Police Report was filed, [protected].

I filed a complaint online without any results.

FedEx Sierra vista, arizona fedex opens food packages and retapes

I ordered a thrive order because this “township” or lack thereof does not have many options for grocery stores and I enjoy organic meats. I ordered the first package, it arrived opened and re taped with cheap clear tape, I asked the driver and his “friend” why it was retapped they said sometimes stuff gets tossed around during travel, they stayed while I opened the package to be sure I wanted to keep it. It seemed fine when I opened it but I hadn’t gone through the entire package yet. Low and behold there were 2-3.5lb chickens and 2-12oz frozen veggies missing from the package, which both just so happened to be for my dog.

I called the company they sent a new package with the same items and the package arrived worse than the diet shipment and scribbled on top said inspection completed.

Since I’ve notified the local FedEx, corporate FedEx, Thrive marketplace for a full refund, the USPS IGs office, and the FBI for mail tampering. This is only one of many many things in this town that I’ve experienced that make me question humanity in this locale.

The people here are far from normal and treat people like garbage, it does not matter who it is. Literally from the landlords to the FedEx to the food workers to grocery stores in this town - the people here are clearly bored and miserable for lack of things to do so they simply just mess with people out of boredom.

Lord help this towns future, it seems hopeless for these people.

Desired outcome: Reprimand and rectify the mail tampering! It is illegal and can be up to 5yrs in prison. So to the local FedEx, I hope it is worth 5yrs to continue opening and taking food items out of someone else’s mail.

FedEx A recent deliver on 08/14/22 to 1130 Empire Ave Manteca, CA 95336

My name is Cynthia Cassel filing a complaint on Kay Schumacher behalf who is a resident at Prestige Senior Living. 1130 Empire Ave Manteca, CA 95336

Phone number [protected]. Time of incident was 9:59 AM. 8/14/22

A Fed Ex driver came by this morning to drop off a package, As I walked to the door to get the package, he drops the package right in front of the door to the the ground and speeds away in his truck. I very disappointed in how this matter was handled and when I tried to address the complaint I had a difficult time getting through as I wanted to make sure that it was still fresh on my mind.

The tracking number for this item is #[protected] 06.

Please let me know what comes of this, very disappointed with what happened because it shouldn't have.
