I bought some clothes for my sister a few days ago and a few other items I had asked the girl we actually talked a little bit because you guys were having a clearance sale so I had to take my kitty litter up to the service desk because I was starting to carry too many things in my arms LOL... and there were no carts available at that point in time so I'm sure she quite remember me and I had asked her if I brought the clothes back if they did not fit my sister because she's a larger girl and it's hard to find her clothes I could return them and she said oh yes ma'am I'm just asking you to please leave the tags on so I had my sister leave the tags on while she tried on the outfit will anyway when I got home from buying my purchases I was like why was my bill so high and I started looking at my receipt she charged me twice for one of the shirts and on the very bottom of my receipt there was an automotive ring up a $5 I don't even own a car I'm sure the girl remembers me I went through my bags there is nothing that I bought that could have been that $5 we did have an issue with the pet flea stuff I had bought having a double tag on it like someone had pulled it off another item and possibly a put it on that so you know went off twice well I didn't think none of I called and they said no problem just bring your receipt and all your things in it and we'll take care of it so I went there today and explain to the girl what had happened and that I would like a refund and even would take a store credit because I do a lot of shopping in your store so the she called a manager to manager come up pretty much ignored me wasn't even listening to me when I was telling her what had happened she went ahead and refunded me for just the items I had brought back in the bag I said excuse me ma'am I said you still owe me and they did credit my credit card back with that amount the purchase amount of those particular clothes I said you still owe me $5.50 for the double ringed up and the $5 item I have no idea what it was she basically called me a liar... how do I know you didn't buy two shirts I'm like well I'm telling you I didn't you can see she wrung up two of the exact same shirts in a row why would I need two of the exact same shirts size which happens to be a triple X which is very very big so I doubt I need two people with that size shirt but anyway I was told pretty much to go screw myself I said so am I supposed to eat the $10 a and just say oh whatever and she said well how do I know I said I'm sure the cashier can remember can we look it up she told me where the girl comes on later tonight so you can check back with her I said okay fine so I went about shopping I bought some more things I called back up there this evening that girl is not even working tonight and the manager is gone and the manager kept my receipt to show the girl so she maybe be able to remember me.. she can't forget me I'm very large and in charge and we had talked about my sister and other stuff it was just a crazy afternoon I want my money back the manager has my original receipt which I was stupid to have given her I guess but we can look it up to my bank or my credit card which I use and they used today to put the money back on that they gave me just for the items I had brought back and I was nice enough to leave every tags still on them clothes I made my sister try on those clothes with the tags still on them now uncomfortable that was I kept them nice and neat until I brought them back because they did not fit her and plan to try and shop for some different sizes and different items but I don't know if I'm ever going to go back to that store again if I don't get my money back I mean I am disabled and live on a fixed income $10 is a lot of money to me and the fact that I basically was humiliated and treated like crap the people behind me were laughing and stuff I always very much embarrassed I didn't know what to do I was basically just took for $10 and told to go jump in a lake I guess so if you guys can call me back at [protected] that would be great my email is [protected]@att.net
