Family Dollar review: tracfone cards

I went in to buy a tracfone phone card for 15.00 and thede was no paper in the machine so the cashier told me she couldnt refund me or give me another card so then I bought another 15.00 card and she still said the receipt didnt print and this was the ens of october I seen the cashier a week ago she said its been to long she cant do anything but at firat she was waitinf for corporate to tell her what to do abouf it and this customer service is horrible I want my 30.00 refunded. And for the lomg wait I think I should receive some kind of compensation thank u
