Family Dollar review: Complaint of manager

Yesterday I went to pick my son up from family dollar because his boss sent him home because he called his dad to ask him what he should do because his manager was acting horrible to him. I showed up to pick him up and when I walked I. She was yelling at my son. So I asked what's going on and she (Mary) started to yell at me about whatever was the problem she had was. The manager and my other son got in a argument because of the way she was yelling at his brother so the manager screamed at the top of her lungs to get out of her store. It ended up with her head butting my son in his face. I had to get between them as she kept screaming in my ear and pressing her body to mine to keep screaming in my sons face. She called the police and said my son hit her bit it was the other way around. I did nothing wrong and they banned me from the store too. She constantly screames at customers and employees all the time. She is the worst manager I have ever encountered. Something need to be don't with this very rude and careless woman. She also talks about my son to customers and other employees. She should not be a manager or work in the public if she is so miserable with her job.
