Family Dollar review: double charge on 2 items

I was double charged in two items: IBD Frame Set $15 and Square Metal Candleholder 3PC Set $16. In addition, i bought two items for $1 or $1.50 and they didn't charge those. As you can see i returned some items and this is when i realizeD the mistake. I advised the manager about the mistake and asked her to check the cameras so they can see all the items I purchased. She stated that i had to speak with the owner, so i left my contact number. They haven't reach out to me and i called today but they said the owner knows and he will call me back. He doesn't seems like interested on helping at all. In fact, I had the feeling that was the owner over the fund because he said, "oh, he knows about it" i am contacting my bank tomorrow and helpfully, we can resolve this.
