Family Dollar review: Manager

Went to Family Dollar on East side of Detroit. Bought food and go to check out ND the lady behind register had been making stupid little jabs since we walked in. She made me and my girlfriend put are purses behind counter but only did it to us, the girl behind me in line had a bigger purse than mine and was aloud to ok eep hers with her. She rang up every item I had 2 or 3 times and thought I would not notice. I tried to buy the same items earlier but put the wrong pin number in and locked my account but the total then was 50 dollars or so. When she rang the exact same items up somehow it came to over 100 dollars. When I looked at recite and saw a bag of chips she scanned twice she took recite back to give me a refund she said. This is when she started verbally abusing me, making fun of me for having to pay with bridge card, telling me because I found a mistake she made she could just kick me out or just take everything I purched back and refund card. She was unnecessarily angry and mean and she was definitely profiling people. When I told her she was being rude she lost it and threatened to beat me up and basically criticized my appearance saying I was too skinny and calling me a drug addiction because she thought I was too skinny. She did not refund what she overscanned nor would she give me my receipt back. I did nothing to this woman and honestly I don't know how you have so. eone like that as a manager at your store. Iv never been treated so poorly in my life. And to make someone feel bad for using a bridge card is just disgusting. I hope Family Dollar reads this and takes appropriate action because I'm sure she's done it to other bridge card users and honestly she is gonna get you guys a lawsuit. She is racially profiling, economicly profiling and seems like she hates her job. It is illegal what she did not giving me my receipt and she tried to do that so she wouldn't get in trouble. Please if you read these get rid of her immediately because you are losing business because of her. It is the family dollar located at 9911 E Jefferson, Detroit, MI 48214
