Family Dollar review: employee ( 1 comment)

On 12/24/19 I came into the Family Dollar to buy my children some stocking stuffers. I grabbed some wrapping paper and one of the small baskets that you can carry that are small. I realized I had forgot $20 in the vehicle that I had come in and gone back outside to go get it. I came back into the store where your employee was getting ready to put away the basket I had set down. I had told her that I was going to still get that and I was sorry I had set it down and forgot to grab my $20. She then begins asking me questions if I was in the store the other day in a rude manner mind you I was in a hurry to try and get my kids some things for Christmas for stalking stuffers. She then started talking very loudly and told me are you the one my manager said you called me a nig*er. I calmly told her I would not do such a thing and I do come in here a lot. She then begins to follow me around the store and told me I needed to leave. She came at me like this as soon as I walked into the store and got in my face. After she told me to leave I told her I am shopping for my kids Christmas and asked her why as I did not do anything at all. She then begins to block the door after she told me I needed to leave. I went to put things on the register to check out and the cashier was getting ready to ring my order up and she told him that if he did he would tell a girl named Krystal basically being really rude to him and threatening him with it. She then begins to take things out of my hand and touching my hand with hers! In overall your employee started all of this nonsense on which seems to me be a rumor with your manager. I am a regular customer and come in there all the time and other associates are very pleasant and friendly. The one that did this to me was not wearing a name tag was black and was working around 7:00 Pm. Someone needs to check the cameras with how she acted and how she was acting as she is not an asset to your company and her rudeness and attitude can make it to where you will not receive many paying customers at all. So now I have a criminal trespass even though I called the cops because your employee basically assaulted me and lied to the police about a lot. She is going to get someone hurt severely and she has always been very obnoxious when visiting that I have seen. Your employees should not harass someone when they come into the store and make a big scene as I was only trying to purchase things for Christmas for my daughters . Also, I had my little sister and husband go back up there to purchase the items and they were discussing what had happened with other customers and other employees. Justin was basically being bullied by them per my little sister and husband as they continued to speak personal things that had occurred in his life. Someone needs to really pay attention to the manager and the lady that was working with Justin. Please call me as I could go on in regards to her behavior as I would like to discuss my visit by phone. Overall very highly disappointed and afraid others will experience the same thing.
