Family Dollar review: Animals in store

I wanted to go by the Family Dollar store today, to pick up a few items.
As I turn in, there is a man putting a Jack Russel Terrier into a Family Dollar shopping cart. He walked into the store like it was normal to take a dog into a store. Very highly unsanitary and inappropriate having a dog in a shopping cart, where people put food and other items as they are shopping. I was going to go shopping there, I got disgusted and left. It got me thinking, who else has put an animal into a shopping cart and went into the store at this location.

I believe, it best to take my patronage elsewhere.
