Family Dollar review: manager of family dollar

I would like to report the manager of Family dollar at this location:

11371 US-190 E, Livingston, TX 77351

I was at the Family dollar store at the above listed location on FRIDAY 13TH 2019 and was being checked out at the register by an employee named Brandon, the other clerk was getting her register closed.
Brandon helped me use the family dollar app and the other employee (not sure what her name was) made a comment about it being Friday 13th and that it was called another name. Just basic small talk, nothing bad or obscene when a woman appeared from behind the front door display and began complaining that she had been hiding behind the display and that no one had even acknowledged her presence or said, "Hello, Welcome to Family Dollar!" She walked up to the female employee and just blasted her for her conversation with me (THE CUSTOMER). The tall, thin woman with long brown hair (the manager) continued with, "Are you coming or going?" to the female employee. It was so embarrassing to watch these two employees cower with their heads down while this woman talked down to them. You could tell it wasn't the first time she had talked to them in this manner and they obviously need their jobs. The manager NEVER acknowledged me, she was too busy treating her employees badly. Absolutely NO RESPECT for others feelings. If you can't keep employees at this location, it's because of the poor management. That woman acted unprofessional and disgusting. I live nearby and go to this store on a regular basis. I know Amanda sometimes works at this location and she has always been a kind, curteous manager that I have spoken to on many occasions. This other woman that I am referring to is the ABSOLUTE OPPOSITE type of person. She really needs to be terminated from her position. There's no excuse for such hateful behavior towards your employees like that. I have never had any problems with the employees or ever made a complaint like this but I was compelled to do so after what I witnessed and felt it should be known by her superiors just what type of supervisor she is.
