Family Dollar review: "Unethical behavior"

Good morning,
I would like to report bad customer service and disrespectful behavior that I encountered as a customer that visited the Family Dollar Store located at 1227 Webster Avenue, Bronx NY 10456.

The bad customer service and disrespectful behavior came from the supervisor/manager of this location (white male caucasian who is tall with a disheveled appearance with no name tag on his shirt) and the cashier (mature older white/spanish woman wearing eyeglasses with no name tag on her shirt) who speaks spanish and english fluently.

The incident occured today on April 25, 2021 at approximately 9:00 a.m. at the cash register. There was no one on her line and she was just organizing things in the area of the cash register and I asked "are you open and ready to take a customer because I just saw you ring up another customer who just left the store"? She then proceeded to roll her eyes at me and say in a rude and nasty manner loudly, "I am open. You have to wait.!" I said ok, I am just asking a question because I have been standing on the line for at least a minute after the customer in front of me got their change from their transaction and left the store."

She then snapped back with a response of "now you can come to my register!" I told her I don't understand why are you talking to me like this. Then her manager/supervisor white male caucasian walked over and basically took her side and accused me of being a rude and nasty customer because I should just shut up and wait until she calls the next customer. At this point, I am stunned, shocked, and baffled that he just said that. At this point, I was not interested in making any purchases at this location so I turned to exit the store and file a complaint.

For the record, I have seen this behavior exhibited by the cashier who I have mentioned in this letter report many times putting other customers through what she did to me today. She has been doing this bad customer service for almost a year (from what I have seen with my own eyes). This behavior is enabled by the supervisor/manager. It is awful. My wish is that these two employees of Family Dollar are dismissed and reprimanded as soon as possible. This is a bad look on the brand and marketing of the Family Dollar Corporation.

Desired outcome: My desire is that these two employees be immediately dismissed and reprimanded by someone who can hold these two individuals accountable.
