Family Dollar review: accident

October 31st at 7:01pm a shelf fell on the back of my foot and i reported it to the manager and cashier on duty. It scraped the back of my foot and the employees took down my information. I never received a call or anything regarding this matter. I've called dollar general customer hotline at least 20 times since the accident and still no response.
