Family Dollar review: workers smelled like burned marijuana and would not service me stating I would have to spend over 25 dollars to get change for 100 dollar bill

I was in store I was trying to purchase an item I only had multiple hundred dollar bills, the cashier stated that I would have to spend over 25 dollar cus she not gone give me all her money for 7 or 8 dollar product, while waiting I smelled marijuana and her eyes are blood shot red she asked a customer for half of his marijuana blunt!
