Hello. I visited the Family Dollar yesterday on 1102 Bonforte avenue Pueblo Co. I was in the store and my IBS hit me I had to use the restroom they would not let me even under the special circumstance so I very nicely told them I would come back for the stuff I needed and as I walked out the door I had crap run down my leg due to IBS and when I told the manager thanks for not letting me use the restroom she said don't come back so when I came back in to get the stuff I needed I tried to explain to her why I got upset she would not hear of it so I proceeded with my shopping and then this lady comes up snatches my stuff out of the buggy they were really rude and very not understanding I could not even buy a change of pants and if that was not bad enough I was accused of trying to steal the stuff as the lady was snatching the stuff out of my buggy. I have contacted a lawyer and are planning to sue the store over this unnecessary treatment. Recommendation: Do not go in this store if you have any medical problems concerning IBS or anything of that nature and if you are in a wheelchair do not go in the store the isles are not wide enough and the manger and staff are very rude as well.
I left a really bad review on this matter. But I was in the store yesterday around 11 to 12pm and I have IBS so when I went in the store to buy what I needed for me and my son it hit me I had poop running down my legs and I asked if I could use the restroom even my friend asked so I told them I was going to go find a restroom and I would return I said by the way thanks for not letting me use the restroom they got rude and said do not come back I did to buy the things I needed as I was in the isle I told another worker what had happened and she snatched everything out of my buggy and was yelling at me and accusing me of trying to steel and she said did my manager tell you not to come back I said all I said was thanks for not letting me use the restroom she said no you did more than that so I have contacted a lawyer and planning on suing the store for wrongful treatment and discrimination. The one under Carla Anne that says something about hitting a baby is a lie I reported this they are mad because I am suing for the fact that people like me who have issues are standing up to them also the fact that the isles are to small for wheelchairs to go through the family dollar on. Bonforte needs to close even save a lot said they were rude and especially to people with problems.
No actually I did not yes you can duplicate anything. I marked it. Yes I can sue and I am telling everyone at my church what has happened and to not go if they have a loved one in a a wheelchair or bowl problems they will get rude and make up lies.
And I don't know who you are but you are very rude and hateful I pray for you.

The main reason that I am suing is because I was asked to leave, unfortunately this incident made me so angry that I took my anger out on a 2 year old. who was crying. I started swearing and yelling at the baby, and her mom told me to stop. I said that if the baby did not stop crying I would hit the baby, i did nothing wrong she should have controlled her child. This is when they decided that i only acted that way because of IBS. I hope that baby passes away. would serve the mom right.
I never said those things and no I am not because I would never hurt a child thank you.
This is false I never said this and this person is using my identity my origanial post is at the top this person is also saying hateful things to me.
I am sorry you see me that way but I am standing up for people who have issues my son has Autism and he gets discriminated against all the time you can say what you want to about me. But I will never stop standing up for what is right. If you think I am trying to get a payout yes I am for people with special problems who get treated unfairly because companies do want to let people use their restroom I can understand if they are homeless but if they have special problems and a paying customer let them use the restroom. So say what you want to about me I don't care I will stop standing up for what is right and I must be doing right or I would not be getting all this push back.
