Family Dollar review: employee

I'm writing to express my concern about an employee. I believe her name is Nish.
I have been in the store multiple times while she is working or so called working. She is always on her cell phone while waiting on customer or when customers come to the counter. She is always loud and saying rude things about fighting people and also cussing while she is working. Elderly people and young children should not have to witness that type of behavior in a family store. I have also noticed she likes to stand behind the register while the other employee will have a line of customers and not help or she will be having a conversation with someone. This is very unprofessional.
