Later that evening, I received an email stating that my package would be delayed. As of Monday, October 27th, the UPS tracking still shows “Label Created,” indicating that the package has not been shipped. Despite this, I received a “shipped” email notification, which does not align with the carrier’s tracking information.
Please provide clarification on the actual shipping status of this order and confirm whether it has been transferred to UPS. If it has not, I would like a full refund for the one-day shipping fee, as the service was not fulfilled as advertised.
