Family Dollar review: district manager

This week I was in the Belleville Wi store to do some shopping and I overheard a tall man ask the Store Manager if they needed anything else and the Store Manager jokingly said "a raise" and his reply was "you know the answer to that" the Store Manager replied "I know, wait until annual reviews" the District Manager said "no, not even then" the Store Manager asked if he was kidding and the District Manager said "no, everyone is replaceable, find a new job". I saw tears come to the eyes of the Store Manager and at that time I left the basket with items in it sitting on a shelf and left the store. I've never personally witnessed a District Manager speaking to another member of management like that and especially not in front of customers. I returned to the store today to purchase the items that I chose not to purchase that day and spoke with the Store Manager and found out that the man from the other day was her District Manager. I trust you will look into this situation, this is unacceptable on every level. I live close enough to a Walmart, even if it's a longer drive, it's worth it if this District Manager is going to treat the employees at the Belleville Wi location in this manner.
