Family Dollar review: Disrespectful manager, terrible service!! ( 1 comment)

Manager Phil at the Southside/Carrick location was very disrespectful and abusive, He put me out of the store for asking a simple legitimate question that seems like he was not intelligent enough to answer. I returned a defective product for a refund and I was told because the product was opened it could not be refunded and that was the store policy, I asked him to show me the policy in writing or direct me to it online he could do neither instead he called me crazy and told me to leave the store.
