Family Dollar review: Netspend visa cards reimbursement

On november 20, 2020 I purchased 3 - $500.00 netspend visa cards, totaling $ 1, 508.85

The amount was deducted from my bank debit card for $1, 508.85.

The 3 netspend visa cards could not be activated, because the clerk at family dollar had voided them by mistake, per my conversation with netspend.

I have been back and forth for months talking with the store manager to refund me. She said she had to talk with her manager.

To this date she has not contacted me to give me a refund.

I have been patient and frustrated over this matter because she has not refunded me.

I still have the 3 cards, but cannot use them.
