Family Dollar review: employee

I went into the Cohoes, NY Family Dollar today and Tiffany the woman check people out was on a personal phone call talking the whole time she was cashing people out in the store. I find it rude that a cashier does not say anything to a customer but the customer has to stand in line or at the register listing to the cashiers personal business the whole time. I thought employees weren't supposed to be on the cell phones
