Family Dollar review: Store manager unacceptable behavior

I am a local resident of Columbus North Carolina and have been my entire life and have been shopping at our local Family Dollar store since it opened. I have seen my fair deal of leadership in this store and the current manager is nothing like anything I have ever been seen before. Everyday she looks like she either just rolled out of bed or is running late and forgot to brush her hair. I have witnessed her numerous times yelling at her employees right upfront In front of everyone! She speaks to them with such disrespect I am surprised she still has a staff. There is one young lady that is my favorite customer service rep (I met her at her prior workplace) who is always as sweet and as helpful as can be. I witnessed her being screamed at one night and it made me sick to my stomach, I wanted to hug her and say something to her manager but I didn't. I later returned to the store to see if she was alright and tell her how amazing she is. This manager is out of line and doesn't treat her employees with any respect or gratification. This issue has been heavy on my heart because I would NEVER allow anyone to speak to my children the way she speaks to those young people. Her behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. I will only shop there now if she is not there, which is never. Thank you and have a blessed day.
