Family Dollar review: customer attitude while trying to get help

When making my purchase this morning around 8:25am the family dollar employee refused to get off her cell phone to help me add my family dollar clipping instead she stated yes baby in which she was on the phone with her boyfriend friend child or whomever it was I am filing a complaint because I was charge without my clippings and the proper help I also told her I'm taking a picture to show her boss She smile and still had her cellphone attached to her ear this is so disrespectful instead another worker Tommy's I reported to the Kay the manager that smoke he weed outside the store on duty his co worker Raymond Smith has also told the manager in which she stated she don't care what he does because she was upset I shop at the store and a friend of mine work there I tell her compliantly and she doesn't listen I need to go over higher the store 00098 is very rude at times
