Family Dollar review: kiss nails

I went to the family dollar on cherry hill and inkster road . Seen a whole display of kiss press on nails and I grabbed 2 sets because the sign on the display says $3.50 the entire display. So I proceeded to check out cashier rings them up and said 5.57 per pack I'm like no the sign says differently . He calls the manager she tries to explain but no explanation is needed the store was junky and unorganized and I know for sure at other stores when this type of sign issue happens. The customer gets the lower price.
